1. Health freedom advocates gathered on Capitol Hill this week for Children’s Health Defense’s inaugural Advocacy Day. Lawmakers and activists called for greater government accountability, medical autonomy and transparency surrounding the COVID-19 response. Actor and comedian Rob Schneider said that voicing his opinion in Hollywood about pandemic protocols in the U.S. came at both a personal and professional cost — but it was worth it. “There are only so many times you can be confronted by injustice and say, ‘I’m not going to be involved,’ before you lose your soul,” he said. “When you see injustice and see American children being harmed by products that the parents were told were safe, and then seeing those parents being shunned, that was an injustice I could not ignore.” Sen. Ron Johnson called the damage caused by COVID-19 vaccines “the biggest government scandal in my lifetime. Hundreds of thousands have died and they didn’t have to.” For many participants, the event represented an opportunity to speak out against governmental overreach. Link↗

Medicine / Health

1. Only 9% of children are reported by the CDC to be up to date with the 2025─26 COVID-19 vaccine, emphasizing the low demand among the young demographic. Just 3.0% of parents say they even plan to vaccinate their child. The same report shows only 17% of adults received the 2025─26 COVID-19 vaccine. Rasmussen polling shows more than half of voters think COVID-19 vaccines “may have killed many people.” Their survey found that 56% of likely U.S. voters consider it likely that side effects of COVID-19 vaccines have caused a significant number of unexplained deaths, including 32% who believe it’s very likely. COVID vaccines alone have been linked to 1.6 million adverse events, according to CDC VAERS data.

2. The June 3 hearing, “Plausible Mechanisms of COVID-19 Injections Causing Cancer and Attacks on Scientific Publications,” was held by the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, chaired by Sen. Ron Johnson. The hearing heard the testimony from oncologist Dr. Angus Dalgleish, whose observations of unusual cancer relapses after COVID-19 booster shots led him to question whether vaccine safety was receiving adequate scientific scrutiny. “I’m starting to see that it’s not only my patients now. It’s people I know really well who are going down with cancer, and they’re going down more aggressively. And the treatment is not working nearly as well,” he told lawmakers. He urged policymakers to halt the use of the mRNA vaccine technology. “There is no way you can control this technology, and its use for future vaccines should be banned and the COVID ones stopped now,” Dalgleish said. Medical commentator John Campbell, Ph.D., used the U.S. Senate hearing on COVID-19 vaccines, cancer and scientific censorship to spotlight concerns he says have been ignored for years — and to argue that the issue demands a public reckoning. “Most doctors, when patients are presented with cancer, are not asking if they’d had an mRNA vaccine,” Campbell said. “Now this is really quite bizarre because, I mean, it’s absolutely fundamental in medicine that the first thing you do is you take a history, and you talk to the patients,” he said. Because vaccination history is often not discussed, patterns may be missed, according to Campbell. “Of course they don’t discover a link between mRNA vaccines and cancers because they’re not asking who was vaccinated,” he said. In a significant concession involving one of the Midwest’s largest healthcare providers, the Department of Justice secured restitution related to so-called “gender-affirming” medical treatments provided to minors. Last week, Cleveland Clinic agreed to pay a $2 million penalty to cover the cost of medical care for minors who later wished to “detransition” after receiving sex-rejecting “treatments,” including puberty blockers and surgeries. The resolution not only secured restitution funds, but Cleveland Clinic also agreed that it would not provide “sex-rejecting procedures” on minors for a period of 20 years. Link↗

Legal

1. Alliance Defending Freedom attorneys filed a lawsuit Tuesday against Washington state officials on behalf of a high school female wrestler. The female athlete, Kallie Keeler, and her mother, Stephanie Brown, are suing state officials after those officials directed Keeler to take the mat without telling anyone that she was about to wrestle a male. The male wrestler sexually assaulted Keeler during a high school girls’ wrestling tournament. State officials waited 53 days to report the sexual assault to law enforcement, in violation of a mandatory 48-hour reporting law. ADF Senior Counsel Kate Anderson, director of the ADF Center for Parental Rights said “Our client’s story is proof of the grave harms caused by lying about biology. This must end—otherwise, girls will continue getting hurt and violated. We are urging the court to require state officials to change their policy to ensure that girls’ privacy and safety are protected when they compete in the sports they love. No girl should have to unknowingly wrestle a boy. And at a minimum, parents must be notified before their daughters are matched against male opponents.” The school district’s written policy prohibits notifying parents or anyone else when their daughters will be matched against male athletes. 2. A federal appeals court heard arguments in a case brought by a college football coach who alleges he was illegally fired over his request for a religious exemption from the state’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Nick Rolovich, former head coach of the Washington State University Cougars requested a religious exemption according to university protocol. Even though the university’s blind review committee found Rolovich’s religious beliefs to be sincere, senior university officials vetoed the committee’s decision and fired him. Rolovich filed a tort claim seeking $25 million for wrongful termination. In early 2025, a federal judge ruled that WSU was justified in firing Rolovich for refusing to comply with the state’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate. In June 2025, Rolovich appealed. The win here is the case has drawn the attention of the U.S. Department of Justice, which filed an amicus brief in support of Rolovich. Rolovich provided a report prepared by Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, the director of the National Institutes of Health. The report outlined why it was not a public health threat for WSU to accommodate Rolovich’s exemption request, including that the median infection survival rate for COVID-19 was 99.7%, that vaccinated individuals were at least as likely as unvaccinated individuals to shed live virus and that asymptomatic spread of COVID-19 was rare. Bhattacharya concluded there was “no good public health case” for WSU to terminate employees who have a sincere medical or religious objection to the COVID-19 vaccine. Link↗

3. The Canadian federal government is extending an amnesty for owners of banned firearms while a legal battle plays out at the Supreme Court of Canada. Over the last six years, Ottawa has outlawed about 2,500 types of firearms. The government previously said prohibited firearms must be disposed of or deactivated by the end of an amnesty period on Oct. 30. In March, the Supreme Court agreed to hear an appeal challenging the initial federal firearm prohibitions, announced in May 2020. The government now says the amnesty has been extended until 90 days after the Supreme Court delivers its decision, which is expected next year. Public Safety Minister Gary Anandasangaree said in an interview Tuesday the government felt it was appropriate to extend the amnesty order “out of respect for the court, out of respect for firearms owners.” Link↗

4. The Democracy Fund is pleased with the Ontario Court of Justice’s decision granting leave to appeal in a Quarantine Act ticket case. The client, a member of the Amish community from southern Ontario, allegedly failed to complete the ArriveCan app or PCR testing when crossing the border. He received a $6,500 ticket but never received notice of a trial date or conviction. When the ticket went unpaid, the municipality sent it to collections, complicating his ability to get loans for the farming equipment he uses to farm his land and feed his family. TDF sought to have the ticket reopened, but the court refused. TDF’s legal defence of the Amish challenges convictions totals over $300,000 dollars issued under the Quarantine Act for alleged non-compliance with ArriveCAN app and PCR testing requirements during Canada’s COVID-19 border measures. TDF Director of Litigation Adam Blake-Gallipeau, who has represented multiple Amish families throughout these proceedings, stated: “We are cautiously optimistic that once the Ontario Court of Justice reviews this decision, it will reverse the lower court’s ruling. Canadian courts should understand the Amish community’s traditional way of life within the broader context of religious freedom.” Link↗

Citizen Action

1. Back in 2024, a report revealed that Ontario’s euthanasia regulators tracked 428 red flags involving possible Criminal Code violations or serious “MAiD” compliance failures between 2018 and 2023. That’s in Ontario alone. And not a single case was referred to law enforcement. It’s been almost two years since that report. To be clear, some of these red flags appear to just be bad paperwork: incomplete files, missing checkboxes, or records submitted after the patient was already dead. But others raise far more disturbing questions about whether legal safeguards were actually followed. Whatever may have gone wrong, we need answers. That’s why Campaign Life Coalition is preparing to launch a formal national petition urging the Attorney General of Canada to order an independent public review into “MAiD” oversight, possible Criminal Code violations, and the failure to enforce existing safeguards.

Telling It Like It Is

1. Rebel News reported - They knew people were dying. Federal health officials were receiving reports of deaths, heart inflammation, miscarriages, strokes, and heart attacks following COVID-19 vaccines — almost immediately after the rollout began. New Order Paper responses, obtained by Conservative MP Cathay Wagantall, reveal that the first report involving a deceased Pfizer recipient landed with the Public Health Agency of Canada in January 2021. Moderna and AstraZeneca death reports followed within months. Safety signals for myocarditis, pericarditis, and blood-clotting disorders were identified early enough to trigger formal internal reviews. While all of that was hitting federal desks, Ottawa spent $46.7 million telling you everything was fine including a $7-million push aimed at children. All of it funded by you. And all of it is designed to increase uptake and neutralize doubt. And not once did anyone in Ottawa stop to ask whether Canadians deserved to know what the government already did. When Parliament asked how much money the government spent investigating vaccine risks and adverse events, Health Canada admitted it doesn’t track that in a centralized database and couldn’t provide a clear number. They can tell you to the dollar what they spent on ads. They cannot tell you what they spent protecting Canadians from harm. I don’t think that’s an accident. The government will never volunteer this information on its own. That’s exactly why we file ATIPs, dig through the Order Paper responses, and publish what we find — so Canadians have the receipts Ottawa never intended them to see. Link↗

Mary Holland, CEO of Children’s Health Defence stated at the Advocacy Day in Washington: “Senator Johnson has turned a glaring light on the dark side of the COVID era — the deaths, the disease, the disability that occurred; the risky, liability-free products rushed to market; the suppression of truth in the interests of profit and government narratives. Senator Johnson’s hearings on the vaccine-injured, the mechanisms for cancer from COVID shots, the suppression of science — these hearings have been shining examples of what real leadership looks like. And shame on the corporate media for its abject failure to cover the biggest government scandal in our nation’s history. We who are assembled here must understand that Congress made a grave mistake in 1986 when it granted virtually complete liability protection to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries for vaccine injury and death. In essence, Congress conferred on them impunity to injure and kill. It wasn’t immunity — it was impunity. Immunity for corporations is impunity — and it must stop — along with the ongoing assault on the freedoms upon which our country was founded.” Link↗

3. Preston Manning writes in the Epoch Times this week: “Is there growing discontent in Alberta with the current imbalances and biases of federal institutions? Yes there is, and that discontent extends far beyond Alberta and the visible portion of the secessionist movement. Hence, the next four questions on the referendum—again largely ignored by secession-fixated media and commentators because they are not secession-oriented but focus on making federalism work better. The questions seek public support for the abolition of the unelected and ineffective Senate, a provincial role in the selection of provincial judges, and two measures designed to better protect provincial rights from federal intrusions. Are the advocates of Alberta secession all crackpots and extremists? No, they are not. Many are loyal Canadians who believe that it is Ottawa and Central Canada which have abandoned and seceded from the Canada these patriots long for, and their objective is to “get that country back,” if necessary in an unshackled Western Canada. What a broader majority want is not to “get out of Canada,” but for the federal government to “get out of areas of provincial jurisdiction” and to focus on federal responsibilities which no one disputes are the responsibility of a national government.” Link↗

4. Another article in the Epoch Times: “The Kamloops story (of mass graves) exposed a broader problem within Canadian public life. Too many institutions abandoned skepticism precisely when skepticism was most needed. Politicians, academics, media organizations, school boards, corporations, and advocacy groups rushed to endorse conclusions before the facts had been established. The normal standards of inquiry were suspended because the narrative was considered too important to question. That is not how a serious country conducts itself. Complexity has been replaced by ideology. Nuance has been replaced by slogans. Historical inquiry has too often been replaced by moral certainty. A democratic society depends upon the willingness to follow evidence wherever it leads. That principle applies whether the evidence confirms popular beliefs or challenges them. It applies whether the subject is politics, science, religion, or history.” Link↗

In an article entitled – Hospitals Took Bribes to Kill You and Blame It On Covid, Dr Wojak writes: “When a person with flu-like symptoms was advised to go home, rest, and hydrate, reimbursement was limited to a minimal consultation fee. But if that same person was admitted under a COVID diagnosis, administered remdesivir, and placed on a ventilator, the hospital could charge well over $100,000—and sometimes more than $400,000. The COVID hospital protocols functioned as a highly lucrative federal payment pipeline, where the treatments that generated the most revenue were the ones most likely to kill you. The hospital protocols that maximized reimbursement were also the ones that maximized mortality. By combining federally subsidized protocols with legal immunity for everyone involved, the system created a self-reinforcing loop in which the deaths produced by the protocols were used to justify their continuation. If COVID deaths were accurately recoded, the medical system would be exposed not as a savior, but as a primary driver of mortality. Until we acknowledge that the medical system is a primary driver of mortality, we will keep looking for answers in the very institutions that profit from our decline.“ Link↗

The Brownstone Institute asks an important question – “What if we removed all the mandates, repealed liability protection, rescinded insurance rules and ended government purchasing programs — would vaccines survive if they had to compete in a free market?” They state: “Right now, the entire vaccination industry is socialist on the production side and fascist on the distribution side. The injured are gaslighted, the industry is protected, agencies are captured, the journals are compromised and the media is bought out. This is about as far away from a free market as you can get other than outright nationalization.” Link↗

The Prosecution of Helen Grus

Ottawa Police Inspector Hugh O’Toole, who oversaw the investigation into Helen Grus, allegedly issued threats to her prior to her testimony, warning that presenting certain evidence could result in further charges. He subsequently retired from the force without facing charges.

Decades of Police Corruption

The circumstances surrounding this case did not emerge in isolation. Donald Best points to earlier incidents within the Toronto Police Service where officers were explicitly instructed by senior leadership to ignore illegal operations tied to politically connected individuals. In one case, Sergeant Harry Darcy was ordered by the Chief of Police to leave certain establishments alone, including unlicensed gambling venues and organized crime-linked operations. The unit refused. They proceeded with raids, seized assets such as the Mariposa Belle, and laid charges despite direct orders to stand down.

Decades ago, officers who defied improper orders did so at personal risk, but many were able to remain within the system and continue their work. Over time, that space has narrowed through incremental shifts—disciplinary pressure, internal complaints, and administrative actions used to justify suspension or prosecution. In cases like Helen Grus, those who pursue politically sensitive investigations are no longer contested internally but removed from the force altogether. This gradual filtering compounds across years, reducing the number of individuals willing or able to challenge directives. As that cohort diminishes, the institution transitions into a system that reinforces compliance rather than critical thinking and ethical action.

MAiD Expansion and the Redefinition of Killing

A rising concern in Canada is the inception and subsequent expansion of the MAiD program. Donald Best emphasizes that MAiD has authorized physicians to directly administer life-ending interventions, distinguishing it from systems in the United States where “assisted suicide” laws require the patient to self-administer the substance.

The scope of MAiD has since extended beyond cases of imminent death to include individuals whose death is not reasonably foreseeable. There are growing concerns about plans to extend eligibility to those with mental illness, including patients presenting with suicidal ideation. This is stated directly on the Government of Canada’s own website in its description of Bill C-7, which outlines broader eligibility criteria. The same material also quantifies the economic impact of killing patients with MAiD, projecting approximately $109 million in annual gross healthcare savings and a net reduction of roughly $86.9 million. This explicit acknowledgment of potential economic benefit raises serious questions about how such policies are structured and justified.

Further complicating the picture, there are now many documented cases in which patients are steered toward MAiD in the absence of adequate care—individuals denied access to housing support, pain treatment, or disability assistance have reported being offered MAiD as an alternative. Veterans Affairs Canada has acknowledged instances where veterans seeking support, including for mobility adaptations such as wheelchair ramps, were instead offered MAiD.

At the same time, most provinces instruct physicians to record the underlying illness—not MAiD—as the cause of death. This effectively removes the intervention from official records and minimizing its perceived impact.

Organ Transplants and Ethical Complications

The implications extend further when considering organ procurement systems, where medical decisions and resource constraints intersect. Donald Best recalls an incident in 1980 at Toronto General Hospital, where he overheard two physicians discussing whether to withhold treatment from a head-trauma patient in order to let them die and ensure organ viability for another recipient. He intervened, escalated the situation to homicide investigators, and the patient ultimately survived and recovered. That incident, combined with decades investigating organized crime, informs his view that systems under financial and institutional pressure can shift decision-making in subtle but consequential ways. He also points to established international cases—particularly in jurisdictions like China—where organ procurement has been linked to state-controlled systems. Donald Best also highlights ongoing efforts in Western countries to restrict transplant tourism due to ethical concerns around sourcing.

Restoring Legitimacy

Institutions that once functioned through internal challenge, ethical standards, and open inquiry are increasingly structured around control, the removal of dissent, and managed outcomes. As authority expands without transparency, the space for independent judgment and investigation continues to shrink. Reversing this trend is essential. It requires us to restore the ability to question authority without fear of structural retaliation, ensuring reporting reflects reality, and once again holding institutional power subject to meaningful oversight.

1. Message from Action4Canada - After years of hard work, strong advocacy, and standing up for Alberta families, Bill 25 has officially passed third reading and received Royal Assent. Bill 25 is now law. Alberta has taken a bold stand to protect our children and youth from political and ideological indoctrination in schools. Come this September, politics and ideology will officially be removed from Alberta classrooms. Parental rights are strengthened. Neutrality and education—not indoctrination—will once again be the focus in Alberta schools. This is a major victory for parents, students, and common sense, and should set a precedence for other provinces! While Bill 25 removes ideological and political agendas such as SOGI 123, the PRISM Toolkit, Critical Race Theory, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and land acknowledgements from Alberta classrooms, we must remain vigilant and actively involved to ensure full compliance.

2. Alberta’s future inside Confederation was up for debate last week. The Aristotle Foundation hosted a sold-out event where prominent lawyer and Alberta independence advocate Keith Wilson squared off against former Alberta premier Jason Kenney. Kenney has re-emerged on the political scene in recent weeks, touting his “Lead, Not Leave” message and offering yet another pitch for patience with Ottawa. The venue was packed with Albertans eager to hear both sides of one of the most compelling political questions facing the province. Watch the highlights and decide for yourself.

3. Calgary City Council voted 10-5 to officially rescind Calgary’s climate emergency declaration adopted in 2021, making Calgary the first city in Canada and one of only a handful of cities in the world to formally undo such a declaration. The motion went further than simply rescinding the declaration: it also directed that all references to a “climate emergency” be removed from official city documents, strategies, plans, reports, and website materials, and that no future reports or policies may cite the rescinded declaration as justification. 4. Iowa’s Governor election this week sent a powerful message. Voters elected health freedom champion Zach Lahn in the Republican primary. The best part about Zach’s win was his boldness to stand firm on his principles, doubling down on health freedom rather than shying away from it. Conventional political strategy says candidates should avoid “controversial” topics, soften their message, and water down their priorities to appeal to a broader audience. Zach did the opposite. He championed health freedom. Iowa voters both rewarded Zach’s honesty and proved that Americans are hungry for leaders who will tell them the truth and tackle difficult topics head-on. He proved what a winning strategy it is to trust Americans to make informed decisions for their families. This is an important lesson for other candidates, too: Americans don’t want timid leaders. We want leaders who have the courage to speak plainly about the challenges we face and the conviction to stand by their principles when the pressure mounts. His victory confirms what we’ve been saying all along: health freedom is not fringe. Link↗

5. A message from Drea Humphrey with Rebel News: “Five years ago, Canada was told 215 children were found buried in unmarked graves at the former Kamloops Indian Residential School. The backlash was immediate. Churches were burned as Christians were scapegoated for the residential school system. Politicians rushed to declare a genocide before the facts were even established. And the media ran with it without even asking if it was true. To this day, the establishment treats the absence of bodies as an inconvenient footnote. On the fifth anniversary of that original claim, I took the ferry to Victoria to cover an event at the B.C. Legislature grounds. The event was hosted by Dr. Frances Widdowson, one of the few academics in Canada willing to publicly question why the Kamloops band took $12.1 million in taxpayer money for excavations and still hasn’t broken ground. The gathering brought together speakers, including lawyer Jim Heller and OneBC MLA Dallas Brodie, all asking where the $12.1 million went and why not a single shovel has touched the ground since 2021. If children are truly buried at that site, they deserve to be found. They deserve to be named, and their deaths should be investigated.” Link↗

6. The Senate of Canada announced on Wednesday that the Senate had voted down the committee’s attempt to criminalize “residential school denialism”. According to Lisa Bildy, the executive director of the Free Speech Union of Canada - “The offence would still require a prosecutor to prove that the accused had ‘wilful intent’ to promote hatred, so it is a high bar that few cases will meet.” “However, the real harm would come from chilling the speech of Canadians seeking to have reasoned and nuanced discussions. Most people won’t understand the intricacies of the law and will simply refrain from discussing these issues at all out of fear of criminal proceedings, thereby locking in a protected narrative.” She said if “residential school denialism” were ever criminalized, it would “only engender more ill-will and damage meaningful efforts at reconciliation.”

7. Newly elected BC Conservative Leader Kerry-Lynne Findlay says she would ban gender-transition medical treatments for minors while still defending adults’ right to make their own medical decisions. When asked, “How many genders are there?” Findlay said there were only two genders and agreed that it shouldn’t be a hard question. She said she supports adults making those decisions for themselves, but that children who can’t vote, sign contracts, and who aren’t old enough to drive should not be able to access medical, hormonal or surgical transitions which alter their whole trajectory in life. Findlay also signalled support for a Western alliance with Alberta and Saskatchewan and pointed to Alberta Premier Danielle Smith’s approach on education, Indigenous policy and child protection as a model she finds “intriguing.”

8. Conservative MP Dean Allison held a news conference on Parliament Hill this week to announce an inquiry into Canadians who may have been injured by COVID-19 vaccines. On September 8, 9, 10 and 11, 2026, the Allison Inquiry will be listening to the testimony of Canadians injured by a Covid-19 vaccine. The Inquiry will be broadcast live from Parliament Hill in Ottawa. The Allison Inquiry represents the first time that Canadian lawmakers will be listening to Canadians about their experiences with the Covid-19 vaccines (with the exception of the NCI). The Allison Inquiry will be chaired by Member of Parliament Dean Allison and is non-partisan. Members of Parliament and Senators from all parties are eligible to sit as panel members. The Inquiry is being held with the cooperation of the Covid Testimony Association, a not-for-profit set up to assist in running the Inquiry. Allison has sponsored or co-sponsored petitions calling for the suspension of COVID-19 vaccines for pregnant women, children, and adults of child-bearing age, citing unfounded claims about infertility and spike protein accumulation. He has also been criticized for promoting ivermectin as a treatment and hosting a TV show featuring scientists who challenge mainstream public health advice, while maintaining he is medically exempt from vaccination requirements. President Donald Trump signed an executive order last week directing public health agencies to align the childhood vaccine schedule that reflects the “scientific evidence and best practices from peer, developed countries while preserving access to vaccines currently available to Americans.” The order states: “The scientific assessment found that the United States currently recommends more childhood vaccines than any peer nation, including more than twice as many vaccine doses as some European nations, and identified a set of consensus vaccines that are consistently recommended in all peer countries.” The executive order also suggests guidance on how the federal government makes such vaccine recommendations and signals support for parental choice and the right to religious exemptions to vaccinations. “This executive order is about far more than vaccines,” said Daniel O’Connor, founder and CEO of TrialSite News. “It’s about who gets to decide acceptable medical risk for America’s children.” Sayer Ji says the order represents a “historic admission” — that the U.S. childhood vaccine schedule “is an outlier among peer nations.” He said the order is “the fruit of decades of work by grassroots health-freedom advocates.” Link↗

2. As reported in Dr. Trozzi news: A German COVID Inquiry was established in 2025 to examine Germany’s COVID-19 response and extract lessons for future pandemics. Among recent expert testimonies, Dr. Helmut Sterz, former Pfizer Chief Toxicologist, presented a focused critique of the development and approval of mRNA-based COVID-19 “vaccines” with particular attention on Pfizer-BioNTech’s Comirnaty. He argued that these products failed to meet established international safety standards, citing major gaps in preclinical testing, deviations from regulatory guidelines, and a reliance on post-market data collection—resulting in a mass rollout without sufficient understanding of the toxicological risk. This testimony from Dr. Helmut Sterz contains important insights and revelations including: Cancer risk assessment was not completed prior to authorization. Key reproductive and developmental studies were inadequate. The approval process bypassed standard toxicological requirements. Post-marketing surveillance revealed early safety signals that should have triggered immediate withdrawal or reassessment. Adverse event reporting likely underestimates true incidence. Key safety data has not been fully disclosed or analyzed. The benefit-risk profile is challenged by available evidence. Observed mortality trends did not improve following rollout. 1. A Conservative MP who is taking the federal government to court to prevent being forced to take an automatic pay raise for MPs is getting backing from The Canadian Taxpayers Federation. MP Dawson filed an application in Federal Court to strike down the government’s requirement for him to take the annual MP pay raise, earning praise from taxpayer advocates. “Dawson is fighting for taxpayers in Parliament and he’s right to continue that fight in court,” said Franco Terrazzano, CTF Federal Director. “Instead of wasting more tax dollars fighting Dawson in court, the government should do the simple thing and let MPs turn down a pay raise.” A backbench MP’s salary is now $217,700. A minister collects $321,300 and the prime minister takes home a $435,400 annual salary. Leger polling shows 78 per cent of Canadians support Dawson’s decision to reject the MP pay raise.

2. ICAN’s legal team has sent a letter to FDA, urging it to amend its rules in order to force drug manufacturers to fully disclose risks in television and online advertisements. America is one of the only countries in the world that allows direct-to-consumer marketing for pharma products. Prior to 1999, direct-to-consumer radio and television ads for drugs were rare because the time it took to fully disclose the risks of taking a particular drug made ads too long, and therefore too expensive to run. But in 1999, FDA gave Big Pharma allowed manufacturers to shift the bulk of the risk disclosure to sources outside the ad by providing a telephone number, website address, etc., where people could get more information. This change led to a massive surge in television drug advertisements and it increased the number of people asking their doctors for prescriptions of the “safe and effective” drugs they had seen advertised on TV. Recently ICAN’s legal team wrote a letter to FDA, urging the agency to stop allowing pharma to bombard people with ads that hide the risks of the drugs and vaccines being promoted. FDA has the power to do so by amending the regulation that governs risk disclosure in broadcast advertising. We also proposed that FDA modernize the rule’s language to clarify how the rules apply to vaccines, medical devices, and ads on the internet and in social media. It’s time FDA stops bowing down to pharma and starts protecting you by ensuring that the risks of every medical product are fully disclosed. Link↗

Telling It Like It Is / Truth Bombs

1. Ottawa Police Service officers are effectively being warned against exercising their discretion to inquire about potential criminality related to “controversial” and “political” matters according to Bath-Sheba van den Berg, a lawyer representing Const. Helen Grus. Grus, a detective with the OPS was found guilty of discreditable conduct in March of 2025 following an internal professional disciplinary tribunal. Van den Berg said the OPS’s persecution of her client would undermine police officers’ willingness to take initiative with inquiries involving informal orthodoxies of political nature, including those revolving around “COVID-19 vaccines” marketed as “safe and effective” by all levels of Canadian government and ancillary institutions. “This decision tells us that we don’t know what good [policing] looks like, anymore,” van den Berg stated, “but we sure know that police officers are not allowed to use their discretion to protect us the public and to preserve life. They have to be aligned with political objectives, and that fundamentally means that our policing is no longer independent.” Link↗

2. German-American couple, Christian and Melissa Steffen, kept their three young children—a 10-year-old and 8-year-old twins—locked inside their villa in Spain for nearly four years due to an extreme fear of COVID. The children never left the house, had no outside contact, and received no medical care, resulting in severe physical and developmental issues. The parents were convicted of habitual psychological violence and family abandonment. They received 28-month prison sentences and lost custody. The comments in the article reflect a different perspective: “So the parents acted in a freaked out psychological manner after being attacked psychologically and terrorized by nonstop scare tactics issued by the government and weaponized media? When are the state actors going to go to jail? When are the media lying puppets going to be incarcerated? These parents did exactly what they were fear mongered into doing by the very government that now seeks to punish them.” and “I think the news channels should be charged as well since they instill fear through propaganda. I one hundred percent blame the news for the mental state of that entire family.” Link↗

3. The biggest truth bomb of the week comes from an article in a US based forum called Chronicles. The article titled - A Mass-Graves Myth Is Media Malpractice exposed the irresponsibility of Canadian media in reporting on the purported 215 graves found in Kamloops. The article explains: “In 2021, the Kamloops Indian Band sent around a press release that claimed the remains of 215 children had been found with the help of an expert using ground-penetrating radar. Only it wasn’t. No human remains have been found at Kamloops, as media that fanned the flames of the story now admit. Canada’s biggest daily paper, The Globe and Mail, phrases its retraction in cagey terms. “There has been no public confirmation of the discovery of any human remains,” the paper conceded on May 30. The Globe and Mail editorial, titled “There is no reconciliation without truth,” is a masterpiece of embarrassed equivocation, lamenting conditions for First Nations children at Canada’s residential schools and even insisting the absence of bodies “does not mean children did not die there” before finally, eight paragraphs into the story, taking a smidgen of responsibility: “The media, including The Globe and Mail, did not initially scrutinize, much less challenge” the story, the editorial board concedes. The article ends with: “The Globe and Mail has a long way to go before it makes amends.” Link↗

Dr. Helmut Sterz (Dr. med. vet., born 1946), a toxicologist with a PhD in virology, appeared as an expert witness on 19 March 2026. He served as Chief Toxicologist for Pfizer Europe until 2008, where he oversaw animal safety studies central to drug approval.

The German COVID Inquiry is formally known as the Bundestag’s “Corona Enquete Commission” (Enquete-Kommission „Aufarbeitung der Corona-Pandemie und Lehren für zukünftige pandemische Ereignisse“).

• Adverse event reporting likely underestimates true incidence. Dr. Sterz suggests that underreporting is substantial, citing estimates of underreporting factors as high as 30, which would imply tens of thousands of potential deaths rather than the few thousand officially recorded.

• Key safety data has not been fully disclosed or analyzed. In his view, datasets such as SafeVac and insurance-related health data were not actively pursued or transparently released, limiting proper risk evaluation.

• The benefit-risk profile is challenged by available evidence. Dr. Sterz contends that clinical trials did not demonstrate reductions in severe disease or mortality, and references an analysis suggesting that for every severe COVID case prevented, there may be roughly 25 serious adverse events.

• Observed mortality trends did not improve following rollout. Dr. Sterz notes that age-adjusted mortality in Germany increased in 2021 and 2022 compared to 2020.

• The marketed product differed from the trial formulation. Dr. Sterz indicates that a highly pure version was used in clinical trials, while the public received a different, mass-produced formulation due to cost and scalability constraints.

• Manufacturing methods introduced potential biological contaminants. He asserts that production using Escherichia coli led to residual bacterial DNA impurities, which he suggests could contribute to elevated long-term risks, including potential oncogenic effects.

The study noted that “by changing parties without voter consent, MPs break the implicit agreement with voters.” “When MPs cross the floor by leaving the party they were elected under, it stems from an inflated belief in their own importance rather than genuine voter representation. This self-delusion is not only poor judgment but erodes public trust,” reads the study. “By changing parties without voter consent, members of Parliament (MPs) break the implicit contract with voters.” The economic think tank is suggesting that parliamentarians who leave their party either sit as independents until the next election or trigger a by-election in order to “restore both voter authority and democratic legitimacy.” “Elected officials must remember that their duty is to serve the communities which elected them, not their own personal ambition,” said Cullen. “Anything else is self-delusion and not only poor judgement but erodes public trust. Reaffirming mandates when changing parties would help restore trust in an era of deepening political cynicism.”

Japan has achieved dramatic long-term declines in childhood tooth decay — despite never implementing nationwide water fluoridation and only recently recommending fluoridated toothpaste, according to a new study in BMC Public Health. The research, by Yoshihisa Yamashita, D.D.S, Ph.D., of Kyushu Dental University, describes Japan’s experience as a “natural social experiment” that could reshape how public health experts address preventing dental cavities at the population level. Unlike many other high-income countries, Japan has historically limited fluoride exposure during childhood — which makes the country a “unique and underexplored case.” Using decades of national dental survey data, the study found that average rates of tooth decay among Japanese 12-year-olds fell steadily over roughly 40 years. Levels dropped from a peak national Decayed, Missing, and Filled Teeth (DMFT) index score of 4.75 in 1984 to just 0.53 in 2023 — “well below levels historically reported in populations exposed to systemic fluoride through community water fluoridation,” according to the study. Lich called it “a stand against malicious prosecution and negligent investigation.” “I’m pleased to announce that I have filed a lawsuit against the Ottawa Police, the Crown prosecutor, and others for malicious prosecution & negligent investigation because this isn’t just about me; it’s about stopping this kind of abuse so no Canadian ever faces it again,” she wrote. Filed in Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Lich’s statement of claim names the Ottawa Police Service, several officers, the Crown prosecutor and the Attorney General of Ontario. Lich says her case is about alleged abuse of process and Charter protections, including peaceful protest, due process and equal treatment under the law. “This isn’t just about me,” she stated. “It’s about stopping this kind of abuse so no Canadian ever faces it again.”

Well over thirty copyright infringement lawsuits have been filed by creators against AI developers. Visual artists sued Stability AI and Midjourney. Getty Images sued, arguing that over twelve million photographs were scraped without license. The New York Times sued OpenAI. Universal Music filed a $3.1 billion lawsuit against Anthropic in January 2026, alleging its AI was built on a foundation of piracy. None of these cases have reached final verdicts. The legal system is moving at human speed through a problem that was created at machine speed. What passed through a million years of accumulated human experience—the knowledge handed from mind to mind, generation to generation, the grief and wonder pressed into stories and paintings and films and arguments on the internet at three in the morning—was consumed by hungry algorithms. 3. Transgender activists have dropped a longstanding lawsuit against Idaho’s ban on gender-confused students using bathrooms and other private spaces of the opposite sex in public schools. Attorney General Raúl Labrador announced on Thursday that the legal challenge to Idaho’s law had “come to an end after the plaintiffs agreed to voluntarily dismiss both their district court case and their Ninth Circuit appeal.” “The case, Sexuality and Gender Alliance v. Critchfield, targeted Idaho’s law protecting sex-specific spaces in K-12 public schools, including locker rooms, showers, restrooms, and overnight accommodations,” the attorney general’s office added. ‘Idaho families can be confident that this law is fully in effect and will remain so,’ Attorney General Raúl Labrador said about Idaho’s bathroom law for K-12 schools. 4. The Washington State Patrol agreed to pay $340,000 to settle claims it deleted or withheld public records tied to the firing of troopers who refused the state’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate. The settlement adds to growing scrutiny over how Washington agencies handled — and in some cases deleted — electronic records during and after the pandemic. The dispute traces back to public records requests submitted to the WSP between August 2022 and April 2024 by multiple named and anonymous individuals seeking communications connected to then-Gov. Jay Inslee’s COVID-19 mandate and related employee termination. In May 2024, the self-described WSP Transparency Task Force, a group of former WSP troopers and detectives, accused the WSP of deleting text messages, emails and other records connected to the firing of employees who didn’t comply with the mandate. At the center of the dispute was an internal message from Patrol Chief John Batiste instructing employees to keep work-related texts and chat messages “transitory” and delete them “after they have served their intended purpose.” The plaintiffs argued the policy encouraged employees to delete messages, even after the agency was legally required to preserve them for lawsuits or investigations. Under Washington law, emails, texts, chat messages and other electronic communications related to government business qualify as public records. This amounts to profound coercion, pressuring innocent people into dangerous and misrepresented genetic experiments and related measures. The J4EIM Case now before the Federal Court of Appeal exposes a $13-billion Employment Insurance scandal that devastated the livelihoods of hundreds of thousands of Canadians wrongly accused of ‘EI Misconduct’.

Under the banner of ‘pandemic response’, new EI decision-making processes were engineered across multiple federal agencies. These discriminatory processes – imposed using internal policy – led Decision-Makers to violate the EI Act by denying benefits to workers who were otherwise legally entitled to receive them.

Statutory legal requirements and long-settled case law were quietly overridden by a secret internal directive – the ‘BE-Memo (2021-10)’. Then, EI benefits were denied on a mass-scale using pre-written Decision Templates that misapplied case law and changed the Misconduct Test by inserting two fundamental logical errors.

This Case raises urgent issues of National Importance. Public attention and engagement are essential to ensure that judges and government officials fully confront and correct the systemic failures exposed by this case.

We cannot allow widespread administrative errors to be transformed into binding case law. Injustice must not become legal precedent. Canadians everywhere request Justice 4 EI Misconduct.

Policies Allegedly Used to Override the Law

Employers were accused of treating internal workplace policies as superior to contracts, collective agreements, labour protections, and existing law. Workers placed on unpaid leave or removed from employment for refusing workplace “vaccine” mandates were frequently coded as guilty of misconduct.

Canadian labour law has long recognized that employers cannot simply impose unlawful workplace rules through policy declarations alone. The KVP test, later affirmed by the Supreme Court in Irving, states that unilaterally imposed workplace policies must remain consistent with collective agreements and must also be reasonable and lawful.

Despite this, EI adjudicators were repeatedly accused of refusing to examine whether workplace “vaccine” mandates violated contracts, collective agreements, lockout provisions, or labour protections. Claimants were often told that determining whether an employer acted contrary to law fell outside the jurisdiction of EI decision-makers.

Contrary-to-Law Analysis Required

Section 29 of the Employment Insurance Act explicitly lists practices of an employer that are contrary to law as grounds for just cause when leaving or taking leave from employment. The legislation also recognizes modified work duties and undue employer pressure as legitimate grounds for EI qualification.

Prior to the COVID “pandemic,” adjudicators routinely examined whether employers breached contracts, violated labour legislation, or acted unlawfully when determining EI entitlement. Numerous tribunal decisions cited collective agreements, employment contracts, and statutory protections directly.

The refusal to conduct those analyses during mandate-related cases marked a substantial departure from both precedent and statutory requirements.

Secret BE Memo Said to Have Changed EI Rules

An internal Service Canada directive referred to as the BE Memo is said to have introduced a separate adjudication framework specifically for claimants accused of misconduct related to workplace “vaccine” mandates.

The memo reportedly stated that its guidance was not connected to any legislative or regulatory amendments. Nevertheless, it appears to have altered legal definitions, changed investigative procedures, modified how evidence could be considered, and instructed staff to avoid examining employer legality in mandate-related cases.

According to the allegations, the memo also introduced entirely new concepts that did not exist within statute law, including “exceptional circumstances” that supposedly justified bypassing ordinary legal protections during the “pandemic.”

Staff were reportedly informed that cases could be escalated to management if they failed to follow the memo’s directives. This arguably created institutional pressure for adjudicators to deny claims regardless of statutory protections embedded in the EI Act.

Record of Employment Codes Led to EI Denial

Official government guidance allegedly instructed employers to use Code N, indicating a leave of absence, when employees were removed from work for refusing workplace “vaccine” mandates. Instead, many workers received Code M for misconduct. That distinction carried enormous consequences because misconduct classifications triggered specialized adjudication pathways that overwhelmingly resulted in EI denial.

Under Canadian law, Records of Employment are sworn documents. The Criminal Code prohibits knowingly falsifying them. The allegations maintain that assigning misconduct codes to workers who were merely placed on leave may have carried significant legal implications.

The misconduct coding may also have protected employers financially. Workers placed on leave rather than separated for misconduct could later receive backpay through arbitration or settlements, potentially requiring employers to retroactively pay EI premiums for the leave period. Misconduct classifications would avoid those obligations.

Tribunal Templates and Standardized Denial

The tribunal case-management system known as Atrium reportedly relied heavily on pre-written decision templates containing embedded legal reasoning, statutory wording, and case law citations.

These templates were intended to improve consistency and efficiency, but they also appear to have allowed decisions to be effectively reverse-engineered. Identical paragraphs, legal conclusions, and citations repeatedly appeared across unrelated cases.

In some instances, contradictory templates existed simultaneously. One template reportedly stated that employers could unilaterally impose workplace policies even if unions disagreed, while another stated that the KVP labour law framework was irrelevant to EI adjudication entirely.

Reshaped EI Misconduct Analysis

Five Federal Court cases were reportedly extracted and cited thousands of times throughout mandate-related tribunal decisions. In each of those original cases, the workers had openly admitted to breaching contracts or violating workplace rules.

Sentences from those rulings stating that employer conduct was not relevant were, according to the allegations, removed from their original context and inserted into tribunal templates. This allowed adjudicators to bypass examination of whether employers themselves had acted unlawfully.

A new misconduct framework allegedly emerged:

• Employers alleged misconduct

• Employer conduct was excluded from review

• Workplace legality was ignored

• Claimants were denied EI for misconduct

It is argued that this created a circular process where the accusation itself effectively became evidence of misconduct.

Mandate-Related Cases and Worse Outcomes

Between October 2020 and May 2023, approximately 10.4 million EI applications were filed across Canada, with roughly 2.6 million denials. Denial rates reportedly rose from approximately 15 percent before the “pandemic” to roughly 25 percent during the mandate period.

Mandate-related appeals were described as performing dramatically worse than standard EI cases. Ordinary appeals reportedly succeeded roughly 25 percent of the time, while workplace “vaccine” mandate misconduct appeals succeeded less than 6 percent of the time.

By 2023, more than 41 percent of all EI tribunal appeals reportedly involved workplace “vaccine” mandate cases.

The denied benefits were estimated at between $11 billion and $13 billion, a figure large enough to place enormous pressure on the EI operating account itself.

2. Proton VPN has become the latest tech company to oppose the Liberal government’s proposed legislation on lawful access to data, saying there is “no universe” in which the company would scrap its policy against logging users’ data. Ottawa’s Bill C-22, also known as the Lawful Access Act, would expand law enforcement’s authority to access digital information and subscriber information. It would also require digital service providers to retain metadata about user activities for up to a year, and force telecommunications and online service providers to grant authorities access to user data. Proton VPN, based in Switzerland, said this week that the European Union’s highest court had “struck down this type of mass data retention legislation twice already, suggesting it won’t stand up to scrutiny.” Proton VPN General Manager David Peterson said that complying with foreign surveillance orders without a legal process is a criminal offence under Swiss law. Several other VPN and tech companies have raised concerns over Bill C-22, and some have said they will pull out of Canada if the law passes. Panama-based NordVPN said it would consider pulling out of Canada if the law passes in its current form, as “there isn’t a scenario in which we would compromise our no-logs architecture or encryption protections.” The Canadian VPN service Windscribe also said that if the government wanted to “destroy the entire essence of our service to basically spy on its own citizens,” then it would move its headquarters to another country. Signal, a messaging service based in the United States, has said Bill C-22 could compromise on the privacy of customers, and that they would rather pull out of Canada than compromise on their customers’ data. 1. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has scored a historic win after negotiating a fraud settlement with a Houston area hospital. Texas Children’s Hospital agreed to pay $10 million for “billing Texas Medicaid for unallowable and illegal ‘gender-transition’ interventions, including by using false diagnosis codes.” The settlement also requires the terminations and revocation of credentials for five Texas doctors who performed gender-based surgical and chemical castrations. The move follows a law banning gender-affirming care for minors. “This historic settlement reflects an institutional and fundamental cultural shift away from radical ‘gender’ ideology. In addition to helping establish the first-ever Detransition Clinic and securing millions, this settlement will ensure that the deranged child mutilators who hurt our kids are fired and held accountable.” Paxton’s announcement also revealed that, for the first five years of operation, detransition services conducted by the new clinic would be offered free of charge. 2. The U.S. Department of Justice announced May 19 that its agents have launched an investigation into Washington State’s practice of housing male inmates in women’s prisons. Governor Bob Ferguson was notified in writing of the federal probe into an alleged pattern of violating the constitutional rights of female prisoners incarcerated at the Washington Corrections Center for Women. The investigation is based on allegations that the prison has failed to protect female prisoners from sexual assaults, rape, voyeurism, and sexual intimidation by males who identify as females housed with them at the facility. Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon of the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division said the practice would be a violation of the prisoners’ Eighth Amendment protections from cruel and unusual punishment. “Under my leadership, the Civil Rights Division will not allow women incarcerated in jails or prisons to be subject to unconstitutional risks of harm from male inmates,” said Dhillon. “The constitutional rights of women cannot be sacrificed at the altar of appeasing unsupported and dangerous ideologies.” California and Maine were notified in March that their policies were also under investigation. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police is working with its legal team and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation to reach a resolution on behalf of the RCMP Veterans Association after the veterans’ group confirmed its members were targeted and, in some cases, traumatized by a CBC sting project that has since been paused. Sources corroborate that there were multiple former RCMP officers targeted in the operation and lured to the CBC Vancouver studio under false pretenses, where they were subsequently humiliated. Former RCMP member, Clinton Jaws, has come forward exposing what the fake media groups Nova Frame Productions and Forge Media told them and what it was like to be on stage being berated by Indigenous activists over wrongdoings that the veterans association has said they were not even party to. Jaws detailed how he was set up, pressured to wear his RCMP Red Serge on stage and was subjected to insults from Indigenous activists denouncing the RCMP as “the ones who take us away” and declaring that the RCMP was being dissolved for the alleged evils the organization was said to have committed against the Indigenous community. The RCMP stated that since receiving the report, it has been working “on behalf of the RCMP Veterans Association to seek a resolution,” including by communicating the RCMP’s concerns directly to the CBC and “engaging” with its Legal Services Team.

4. In Australia this week, a Victorian woman, Larissa Gawthrop, was awarded $275,000 in damages after the Supreme Court of Victoria found she had been coerced into undergoing a vaginal examination during labour without valid consent. According to the judgment, she had clearly stated in her birth plan that she did not consent to vaginal examinations unless there was an urgent medical reason. The court heard she was told she would not be admitted, given pain relief, or have her chosen midwife contacted unless she agreed to the examination. Eventually, after hours of labour, distress, and pressure, she agreed. But the court found that consent given under those circumstances was not truly voluntary. The ruling found the hospital liable for battery and negligence, with the judge determining she had effectively been left with “no real choice.” Advocates are already describing this as a landmark precedent-setting case for maternity care and informed consent in Australia. This case may ultimately set a legal and cultural precedent that reshapes how consent is approached within Australian maternity care moving forward. Link↗

Following widespread reports of systemic Medicaid fraud in Minnesota, the Department of Justice (DOJ) arrested and charged 15 suspects for, among other crimes, operating illegitimate childcare centers. In a press conference at the federal court house in Minneapolis, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said, “Today’s arrests represent the largest autism fraud bust in American history. This was not a paperwork error, it was not a technical violation. This was an organized theft that exploited the most vulnerable children in America.” The DOJ had identified fraud in autism care as a major area of concern. According to an official press release, “two defendants were charged in connection with an approximately $46.6 million scheme to defraud the Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) program, a publicly funded Minnesota Health Care Program that offers medically necessary services to people under the age of 21 with autism spectrum disorder. Dr. Oz reiterated longstanding criticisms of Minnesota’s top executive, democratic Governor Tim Waltz, confirming that funds amounting to $350 million will be diverted from the state until its administration can justify the spending.

6. AG Equipment Company, which makes natural gas compressor systems, will pay $4.25 million to more than 40 former employees after federal officials found the company violated anti-discrimination laws when it enforced a COVID-19 vaccine mandate without allowing religious or medical exemptions, according to a settlement announced this week. The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) said AG Equipment implemented a companywide vaccine requirement in 2021 and told workers no exemptions would be permitted. The agency alleged that on Oct. 15, 2021, the company fired all 43 workers who had not provided proof of vaccination, including those who had formally sought exemptions. Federal officials said the company’s actions violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Both laws require employers to consider reasonable accommodations for sincerely held religious beliefs and certain medical conditions unless doing so would cause undue hardship. Under the three-year consent decree settling the case, the company will provide $4.25 million in monetary relief to the workers. It will also be required to implement training on anti-discrimination laws, revise its accommodation policies, and notify employees of their right to request religious or disability-based exemptions, according to the EEOC. EEOC officials said employers remain obligated to evaluate accommodation requests even during public health emergencies. Link↗

Citizen Action

1. Thousands of Brits filled the streets this week. Police reported 50,000 were in attendance, but those numbers may be downplayed. The massive crowd was overwhelmingly peaceful as people marched toward Parliament Square, demanding free speech, an end to two-tier policing, and a country that puts its own citizens first.

2. Children’s Health Defence filed a new federal case seeking to force the Federal Communications Commission to comply with a 2021 court order requiring the agency to explain how it determined that current radiofrequency radiation exposure limits adequately protect people and the environment. The case, CHD et al. v. FCC, asks the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the FCC to comply with the 2021 mandate within 90 days. According to the petition: “Instead of taking any steps to comply with the order, the Commission has taken significant steps to hasten nationwide buildout of wireless infrastructure, notwithstanding the serious, ongoing harm to individuals, communities, flora, and fauna that flows from these growing exposures.” CHD also asked the court to prohibit the FCC from moving forward with initiatives aimed at speeding up the wireless infrastructure rollout until the agency complies with the court order. Telling It Like It Is / Truth Bombs

1. As the great American political philosopher Harvey Mansfield observed in “The Rise and Fall of Rational Control,” modern society is crowded with instruments of state control “from the most trivial to the most coercive,” apparently to save us the inconvenience of thinking for ourselves. Yet these are also intrusions into privacy, exerting supervision and pressure over life and conduct. The modern political state no longer merely governs society; it increasingly seeks to furnish society’s entire meaning.

2. For many, vaccination status is no longer just a medical choice—it reflects deeper beliefs about institutional trust, bodily autonomy, freedom, and personal values. As a result, it has begun shaping one of the most personal areas of life: romantic relationships. In communities skeptical of the vaccines, a growing number of people view avoiding vaccinated partners as a matter of self-protection or value alignment. At the same time, this preference exists on the other side as well. Many vaccinated individuals actively seek partners who are also vaccinated, citing concerns around safety or lifestyle compatibility. What’s emerging is not simply one group rejecting another, but a wider cultural shift: people increasingly filtering potential partners based on shared beliefs, risk tolerance, and trust systems. 3. After many years of the current regime, is Canada a stronger, healthier, and more united country than we were at our centennial? Certainly not. Quebec remains a half-hearted participant in the national dream, its separatist impulses undiminished, and its elected officials often viewing federal politics chiefly as an exercise in extracting political spoils from Ottawa. Activists and courts have, in the view of many Canadians, combined to privilege certain ethnicities and genders and disadvantage others. Separatism on the Prairies has reached a level that would have been unthinkable a decade ago. The “reconciliation” process with aboriginal people seems to have generated more ill will than cozy feelings. A decade ago, Canada ranked fifth on international happiness scales; we’re now 25th, and for those under 30, Canada ranks 58th. We have also sunk on the Corruption Perceptions Index: of 10 high-income health systems we rank ninth, ahead only of the United States. Canada’s score on perceived freedom to choose one’s life has fallen from about 12th to 58th over the past decade. If Canada is to endure, Canadians must be willing to fight politically, culturally, and economically to improve it. A fighting chance is still a chance, and countries survive longer only when enough people believe their country is worth the struggle and get involved. Link↗

In Master Manipulator: The Explosive True Story of Fraud, Embezzlement, and Government Betrayal at the CDC, journalist James Grundvig presents a detailed account of data manipulation, biased research, and scientific dissembling centered on Danish researcher, Poul Thorsen. Thorsen was a fugitive from American justice for fifteen years before he was finally arrested and extradited to the U.S. on May 7. As Grundvig reveals in his book, Thorsen used Danish data – even though the countries have very different vaccination rates – to claim that there was no causal link between children taking vaccines and their developing autism. He expected Big Pharma, via the CDC, to contract him and to pay him well. They did both. Grundvig knew that Thorsen’s crimes were more than just fraud; they were crimes against America’s children and families. Had the truth about the link between vaccine injury and autism not been suppressed – and Thorsen’s science helped suppress it – people would no longer treat vaccines as medicine’s sacred cow. And here might be fewer young people with autism. We might also have seen a different public health approach to the Covid pandemic.

Recent dinosaur media coverage is once again saturated with alarming headlines, this time surrounding reports of a Hantavirus outbreak on a cruise ship, with three individuals reportedly dead. First and foremost, there is no justification for panic—despite the predictable atmosphere of fear now being amplified across media networks. The Basic Science Behind Hantaviruses

Hantaviruses are a broad family of negative-strand RNA viruses. They are enveloped, spherical viruses, roughly 80–120 nm in size, with a genome composed of three segments of negative-sense RNA.

The term “negative-sense” refers to the orientation of the viral RNA. In this form, the genetic sequence cannot be directly read by the host cell to produce proteins. Instead, a complementary positive-sense copy must first be generated by a viral enzyme before viral proteins can be synthesized.

In terms of human disease, only one genus within this broader family is of major significance: the Orthohantaviruses. More than 50 species within this group are known or suspected to infect humans.

These ortho-hantaviruses are generally divided into two major categories:

• Old World hantaviruses are primarily found throughout Asia and Europe. They are associated with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS), an illness involving fever, bleeding abnormalities, and kidney injury. The disease was first recognized clinically during the Korean War in the 1950s. Later, the prototype Hantaan virus was isolated from the striped field mouse (Apodemus agrarius) near the Hantaan River in South Korea.

• New World hantaviruses are found throughout the Americas. Rather than primarily affecting the kidneys, these viruses mainly target the lungs and cardiovascular system. The disease is known as hantavirus pulmonary syndrome (HPS), or hantavirus cardiopulmonary syndrome (HCPS). These infections first drew major international attention during the 1993 outbreak in the Four Corners region of the United States involving the “Sin Nombre” virus, literally translated as the “virus with no name.”

Animal Reservoirs and Transmission

Hantaviruses are maintained naturally within rodent populations, and in some cases shrews or other insectivores, through persistent infections that are often asymptomatic in the animals themselves. Infected animals shed the virus through urine, saliva, and feces. These viruses have likely co-evolved with their hosts over millions of years.

Human infection remains relatively rare. Most cases occur through inhalation of aerosolized particles contaminated with rodent urine, saliva, or feces. Sweeping dry rodent droppings in enclosed spaces such as barns, sheds, or cabins is a classic exposure scenario because it can launch infectious particles into the air. Transmission may also occur through direct contact with infected rodents, rodent bites, contaminated materials contacting broken skin, or infectious material reaching the eyes, nose, or mouth. Different rodent species in different geographic regions carry different ortho-hantaviruses.

Importantly, person-to-person transmission is extremely uncommon. The primary exception involves limited suspected transmission of Andes virus in South America through close contact with bodily fluids during symptomatic illness. Even in those cases, the virus does not appear to spread efficiently through the air like influenza or other highly contagious respiratory viruses. Transmission appears inefficient between people.

Pathophysiology

From a pathological perspective, hantaviruses primarily infect endothelial cells, the specialized cells lining capillaries and small blood vessels. Much of the resulting disease stems less from direct destruction caused by the virus itself and more from the body’s own immune response. Key pathological features include capillary leak syndrome, thrombocytopenia (low platelet counts), endothelial dysfunction, and excessive immune activation.

In Old World hantavirus disease, HFRS primarily affects the capillaries of the kidney medulla, the inner core of the kidneys. Patients may progress through several phases involving fever, low blood pressure, shock, acute kidney injury with reduced urine output initially, excessive urination during recovery, and an extended convalescent period to recover strength.

Severe cases may involve cytokine storm activity, breakdown of the endothelial barrier, and consumptive coagulopathy, where clotting proteins and platelets become depleted, increasing the risk of abnormal bleeding. Most strains have relatively low mortality rates, though some severe variants may approach 15%

In New World hantavirus disease, HPS/HCPS primarily targets the pulmonary capillaries of the lungs. After an initial flu-like phase involving fever, muscle pain, headaches, and fatigue, some patients rapidly deteriorate into severe cardiopulmonary illness.

Damage to the endothelial cells lining lung blood vessels, combined with high levels of inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α and IFN-γ, increases vascular permeability and allows fluid to leak directly into lung tissue. As the lung tissue becomes wet, oxygen transfer becomes impaired. Patients may develop respiratory failure, pulmonary edema, and circulatory shock.

Current Events According to the Dinosaur Media and Old-World Institutions

The World Health Organization says that five cases have now been confirmed following an outbreak aboard the Dutch vessel MV Hondius, including three reported deaths. The WHO has stated that this outbreak is not the beginning of another “pandemic” like COVID six years ago, noting that the hantavirus strain involved is believed to spread primarily through “close, intimate contact.” However, given that the incubation period may extend up to six weeks, the WHO claims additional cases could still emerge.

Oceanwide Expeditions stated that 114 guests and 61 crew members from 22 countries boarded the vessel, with 32 passengers later disembarking at St Helena on April 24. Other reports place the total number of passengers and crew closer to 150 individuals from 28 countries. The voyage reportedly began on April 1 in Ushuaia, Argentina, and was scheduled to arrive in Spain’s Canary Islands on May 10.

Initial infections are being attributed to rodent exposure in South America, with possible onboard person-to-person transmission now reportedly under investigation. According to current reports, two passengers visited a garbage dump and may have contracted the rat-borne illness there.

However, ships are historically well known for harboring rats. Rodent waste can potentially contaminate ventilation systems and enclosed spaces, creating another plausible exposure pathway. If rat feces entered portions of the ship’s ventilation infrastructure, this could also represent a feasible source of the reported Andes hantavirus infections.

European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control

According to the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC), the agency was notified on May 2, 2026, through the European Union’s Early Warning and Response System (EWRS), regarding a cluster of severe respiratory illness aboard a Dutch-flagged cruise ship operating in the South Atlantic.

At the time of notification, 149 people from 23 nationalities were reported to be on board, including citizens from nine EU/EEA member states: Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, and Spain. Two individuals had already died, while another had been medically evacuated to South Africa in critical condition. A PCR sample taken from that patient reportedly tested positive for hantavirus on May 3.

By May 6, seven individuals had reportedly developed symptoms including fever, respiratory illness, and gastrointestinal symptoms. At least four cases rapidly progressed to pneumonia, acute respiratory distress, and shock. Of the seven reported cases, three individuals died, one remained in intensive care in South Africa, two symptomatic individuals remained on board requiring medical support, and one case was diagnosed after the passenger returned to Switzerland following disembarkation.

Laboratory testing reportedly identified hantavirus infection in samples from two patients by PCR, while an additional patient tested positive specifically for Andes virus (ANDV) by PCR.

At present, this small cruise ship outbreak is being reported as associated with the Andes virus, a New World orthohantavirus. Notably, Andes virus is historically the only hantavirus with historic rare suspected cases involving human-to-human transmission.

Andes Virus: Clinical Course and Treatment

The typical clinical course of Andes Virus begins with an incubation period lasting roughly 1–4 weeks, during which no symptoms are present. This is usually followed by a prodromal phase lasting approximately 3–6 days involving high fever, fatigue, severe muscle aches, and often headaches, chills, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or abdominal pain.

Patients who progress into severe disease then enter the cardiopulmonary phase. This phase can involve the abrupt onset of cough, shortness of breath, and rapid progression to pulmonary edema, meaning fluid accumulation within the lungs. Patients may develop hypotension (low blood pressure), tachycardia (elevated heart rate), hypoxia (low oxygen levels), and cardiogenic shock, where the lungs and cardiovascular system are no longer able to adequately deliver oxygenated blood throughout the body. In severe cases, respiratory failure may occur, requiring mechanical ventilation and intensive care support.

Serious Andes virus infections are associated with a case fatality rate of approximately 30–40%. These deaths usually occur within one week of onset of symptoms. However, survivors often improve relatively quickly once stabilized with supportive care. While lingering fatigue may persist temporarily, most recover without major long-term complications.

At present, treatment is generally focused on supporting patients rather than curing them. This generally involves oxygen therapy, fluid management, and mechanical ventilation when necessary. No approved specific antiviral treatment currently exists. The patient is medically supported while the immune system gradually overcomes the infection naturally. Early recognition and intensive care are critical factors in survival.

Prevention of Andes virus and other hantavirus infections primarily involves rodent control and avoidance of contaminated environments. In higher-risk situations, such as cleaning old barns, sheds, cabins, or poorly ventilated rodent-infested spaces, measures such as ventilation, sunlight, and the use of appropriate respiratory protection reduces risk.

Preventing rare human-to-human transmission associated with Andes virus involves avoiding close intimate contact with symptomatic individuals. This is already the norm and common sense for dealing with infectious disease.

With all infectious diseases, measures that support healthy immune function remain important. Please recall the NEWSTART mnemonic: nutrition, exercise, water, sunshine (including vitamin D optimization), temperance, fresh air, rest, and trust in God or spiritual health.

Remaining Concerns Around Corrupt Agendas

In the absence of nefarious activities, such as intentional aerosolization to create infections or undisclosed genetic modifications (Gain of Function), this current situation represents approximately zero threat for most people.

Consider, however, a 2025 research project funded by the DTRA (Defence Threat Reduction Agency) titled “Aerostability of Sin Nombre Virus Aerosol Related to Near-Field Transmission.” In this study, the virus was aerosolized to examine its stability as an airborne pathogen under different environmental conditions. Among the findings was that sunshine, ozone, and fresh air reduced the stability of aerosolized hantaviruses.

In light of recent years and the documented actions of the medical-military-industrial complex against humanity, it is reasonable to consider the possibility of corrupt actors aerosolizing viruses to deliberately create infections and “outbreaks.” Such outbreaks could then be used to manipulate the public toward the same types of abuses witnessed during the COVID operation: mandates, human rights violations, coerced dangerous genetic so-called “vaccines,” and the advancement of broader economic and political agendas.

Promising Pathways for Treating Rare Cases

What about some of the drugs that reduced suffering and saved lives during the coronavirus era?

Hydroxychloroquine and zinc

Hydroxychloroquine and zinc worked against COVID through inhibition of the viral replicase enzyme. Like coronaviruses, hantaviruses also rely on replicase enzymes for RNA transcription and replication of their genetic material. Therefore, the combination of zinc and hydroxychloroquine remains promising in theory. Since the viral replicase enzyme is virus-specific and substantially different from human enzymes, compounds capable of selectively blocking or interfering with this enzyme may inhibit viral replication without heavily disrupting the host cell itself. In addition, the immune-modulating effects of hydroxychloroquine may also prove beneficial given the strongly immunopathologic nature of hantavirus disease.

Ivermectin

In the case of ivermectin, there is evidence for several antiviral mechanisms against coronaviruses, including some evidence involving inhibition of the same replicase enzyme. However, the best-established mechanism by which ivermectin suppresses coronavirus replication involves disruption of the cellular transport machinery responsible for moving certain viral proteins into the nuclei of infected cells.

Many RNA viruses, including coronaviruses, rely on the host cell’s nuclear transport system. Viral proteins contain nuclear localization signals that hijack this transport machinery and move viral proteins into the cell nucleus, where they suppress antiviral defenses and assist viral replication. However, hantaviruses do not appear to rely heavily on this same nuclear import mechanism for replication. For that reason, ivermectin may ultimately provide less benefit for hantavirus infections than it does for coronaviruses.

Monoclonal antibodies

In addition, monoclonal antibodies are currently under investigation as potential treatments for hantavirus infections.

The Truth About Vaccines

Some traditional vaccines have existed for certain Old World hantaviruses associated with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome. At the same time, newer “vaccine” technologies are actively being explored for hantaviruses, including modified mRNA platforms from Moderna and DNA-based “vaccines” targeting Andes virus.

However, the vaccine industry, and especially the mRNA and DNA platforms, have lost enormous public trust for good reasons. I personally will not be looking to vaccines for answers.

Final Thoughts

For the overwhelming majority of people, hantaviruses as naturally occurring infections, represent little practical threat. Panic is neither justified nor helpful. Basic preventative measures remain straightforward and largely intuitive. Poorly ventilated rodent-infested environments should be approached cautiously, especially when dried rodent waste may become aerosolized during cleaning. Situations involving old barns, sheds, cabins, or storage spaces warrant proper ventilation, respiratory protection, and dampening debris before sweeping to minimize contaminated dust entering the air.

Regarding rare person-to-person transmision of Andes Virus, avoiding close intimate contact with visibly sick individuals during active infection is common sense and proper hygiene. This should be normal behavior with almost all infectious diseases; by everyone, especially those who are sick.

The current real threats to human health involving infectious disease, are not hantaviruses. They are the institutional structures that emerged so aggressively during the COVID operation.

Military aerosolization research, gain-of-function experimentation, globalist pandemic infrastructure, coordinated fear campaigns, and pharmaceutical profiteering are all real threats.

Restortion of justice and accountability are absolutely essential to end medical-crimes against humanity. Let’s please all help finish the fight to end corruption and abuse of authority in health and medicine.

Overview of the Trilogy

In part 1, we discussed morphology and histology, which revealed consistent physical and microscopic characteristics of the casts that are completely unique when compared to all pre-existing blood clots in both living and deceased individuals. This included evidence that these structures form during active blood flow, indicating that they develop prior to death, and that they consist of dense fibrin networks with minimal cellular content.

In part 2, we examined the atomic elemental chemistry of the casts. This again revealed consistent characteristics that are completely unique compared to all preexisting blood clot types. The “calamari clots,” when compared to normal fibrinogen clots, were found to have dramatic sulfur depletion, significant phosphorus enrichment, reduced protein dominance, and other distinct and consistant features.

Now, in part 3, we will address the third study in Sheldon and Rapley’s trilogy. In this study, the researchers performed a sophisticated analysis of the casts to determine which specific proteins they contain and their relative quantities. The study is titled “Proteomic Characterisation of Anomalous Intravascular Casts Reveals Non-Canonical Fibrin Architecture and Impaired Fibrinolysis.”

In this context, “non-canonical” means abnormal and unaligned with established scientific knowledge. Part 3 represents the pinnacle of understanding so far of these strange white, rubbery casts; offering a clearer picture of their rugged structure, unrestrained growth and persistence, and the failure of fibrinolytic drugs to treat them (despite their efficacy in normal blood clots that existed prior to COVID-19 mass “vaccination”).

Scientific Method and Equipment

The researchers analyzed the protein content of the anomalous intravascular casts using the following method:

1. Extracting the protein: The AICs were broken down and mixed into a solution that dissolved proteins. The mixture was then centrifuged to separate out any undissolved particles, leaving only the purified protein solution

2. Cleaving the proteins into peptides: An enzyme called trypsin was used. Trypsin, which is also produced by your pancreas to digest protein, cleaves proteins into shorter strands by selectively cutting after the amino acids lysine or arginine. In this way, each protein was broken into peptides approximately 5 to 20 amino acids in length.

   

3. Analyzing the peptide solution: The resulting solution was analyzed to identify the extracted proteins. This involved established high-precision methods using a combined system of High Performance Liquid Chromatography and Tandem Mass Spectrometry (HPLC–MS/MS).

   

How This Analysis Works

In the High-Performance Liquid Chromotographer, the peptides are separated by sending them through a long, thin column one by one, separated by time. Different peptides come out at different moments. As each peptide exits the chromatograph (HPLC), it goes straight into the dual mass spectrometer. The first mass spectrometer measures the peptide’s mass, then breaks it into smaller pieces, and the second mass spectrometer measures those fragments. This creates a unique “fingerprint” that allows the computer to identify which protein the peptide came from.

The machine was run in “data-dependent acquisition mode”, which means it automatically picks the most important peptides to analyze in detail. Standard computer software matched the peptide fragments to known human proteins in a large database.

Using strict rules called “false discovery rate thresholds,” the researchers ensured reliable protein identification. This means that, at most, 1 out of every 100 identified proteins is allowed to be a wrong guess, making the results highly reliable.

Additionally, samples were processed independently across internationally distributed laboratories using harmonized protocols.

As complex as this computer-based data analysis is, the researchers followed standard, reliable protocols. The method outlined above is well established and known to be highly accurate.

Analysis Results

The results were consistent regardless of the sample or the laboratory. The protein content of the four anomalous intravascular casts or “calamari clots” analyzed included 541 human proteins.

532 of these proteins were present in trace amounts, so that 9 dominant proteins stood out. From highest prevalence to lowest, these 9 proteins were:

1. Hemoglobin subunit beta: ~17.7%

2. Fibrinogen beta chain: ~13.5%

3. Fibrinogen gamma chain: ~5.9%

4. Hemoglobin subunit alpha: ~3.6%

5. Myeloperoxidase: ~2.4%

6. Fibrinogen alpha chain: ~1.9%

7. Cathepsin G: ~1.3%

8. Immunoglobulin heavy constant gamma 1: ~1.1%

9. Actin, cytoplasmic 1: ~1.0%

The remaining 532 proteins collectively accounted for ~48.5% of the protein content.

Discussion on the Findings

There are three key revelations that likely contribute to the calamari clots’ strong rubbery structure, unrestricted growth, persistence, and resistance to treatment:

One of the most striking findings relates to fibrinogen—the structural protein of regular bloodclots. Normal fibrinogen, is a complex protein made of three intertwined proteins referred to as “subunits” or “chains”: alpha α, beta β, and gamma γ.

A normal blood clot composed of normal fibrinogen should have the subunits present in equal amounts, but the “calamari clots” revealed a highly abnormal ratio. Instead of the expected α:β:γ ratio of 1:1:1, these samples’ consistent ratios were α:β:γ = 1:7:3. Considering the role of fibrinogen α-chains in helping fibrinogen molecules connect in an orderly, properly spaced pattern, their relative absence is predicted to produce structures that are denser, more durable, and harder to break down. This helps explain both their strange rubbery morphology and their persistence.

Normal mechanisms, which break down clots and thus limit their size and persistence, rely on normal fibrinogen structuring. They may be ineffective for breaking down the unusual bonds of these structures. This can also help explain the failure of drugs called “fibrinolytics” in treating these abnormal “calamari clots”; fibrinolytic drugs work on normal bonds between fibrinogen molecules. This creates challenges and poor outcomes from traditional fibrinolytic treatments, which typically work in diseases involving pathological blood clotting, including: ischemic heart attacks, strokes, pulmonary emboli (blood clots in the lungs) , and venous or arterial thrombi. Since 2021, the underlying pathology in many of these medical emergencies may involve a new causative factor (the COVID-19 injections and abnormal clot structure and chemistry), meaning traditional clot-dissolving treatments are prone to failure.

Another striking finding in the “calamari clots,” which likely helps explain their durability and unfettered expansion, is a deficiency of an enzyme called plasminogen compared to normal clots. Plasminogen is an inactive protein-digesting enzyme that is normally present throughout healthy blood clots in small amounts, typically 0.3 to 0.5%. When local healing of a damaged blood vessel is complete and the clot is no longer needed, the cells lining the vessel release tPA, or “tissue plasminogen activator.” This tPA activates plasminogen into plasmin, which then works to break down the clot. In the AICs, or “calamari clots,” plasminogen was detected at only 0.13% of the total protein signal, approximately one third of its level in normal healthy blood clots.

Yet another factor that helps explain the unnatural persistence and unrestricted growth of “calamari clots” is a more profound deficiency of tPA (tissue plasminogen activator), which is needed to activate plasminogen. Of the four samples studied, three were completely absent of tPA, and only one contained tPA but in trace amounts, which were far below normal.

These three findings, fibrinogen alpha chain deficiency, plasminogen deficiency, and the absence of tPA, are all consistent with observations from funeral embalmers, clinicians, patients, and their families. The observations show that the structures grow large, resist natural breakdown, and do not respond to fibrinolytic drugs that are effective for normal clots.

Addressing the Absence of Spike Proteins

It is surprising that the researchers did not find SARS-CoV-2 spike protein within the casts. This may be explained, in part, by the fact that the analysis matched peptide fragments to a database of known human proteins; spike protein is not human in origin. Even if spike protein were present and not detected, the findings are still not consistent with the idea that these “calamari clots” are composed predominantly of spike protein.

However, we do have extensive pre-existing evidence of immune system disturbances in C-19 “vaccinated” individuals triggered by spike proteins and the random array of protein junk manufactured due to ribosome frame shifting. This is the subject of current research I am involved in and for which we greatly appreciate your donations and support.

C-19 “vaccine” induced immune system disturbances may underly the immunothrombotic findings discussed next.

Neutrophil and Immunothrombotic Involvement

The finding of the following three proteins in the structure is relevant: Myeloperoxidase ~2.4%, Cathepsin G ~1.3%, and IgG1 (Immunoglobulin heavy constant gamma 1 ~1.1%. Their presence suggests neutrophil and immunothrombotic involvement.

• Myeloperoxidase, is an enzyme stored within immune cells called neutrophils. It functions within those cells to help eliminate various toxins within them. However, in inflammation and immunothrombosis (blood clotting triggered by immune dysfunction), MPO binds directly to fibrinogen, inducing unfolding and abnormal clot formation. MPO-derived oxidants modify fibrin structure, resulting in denser, thinner fibers with increased mechanical stability and profound resistance to fibrinolysis. The presence of elevated MPO in the casts suggests neutrophil-driven oxidative modification contributing to abnormal fibrin architecture. I suspect that further research may show how immune system changes, caused by COVID-19 modified mRNA “vaccines,” lead to increased myeloperoxidase in the casts.

• Cathepsin G is an enzyme released by the immune system’s neutrophils in a process called “degranulation.” It has potent effects involving both platelets and fibrinogen, that increase blood clot formation. Its presence in the casts supports immunothrombotic mechanisms, where neutrophil enzymes contribute to platelet-driven, persistent clot-like structures that resist normal regulatory pathways.

• IgG1 is the main working molecule of the antibody-based immune response. It actively fights infections by marking pathogens for destruction, activating complement, and helping immune cells attack invaders. IgG1 is also the dominant subclass of antibodies induced by mRNA “vaccines.” In addition to its role targeting pathogens for destruction, IgG1 also has a pathological role in “immuno-thrombosis” or “blood clotting triggered by the immune system. Its detection in the “calamari clots” points toward an antibody-mediated contribution to the abnormal clotting.

Hemoglobin

The top 9 proteins identified in the calamari clots included hemoglobin subunits, with hemoglobin’s beta unit being the number one prominent protein at ~17.7%, and its alpha unit being the fourth most common protein at 3.6%.

Hemoglobin is the highly specialized oxygen carrying molecule that is abundant in red blood cells, and specific to them. It is key to their life-sustaining role of carrying large numbers of oxygen molecules from our lungs to all the tissues in our bodies.

Please note that each hemoglobin molecule is constructed of two alpha and two beta protein chains or subunits. Each of the subunits contain a smaller molecule called a heme group, and each of those heme groups includes one iron atom in its structure. You may recall from the histology studies in part 1 that “intact red blood cells were largely absent. Instead, streaks of hemoglobin suggested that erythrocytes (red blood cells) had broken down within the structure.”

Also recall from elemental chemical analysis in part 2 that compared to normal fibrinogen blood clots, the “calamari clots” or AICs were high in iron, and high in phosphorus. We theorized that one possible source of this phosphorus might be cell membranes including red blood cell membranes. Red blood cells could contribute both iron from the hemoglobin heme groups, and phosphorus from the red blood cell membranes.

These findings support a process of red blood cells destruction happening concurrently with the formation of the AICs or “calamari clots,” such that red blood cell debris is captured within the forming calamari clots. Red blood cells are the only possible source of the hemoglobin protein units, a probable source of the iron, and likely contributor of phosphorus. Here, things begin to fit together.

However, the study’s protein distribution findings raise an additional question regarding hemoglobin. Why are there approximately five times as many hemoglobin beta units as alpha units, when each hemoglobin molecule contains equal numbers of both subunits, that is two alpha subunits and two beta subunits per hemoglobin molecule? This discrepancy warrants further investigation, and I will raise this question directly with the researchers. Insights or plausible explanations for the elevated beta-to-alpha ratio in these casts would be valuable information. Please share insights or theories about this, if you have them, in the comments section.

Actin, cytoplasmic 1 accounted for ~1% of the “calamari clots’” protein content. It is likely derived from white blood cells, platelets, or endothelial cells lining the blood vessels. This is also consistent with AIC formation under dynamic conditions, where blood is actively flowing and proteins can be captured as the structures form.

The remaining 532 proteins identified in the “calamari clots” were present in minute quantities. Rather than serving a specific structural role, the authors suggest these are likely background proteins in the blood that become trapped during AIC formation under flowing conditions. They also note that the deficiency of fibrinogen alpha chains likely leaves many binding sites on the remaining fibrinogen subunits exposed. These open sites may help capture and retain a wide range of other proteins within the AIC matrix as it forms.

What about spike proteins?

As previously highlighted, a anticipated finding which did not manifest in the protein analysis was the presence of SARS-CoV-2 spike protein within the casts. However, spike protein production in recipients of the SARS-CoV-2 genetic “vaccines” is known to cause significant immune system disturbances and may contribute to the immunothrombotic processes suggested by the presence of myeloperoxidase, cathepsin G, and IgG1.

Additionally, please recall in the study methods that “Standard computer software matched the peptide fragments to known human proteins in a large database.” SARS C0V2 spike protein is not a “known human protein”. Might this have masked its presence within the clots and distorted the analysis? I will reach out to the researchers and entertain this and other questions with them soon. So stay tuned for more insights.

Conclusion

The third study in Bruce Rapley and Matt Shelton’s research trilogy on anomalous intravascular casts, or “calamari clots,” reveals a consistent and entirely new protein composition, with multiple indicators pointing to the cause and nature of these structures. Abnormal ratios of fibrinogen chains, reduced plasminogen, and absent or near-absent tissue plasminogen activator help explain their dense, durable structure, unchecked growth, and resistance to breakdown, even with fibrinolytic drugs.

Hemoglobin chains were found abundantly in the AICs, correlating with earlier findings of ruptured red blood cell components captured during cast formation. The high ratio of hemoglobin beta chains to alpha chains raises important questions that remain unanswered.

Increased levels of myeloperoxidase, cathepsin G, and IgG1 point to immune system involvement in the formation of these pathological structures. Further research and corroboration with existing evidence may help clarify the role of COVID-19 spike-protein–producing-genetic-injections, a.k.a. COVID “vaccines,” in the development of “calamari clots” and the associated harm.

Other findings are consistent with structures that form during active blood flow and capture a wide variety of proteins in the process.

These insights not only strengthen our call for a long-overdue halt to these dangerous genetic injections, but they also bring us closer to developing effective treatments and methods for prevention.

1. Here is something fabulous that happened two and a half years ago, yet was news to us. This story is from Criminalized Medical Care by Dr. Gerburg Weiss, which is a German book, with an English translation soon to be released. The book tells the stories of severe persecution carried out by the government, courts, and medical institutions against German doctors and their patients throughout the COVID operation. Here’s an excerpt: “In Slovenia, a full amnesty for COVID-related fines was enacted in 2023. In September 2023, the parliament in Ljubljana passed legislation annulling all penalties imposed during the Corona era, terminating ongoing proceedings, and refunding fines already paid, including procedural costs. In addition, the corresponding entries were removed from criminal records. The legislative initiative followed court rulings that had declared parts of the pandemic-related legal framework unconstitutional and was officially intended to restore public trust in the rule of law.”

1. A CIA whistleblower informed the U.S. Senate this week that Dr. Anthony Fauci intentionally helped cover up evidence showing that COVID-19 emerged from a Chinese laboratory that worked with U.S.-funded scientists — some of whom were involved with gain-of-function research and coronaviruses months before the pandemic. “Dr. Fauci’s role in the cover-up was intentional,” said James E. Erdman III, a senior operations officer for the CIA. Erdman testified during a hearing organized by the Senate Committee on Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs, chaired by Sen. Rand Paul. Erdman, who worked for the federal Director’s Initiatives Group between March 2025 and April 2026, leading its investigation into COVID-19’s origins, said this position exposed him to evidence that Fauci, the CIA and other elements of the U.S. intelligence community actively covered up evidence of a COVID-19 lab leak. Erdman said the cover-up continues today and that CIA whistleblowers have faced retaliation from the agency. When asked if there is still resistance within the CIA to comply with legislation to declassify all COVID-19 origins documents, Erdman responded, “Yes.” Erdman told lawmakers that public health policy “would have been very different had the American public been made aware that a virus from a lab in China was going to serve as the foundation for an Emergency Use Authorization mRNA product being mandated by the former administration.” Link↗

2. Two states this week moved to require that vaccine records be included in the autopsy reports of children who die from unexplained causes. Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt signed a bill requiring medical examiners to document recent immunizations on the death certificates of children who died from unknown causes. On Thursday, a Louisiana bill, “A Voice for the Voiceless,” passed the House with a 76-12 vote. Current law requires coroners who designate a death as Sudden Infant Death Syndrome — a sudden death with no discernible cause — to report the death and designation to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The Oklahoma and Louisiana bills amend the existing public health law by directing coroners to document any vaccines administered within 90 days of death on autopsy reports for children under age 15 who died unexpectedly and without explanation. Medical researcher and SIDS expert Neil Z. Miller said: “A child never dies from ‘unknown causes.’” “There is always a reason for death. Often, that reason is vaccines. But medical examiners may be ‘hesitant’ to list vaccines as the probable cause due to intense pressure from medical colleagues.” The legislation would relieve that pressure. Link↗

1. U.S. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is “spearheading an intense push” across several federal agencies to study vaccine safety and the potential role of vaccines in the chronic disease epidemic. The initiative includes “a look at the overall effect of the childhood vaccine schedule.” Researchers will also compare the health outcomes of vaccinated and unvaccinated children and examine possible links between vaccines and autism. Kennedy and key advisers are overseeing the project. Martin Kulldorff, Ph.D., a biostatistician, vaccine safety expert is leading the effort. U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) spokesperson Andrew G. Nixon said: “We are continuing to conduct studies to better understand vaccine safety and efficacy and to assess how vaccine exposure, timing, and patterns affect health across the lifespan.” Failure to do so “would amount to gross negligence by an agency charged with protecting public health and rebuilding public trust.”

2. A new peer-reviewed paper in the Journal of Independent Medicine - “Determinants of Autism Spectrum Disorder” is the first comprehensive review to map every major class of autism risk factor into a single framework, from genetics and parental age to environmental toxicants, gut-brain disruption, and the cumulative childhood vaccine schedule. The paper reviewed 136 studies examining childhood vaccines or their components. Of those, 107 inferred a possible link to ASD or other neurodevelopmental disorders. And it names what most of the existing literature has been structured to avoid: the full pediatric schedule has never been evaluated for neurodevelopmental safety. They state: “We observed strong, consistent increases in cumulative vaccine exposure during early childhood and the reported prevalence of autism across successive birth cohorts.” What the paper does conclude is that combination vaccines given during critical neurodevelopmental windows, in children who are already predisposed, represent the most significant modifiable risk factor. The brain develops most rapidly between birth and age four. The current schedule recommends approximately 32 doses in the first two years. “Determinants” means the odds of autism are higher when these factors are present. It’s the language of epidemiology, not advocacy. Link↗

1. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit ruled that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration must restore the in-person dispensing requirement for the abortion drug mifepristone pending appeal. This ruling prevents pro-abortion activists and doctors from mailing abortion drugs into states that has legislation to protect the lives of unborn babies. Link↗

2. In a win for free expression, the town of South Bruce Peninsula in Ontario has officially repealed its unconstitutional bylaw banning public protest without government permission. Flagged as a runner-up in the Canadian Constitution Foundation’s 2025 Most Censorious Bylaws report, the town made it illegal to hold a sign, wear clothing “which portrays a message,” or engage in any form of even silent protest in public spaces without prior authorization, an obvious violation of Canadians’ Charter-protected right to free expression. After sustained pressure, the municipality finally removed the bylaw on Tuesday. Link↗

3. The Democracy Fund is continuing its legal support for Pastor Derek Reimer after criminal charges were laid following his peaceful protest in February 2023. Pastor Reimer peacefully protested “Reading with Royalty,” a drag queen story hour targeting children at a Calgary public library. He was ejected from the premises and subsequently charged with criminal mischief and causing a disturbance. The matter was tried in May, 2025. Justice Fradsham acquitted Pastor Reimer of the charges of mischief and causing a disturbance. However, the Crown appealed Reimer’s acquittal and a new trial was ordered. The new trial began on April 27. TDF senior litigation counsel, Adam Blake-Gallipeau said: “Peacefully protesting controversial events should not be criminalized. Moreover, it is extremely concerning that the Crown can devote apparently unlimited resources pursuing Pastor Reimer while serious crimes go unprosecuted.” The trial is scheduled for April 27 and 28, returning on September 18, 2026, for further submissions. 4. Former CDC scientist and accused embezzler Poul Thorsen has been extradited to the United States from Germany, where he was working as an OB/GYN. Thorsen is the Danish scientist the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention employed in the 2000s to exonerate thimerosal-containing vaccines, and the MMR vaccine, from the rise of autism in the United States. Thorsen’s NANEA research team produced a series of papers in the early 2000s which were used by the CDC to claim that vaccines do not cause autism. In April 2011, Thorsen was indicted by the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General on 22 counts of wire fraud.

   

   He fled to Europe before he could be arrested and has been a wanted man ever since. Thorsen is accused of stealing $1 million in CDC grant money that was targeted for autism and genetics research.

5. Ralph Baric was placed on leave from his job at the University of North Carolina this week. As of May 7 Baric faced debarment from funding by HHS for at least 3 years. Baric spent his entire career on coronaviruses. He has been exceeding well-funded, garnering over $200 million in grants during his career. One of the issues is what role Ralph Baric played in the development of SARS-CoV-2. It appears that UNC finally decided that the huge grants Baric reliably brought in are now finished, and it is not worth the university’s while to keep paying lawyers and withholding Baric-related documents, given the extensive FOIA requests, in addition to ongoing state and federal government attempts to get to the bottom of Baric’s role in the creation of the COVID virus.

The Democracy Fund has launched an independent forensic investigation led by a certified fire investigator to conduct an expert analysis of the wave of arson attacks and vandalism against churches and synagogues that has swept Canada since 2021. This marks the first known independent forensic review of Canada’s unprecedented wave of attacks on Christian and Jewish places of worship. The overwhelming majority of these attacks are unresolved. Numbering in the hundreds and bearing clear hallmarks of targeted action, the response from the government and authorities has been almost nonexistent,” said Mark Joseph, TDF Executive Director. “For years, Canadians have watched churches burn and synagogues come under attack while authorities offered little transparency, few answers, and almost no accountability. Teachers at a Regina high school abruptly pulled students out of a Globe Theatre performance after staff said the play’s sexual content went far beyond what they were led to expect from a supposedly school-approved matinee. The play, Little Red Warrior and His Lawyer, was marketed to students as a satirical courtroom comedy about Indigenous land rights and resistance. But teachers at Campbell Collegiate decided to leave early after the production’s actors crossed the line, according to a letter sent home to parents. Although the play was rated for audiences 14 and older, teachers at Campbell Collegiate pulled students from the performance over its highly sexual content. One of the actors from the play, Anika Danielson accused the school and others criticizing the performance of engaging in “transphobia.”

4. Author and former university professor Dr. Frances Widdowson exposed a hoax interview by taking out her smartphone and interviewing those who she said had been trying to humiliate her. Widdowson, who has attempted to hold conversations on claims of unmarked graves at the site of a former residential school in Kamloops, B.C., said an “elaborate deception” led to her being in a Vancouver studio for a hoax interview on May 4. She said two men entered during taping and emptied a box of children’s shoes in front of her in what she viewed as an apparent attempt to portray her as “racist.” She added that despite the initial surprise, she decided to turn the tables on her interlocutors and put them on the spot by interviewing them. 5. Dr. Sonja Kustka is a courageous family doctor who has been in practice for 41 years. She has been fighting the oppressive overreach of the College of Physicians for the past three and a half years. After a scout leader complained that she gave a young scout a mask exemption during COVID, the College started a lengthy investigation into her practice. She says they recently found her guilty of professional misconduct for not complying with their demands for patient records. They also suspended her licence, putting her large roster of roughly 3000 patients at risk. After years of struggle, Dr. Kustka recently made the decision to give up her licence as she has lost faith in the medical system and the way it is governed. Dr. Kustka recently had a retirement event, attended by many of her former patients. Even though Dr. Kustka has resigned, the College hasn’t accepted it and is still coming after her. They gave her until April 17 to comply with their demands to hand over her files, which she has not done. Dr. Kustka offered to send over the files with names redacted, but containing all other treatment details so they could evaluate her performance and see if she was a “danger” to the public. Telling It Like It Is / Truth Bombs

1. Premier Smith said out loud what many of us have been thinking for years – “Is Canada a prison that you can’t get out of?” This in response to the decision of Liberal-appointed Alberta Court of King’s Bench Justice S. Leonard to quash the approval of a proposed referendum question asking Albertans whether the province should become independent. Smith said the ruling would deny “well over 300,000 Albertans” who signed the petition the chance to have their voices heard. “We think that this decision is incorrect in law and anti-democratic, and we will be appealing it as a result.” Smith also suggested the court ruling could have broader implications for national unity debates across Canada. “What does it say about the fact that independence movements in Canada moving ahead? Is Canada a prison that you can’t get out of with any other means?” she asked. The premier said cabinet and caucus would meet in the coming days to discuss whether the government itself should place an independence question directly on the Oct. 19 provincial referendum ballot using powers available under Alberta’s Referendum Act.

As federal health agencies revisit childhood vaccine schedules and emphasize shared clinical decision-making, the American Academy of Pediatrics is encouraging hospitals to use pediatric admissions as a “unique opportunity” to vaccinate more children. A series of AAP publications released in March and April promotes offering routine, catch-up and seasonal vaccines during children’s hospital stays and around surgeries and medical procedures. But some physicians and vaccine safety advocates say the approach raises medical and ethical concerns, particularly for children already sick enough to require hospitalization. A March 9 article in AAP News described “perioperative or periprocedural vaccination” as “a novel way to vaccinate children who are in a hospital environment for other reasons.” Another March report in Hospital Pediatrics stated that “pediatric inpatient hospital admissions are opportunities for catch-up vaccination.” CHD’s Chief Scientific Officer Brian Hooker sharply criticized the AAP’s approach. “The AAP’s callous and careless attitude regarding massive vaccination of anything that breathes at any time in infancy/childhood is dangerous,” Hooker said. “This is another instance where children come in for a procedure or hospitalization during, frankly, the worst time for an additional medical intervention, and the AAP wants them vaccinated.” Hooker said he believes the policy “will lead to additional vaccine injuries and deaths.” Dr. Paul Thomas said vaccinating hospitalized children contradicts what many pediatricians once considered standard practice. “Data show that vaccine side effects and harm seem to be greater the more vaccines that are given, and it used to be common sense for pediatricians to discourage vaccines when a child was sick,” Thomas said. “It just makes sense not to further stimulate the immune system while it is dealing with something significant enough to require hospitalization.” Link↗

3. The CO₂ Coalition has released a compelling new paper, “Livestock, Methane and Climate” on January 27, 2026. This rigorous analysis demonstrates that methane emissions from ruminant livestock—such as cattle and sheep—have an effectively undetectable influence on Earth’s temperature. The authors use precise calculations grounded in atmospheric physics, emission data, and radiative forcing models. Their findings are striking: Eliminating all ~1.6 billion cattle worldwide in 2025 would reduce atmospheric methane enough to lower global temperatures by just ΔT = −0.04°C. For the world’s ~1.3 billion sheep, the effect is even smaller: ΔT = −0.004°C. The authors emphasize that policies targeting these emissions deliver “all pain, no gain.” Drastic measures—like culling herds or imposing heavy regulations—would harm food production, rural economies, and nutrition with no meaningful climate benefit. This publication joins other CO₂ Coalition work highlighting that methane concerns (from livestock or pipelines) are overstated relative to their real-world influence. It underscores the need for evidence-based policy over alarmist narratives. Farmers, policymakers, and citizens deserve facts, not fear-driven mandates that threaten agriculture while delivering imperceptible temperature changes. Link↗

4. Roughly three-quarters of respondents in a new member survey by the Business Council of B.C. say they are cutting down on investment plans in the province as a result of concern over the Declaration of the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act (DRIPA). Business Council of B.C. (BCBC) CEO Laura Jones said the findings of the survey demonstrate a major decline in optimism among B.C.’s business community since DRIPA was first put through in 2019. “The desire to work with indigenous communities to create prosperity for all remains strong but the message from business leaders is clear: DRIPA isn’t working.” The results show that 74 percent of respondents said they are reducing investment plans in B.C. because of uncertainty created by DRIPA. A further 41 percent said DRIPA has made it harder to obtain financing, while 36 percent said the legislation has caused their sales to fall or grow more slowly than expected and 35 percent said it is reducing their hiring plans in B.C. None of the respondents said the law had boosted their plans to invest or hire in B.C., and none said it had led to sales growth. One respondent said the province has become “uninvestable.” The survey respondents overwhelmingly supported repealing or amending DRIPA, with 59 percent seeking a full repeal and 31 percent supporting amendments, as opposed to 2 percent who support leaving the law as is.

On April 29, 2026, Ron Johnson, Chairman of the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations (PSI), released an interim majority staff report titled Unmasked: How Biden Health Officials Purposely Turned a Blind Eye Toward COVID-19 Vaccine Safety Signals. Supported by around 600 pages of internal FDA and HHS communications obtained through congressional oversight, the report alleges that federal health officials were aware as early as March 2021 that their standard VAERS data-mining system was obscuring statistically significant safety signals tied to the COVID-19 “vaccines.” Rather than adopting more advanced analytical methods that would have revealed these signals, officials are accused of dismissing the concerns and halting further inquiry.

The report was complemented by a Senate hearing that expanded on these findings (you can find the full video and summary further down in this post).

Early Signals Identified

The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) is a U.S. government-run passive surveillance database, jointly managed by the FDA and CDC, which collects reports of potential adverse events following vaccination. In March 2021, FDA safety officer Dr. Ana Szarfman applied a revised data mining method to VAERS data designed to correct for known statistical distortions.

Using the Regression-Adjusted Gamma Poisson Shrinker (RGPS), a more advanced version of the FDA’s standard empirical Bayesian model, Dr. Szarfman identified 49 examples of “extreme masking” and uncovered over 20 statistically significant safety signals that had not been detected by the FDA’s existing system. These included sudden cardiac death, pulmonary infarction, and Bell’s palsy. Follow-up analyses conducted between April and July 2021 revealed additional signals with even greater statistical strength, including acute myocardial infarction associated with Pfizer and Moderna products, embolism and thrombosis across multiple manufacturers, dementia, “death,” and “sudden death.” In each case, RGPS consistently produced stronger signal values than the FDA’s standard method.

Despite repeated internal circulation of these findings, the report shows that FDA officials did not escalate them publicly, nor did they adjust policy, labeling, or rollout strategy in response. Instead, the internal response shifted toward containment. By May 2021, senior officials instructed Dr. Szarfman to stop generating and distributing further reports, effectively halting independent signal detection using the more sensitive method.

The MGPS System and the Masking Effect

At the center of the report is the FDA’s continued reliance on its so-called “gold standard” method: empirical Bayesian data mining using the Multi-item Gamma Poisson Shrinker (MGPS) algorithm, implemented through Oracle’s Empirica Signal software. MGPS is used to detect unusual patterns in reported adverse events. It flags a potential safety signal when a statistical threshold (EB05 > 2.0) is exceeded, indicating that a specific event is being reported more often than expected. In principle, this helps identify possible safety concerns. In practice, however, the method has a critical vulnerability: masking.

Masking occurs when a dominant product or group of products floods the database with reports, artificially inflating the baseline against which all signals are measured. When this happens, meaningful differences between products are suppressed. That is exactly what occurred in 2021. VAERS became overwhelmingly dominated by COVID-19 “vaccine” reports. Instead of being compared against a diverse set of unrelated medical products, each COVID injection was effectively being compared against other COVID injection variations with similar adverse event profiles, raising the baseline across the entire dataset.

When multiple products in a set share elevated adverse event rates, it becomes significantly harder for any one of them to exceed the EB05 > 2.0 threshold. Internal FDA communications explicitly acknowledged this, noting that when “most reports received involve COVID-19 vaccines,” disproportionality scores are “driven toward the null.”

The RGPS Model: A More Sensitive Alternative

The RGPS algorithm was designed to solve this exact problem. Developed by statistician Dr. William DuMouchel (who also created MGPS), RGPS incorporates regression adjustments that account for confounding variables and correct for masking effects. It produces a more sensitive metric (ER05) and significantly reduces false negatives.

In a March 1, 2021 briefing, Dr. Szarfman presented RGPS to FDA leadership as a “state of the art” alternative, explicitly highlighting its ability to unmask signals that MGPS would miss. Direct comparisons confirmed this, with RGPS consistently generating higher signal values and detecting adverse events that MGPS failed to identify, particularly for cardiovascular outcomes.

Internal communications show that officials raised concerns about introducing a “new” or “possibly unvalidated” method during the emergency use period. Yet this reasoning is difficult to justify. RGPS was not an untested or experimental tool; it was an evolution of the FDA’s own methodology, developed by the same statistician and designed specifically to address a known flaw. The decision effectively ensured that the FDA would continue relying on a system that its own experts knew would miss signals.

Confirmed Signals and Delayed Public Response

Even within the limitations of MGPS, some signals still emerged. By May 24, 2021, internal records confirmed that VAERS was signaling for myopericarditis in individuals aged 16–24, demonstrating that the underlying safety issues were strong enough to break through even a masking-prone system.

Yet detection did not lead to immediate action. Public warnings were delayed, and official label changes acknowledging myocarditis risk were not implemented until June 25, 2021, long after initial signals were identified. Other signals, including ischemic stroke in older populations, were similarly detected but not promptly communicated.

Restricting Analysis and Limiting Data Access

By September 2021, the suppression became explicit. Dr. Szarfman was formally instructed to “cease and desist” her data mining work using RGPS. Senior officials described her analyses as a “distraction” and warned that they could “create erroneous conflicts that feed into anti-vaccination rhetoric.”

At the same time, the FDA began restricting its own internal reporting. Weekly VAERS data mining reports that had previously been shared with the CDC were gradually reduced and then discontinued entirely by July 2022. Internal discussions proposed shifting to a model where only “clinically relevant” signals would be shared, rather than providing full analytical transparency.

Emails indicate that FOIA concerns influenced this decision. Officials acknowledged that continuing to share these reports could make internal findings accessible through public records requests, leading them to limit distribution. This was a failure in both transparency and oversight.

Known Limitations Without Correction

What makes this situation particularly significant is that the limitations were not hidden. Internal FDA and CDC documents repeatedly acknowledged that empirical Bayesian data mining has “blind spots.” Draft manuscripts explicitly stated that “absence of a disproportionality alert does not rule out presence of a safety problem.”

Further analysis later confirmed that masking was substantially more likely, estimated to be up to eight times more frequent, in datasets dominated by COVID-19 “vaccine” reports. Even as late as 2024, internal evaluations continued to confirm that RGPS was “way more sensitive” than MGPS.

Despite this, there is no evidence that the FDA adjusted its methodology during the critical period of 2021. The same flawed system remained in place, and the more accurate alternative was never implemented.

Structural Constraints and Accountability

The report ultimately describes more than a technical failure. It outlines a convergence of known methodological limitations, deliberate institutional decisions, and restricted information flow. A surveillance system dependent on a masking-prone algorithm was maintained despite internal warnings. A superior method capable of revealing hidden signals was identified, tested, and then suppressed.

The result was predictable. Safety signals were delayed, minimized, or missed entirely, not because they did not exist, but because the system used to detect them was structurally incapable and the effort to correct it was actively blocked.

This is not a minor procedural issue. It represents a systemic failure in pharmacovigilance and raises serious questions about regulatory accountability, public safety, and the integrity of decision-making during the COVID-19 response.

Nearly 7,000 volunteers stood through freezing temperatures, blizzards, and the bitter Alberta winter for four solid months to collect them. That is the kind of dedication you simply cannot manufacture — and it is what real grassroots democracy looks like. This is only step one. The signatures are sealed pending a court case brought by a handful of Indigenous chiefs trying to block this democratic process before a single name is even counted. In Australia, former pharmaceutical industry insider Dr Phillip Altman has thrown his support behind a proposed bill aimed at dismantling Australia’s “No Jab, No Play” framework, describing the legislation as a critical step toward restoring informed consent and ending coercive vaccination policy. Dr Altman has praised the Hon. John Ruddick for drafting legislation to prevent the NSW Government from enforcing “No Jab, No Play” measures.

   The proposed NSW Bill is expected to challenge one of the most controversial public health policies in recent Australian history – “No Jab/No Play” legislation which some critics say punishes families, undermines informed consent and places unacceptable pressure on parents to comply with government vaccination schedules. Dr Altman said the Bill represents a rare and necessary challenge to entrenched medical coercion.

1. A former White House public health adviser publicly admitted this week that during the first Trump administration, she was directed to limit Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s access to senior officials. In a Substack post titled “Confessions of a White House Public Health Priestess,” epidemiologist Katy Talento, who served on the White House Domestic Policy Council, describes an internal effort to manage which voices were allowed into federal health discussions. “I kept Robert F. Kennedy Jr. out of the West Wing. Now I owe him an apology,” Talento wrote. Talento recounts how certain groups — particularly parents of children with autism — were treated within policy circles. She says her job was to manage and deflect their concerns. “Autism moms” who petitioned federal health authorities to study vaccine safety and the connection between vaccines and autism in the early 2000s were deliberately sidelined from the policymaking process. Talento says her real transformation came during the COVID-19 pandemic. She initially celebrated the appointment of Deborah Birx to lead the White House response. But Birx’s masking and lockdown policies led Talento to experience “cognitive dissonance.” Friends introduced her to the film “Vaxxed,” which detailed the CDC’s efforts to cover up a link its researchers found between autism and vaccines. Talento became a naturopath and began promoting treatments, including hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin. Talento says she “devoured” Kennedy’s book, “The Real Anthony Fauci,” when it was released in the fall of 2021. These experiences led her to conclude that her 2017 resistance to Kennedy’s Vaccine Safety Commission proposal was “a massive mistake.” Talento closes her essay by thanking the autism moms, scientists such as Dr. Andy Wakefield, who published a 1998 paper in The Lancet on the possible link between vaccines and autism and was viciously attacked. She also thanked CDC whistleblower William Thompson, Ph.D., Kennedy and others who have dissented from mainstream public health policies. “Consider this my excommunication from the public health cult,” she writes. 2. On Monday, HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced a major pivot in America’s mental healthcare policies as the secretary seeks to roll back the chronic overmedicalization that continues to plague millions of Americans. Kennedy stated, “The United States does not just face a mental health crisis, we face a dependency crisis driven by over-medicalization.” The data is clear: one- in-six American adults take an antidepressant. One in 10 children are on prescription medication for their mental health. 30 percent of college students report using psychiatric medications in the past year. And in nursing homes, more than half of the residents are on prescribed antidepressants. Kennedy is directing healthcare providers across the country to expand their use of “non-pharmacologic” treatment for mental health and strengthen informed consent whereby patients are informed of a medication’s risks and side effects. Kennedy also said the traditional doctor-patient relationship must change; instead of a doctor being the sole decision maker on how to treat a patient’s mental health issues, as has been the practice for generations, the HHS will recommend that decision making on treatments will be a shared decision between doctor and patient. “Individuals should receive clear, understandable information regarding the potential benefits and risks of psychiatric medications at initiation, during ongoing treatment, and when discontinuation is being considered.” Discussion should include the purpose of the medication, expected benefits, possible adverse effects, monitoring needs, potential discontinuation symptoms, the risks of abrupt cessation when relevant, the possibility of relapse or recurrence, and the availability of evidence-based non-pharmacological interventions. alternatives to medicalization include psychotherapy, building social connections, behavioral strategies, sleep-focused care, exercise programs, and dietary improvements.

The MAHA movement is helping to bring this reckoning into the open, creating space for approaches that have long been marginalized to be reconsidered – approaches like homeopathy. This year’s Joint American Homeopathic Conference, held in Reston, Virginia, brought the global homeopathic community together for a three-day gathering, April 17–19. Reactions to the conference were overwhelmingly positive, with many attendees emphasizing both the clinical depth and the growing momentum surrounding homeopathy. Dr. Jamie Oskin noted the breadth of homeopathy’s applications, from complex autoimmunity to chronic disease. What stood out most to him, however, was the momentum supporting advocacy for homeopathy that is now possible because of MAHA. “MAHA isn’t just about removing toxins from our food supply,” he said. “It’s about restoring trust in whole-person, low-risk medicine that honors the body’s innate capacity to heal.” At a time when questions around pharmaceutical overuse, environmental toxins, and root causes of disease are becoming more urgent, he emphasized that homeopathy deserves a seat at the table.

OxyContin manufacturer Purdue Pharma permanently ceased operations on May 1 after a federal judge sentenced the company to $5.5 billion in fines and penalties tied to its 2020 guilty plea to charges of deceiving government regulators and paying kickbacks to doctors to boost opioid sales. The ruling cleared the way for a broader $7.4 billion bankruptcy settlement resolving thousands of opioid lawsuits. A federal judge on April 28 imposed a criminal sentence on the company to resolve a U.S. Department of Justice probe following its 2020 guilty plea to three felony offenses, including conspiracies to defraud federal regulators and to violate the anti-kickback statute. Only the company was charged, not individual employees or owners. According to court documents, Purdue was accused of illegally marketing its opioid products to hundreds of prescribers, defrauding the Drug Enforcement Administration. U.S. District Judge Madeline Cox Arleo handed down the sentence on April 28 after listening to hours of impact statements from people who lost loved ones or struggled with addiction themselves. Since December 2025, Yates has been banned from attending her children’s school after she publicly opposed a land acknowledgment she was subjected to ahead of her child’s performance. Her children were also temporarily barred, but the fallout didn’t stop there. According to Yates, her daughter was singled out by staff due to her mother’s protest, causing her to be bullied and distressed. But instead of an apology, Yates claims her child was reported to protective services and subjected to a psychological assessment. The Free Speech Union is appealing the principal’s decision to the BC Supreme Court, arguing that it was an “improper punishment of a parent for her political views and was contrary to the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.” Link↗

4. Benita Pedersen is being targeted by a human rights tribunal after sharing flyers opposing so-called “pride” crosswalks. Pedersen is receiving the help of one of Canada’s top constitutional groups to help her stave off attacks from the LGBT lobby. According to the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF), its lawyers will help defend “Ms. Pedersen’s right to participate in peaceful democratic debate on matters of public concern.” “Albertans should be free to express their opinions on controversial topics without being accused of hatred,” said constitutional lawyer Allison Pejovic. Pedersen works as a DJ, kids entertainer, and workshop coordinator. In June of 2023, after she heard that her town had planned to paint a rainbow crosswalk, the colors of which are related to the LGBT movement, she took action. She created and then distributed her own flyers, which encourage locals to call their elected officials in opposition to the planned crosswalk. The JCCF noted that Pedersen’s flyer had the message, “Cancel the rainbow crosswalk.” According to Pedersen, she distributed the flyer to bring to attention issues affecting kids and families. “Based on my personal experiences in interacting with parents and children, I have learned that the practice of ‘gender affirmation’ harms kids more than it helps,” she said. “When I composed the flyer, one of my objectives was to warn parents about the potential consequences of children pursuing the pathway of transgenderism.” Link↗

The New York Times allegedly discriminated against a white man by passing him over for a promotion in favour of a minority, to advance its goal of more diversity among its leadership, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said in a lawsuit on May 5. In October 2024, The New York Times posted a job opening for a deputy real estate editor, part of the leadership team. Managers ended up hiring a multiracial woman who had no real estate journalism experience, which meant that she did not meet the posted requirements. The commission alleged that, based on public statements from those responsible for hiring, the managers were influenced by the company’s goals of hiring and promoting based on race and sex. That violated federal employment law, which prohibits employers from discriminating on the basis of race or sex. New York Times spokeswoman Danielle Rhoades Ha rejects the allegations in the complaint. “Our employment practices are merit-based and focused on recruiting and promoting the best talent in the world,” Ha said. “We will defend ourselves vigorously.” Link↗

6. Nicole Kowal-Seafoot was fired as a result of a presentation she gave to Grade 6 and 7 students in 2022 in support of the Freedom Convoy. The B.C. Teachers’ Federation issued a labour challenge on behalf of Kowal-Seafoot following her dismissal in June 2024. In his April 24 decision, labour arbitrator Ken Saunders said although Kowal-Seafoot’s presentation upset students, she had apologized in the months after the incident and “does not present a risk of re-offending.” “For all these reasons, I conclude that dismissal falls on the side of an excessive response in the circumstances,” Saunders wrote, and Kowal-Seafoot is to be reinstated. 7. Former Chilliwack, B.C., school trustee Barry Neufield says he intends to fight the $750,000 in fines from the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal. He also declared he will stand firm against gender ideology, saying conversations with detransitioners have only strengthened his conviction that youth gender transitions amount to child abuse. Neufeld said he plans to take the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal fines to “a real court.” He said he will continue to stand “on the side of truth” and is calling on civil liberties groups to support and defend his right to express what he believes to be true. Neufeld said those opposing his right to express his convictions as an elected school trustee claim they are silencing him to protect children. Neufeld argued it is instead he and others opposed to gender ideology who are protecting children.

A coalition of doctors, academics, parents of transgender-identifying youth and detransitioners gathered on Parliament Hill this week to raise awareness and call for an end to the medical transition of children in Canada. The event, organized by parent advocate and veteran Jeff Evely through Mayday Kids in Crisis, featured speakers critical of gender-transition policies for minors. Speakers said Ottawa is out of step with a number of European countries and U.S. states that have tightened restrictions on puberty blockers, youth gender transition treatments, and gender-related medical interventions for minors. Mia Hughes, director of Genspect Canada, an organization that advocates for greater scrutiny of youth gender transition policies called on the government to repeal Bill C-4. Passed in 2022, the legislation prohibits certain activities that relate to “conversion therapy,“ which is defined as ”any practice, treatment, or service designed to change or repress an individual’s sexual orientation.” “While presented as a ban on conversion therapy, it effectively criminalizes efforts to help gender-distressed youth explore non-medical paths, while leaving medical interventions as the primary option,” Hughes said. His analysis found that virtually every country is developing or implementing some form of digital ID, with only a handful of exceptions in remote or unstable regions.

Digital ID is at its most invasive when legal identity is combined with biometric data, such as facial recognition or fingerprint scans. Once these elements are linked, a persistent and verifiable identity is created that can be accessed across multiple systems.

This process is often less visible than expected. He points to financial institutions, insurance providers, and other intermediaries who are collecting biometric data in the name of convenience. Even if governments are not directly requesting information in a given moment, they may later consolidate these third party data collections into national systems.

From Identification to Control

The significance of digital ID becomes clearer when paired with surveillance technologies. Anwar draws a distinction between current facial recognition systems, which rely on probabilistic identification, and future systems tied to verified identity databases.

Without a confirmed link to legal identity, surveillance remains limited in its authority, since any facial recognition is subject to question. However, once the link is established, systems will have the power to enforce compliance, restrict access, or track individuals with far greater precision. This marks a shift from observation to control.

Anwar points to international examples, such as in Russia, where identity systems have already been leveraged in enforcement contexts. These developments suggest that the trajectory is not just speculative, but actively unfolding in multiple regions.

Surveillance Culture and Conditioning

Perhaps the most revealing development is not technological, but cultural. Anwar’s research into U.S. school systems shows how surveillance infrastructure expanded rapidly following the “pandemic,” when large funding programs provided schools with unprecedented resources. He notes that this sudden influx of funding created the conditions for rapid adoption, often without meaningful oversight or long-term consideration.

With this funding, schools deployed millions of devices, often equipped with monitoring software. Tools such as GoGuardian now permit administrators to observe student activity in real time, restrict access, and analyze behavior. Importantly, these systems often remain active outside school hours, extending surveillance into students’ homes.

He also highlights the emergence of behavioral tracking systems that categorize students based on language, emotional indicators, or perceived risk. Anwar references a group of technically skilled students who exposed vulnerabilities in these systems, demonstrating that sensitive monitoring databases could be accessed far more easily than expected.

Beyond the technical risks, the long-term effect is normalization, where constant monitoring becomes an accepted condition of daily life. Children who grow up under these systems will inevitably begin to internalize the idea that they are always being watched, not just in structured environments like classrooms, but in their private spaces as well. This can subtly reshape behavior, encouraging self-censorship, reducing spontaneity, and conditioning them to align with perceived expectations rather than explore freely. If this continues, the psychological boundary between public and private is likely to dissolve, and all resistance to authoritarianism will become nearly impossible.

Centralization vs. Sovereignty

Across these domains, a clear tension emerges. On one side is centralization, represented by data centres, cloud computing, digital identity systems, and integrated surveillance. On the other is sovereignty, which involves the ability of individuals to control their own tools, data, and digital presence.

Rather than rejecting technology outright, Anwar advocates for alternative approaches. Local AI is another suggestion he makes to retain functionality without surrendering data to centralized systems.

The Role of Awareness and Noncompliance

Noncompliance is a practical strategy. This includes refusing unnecessary biometric scans, seeking alternatives to centralized services, and questioning default technological integrations. While these actions may appear small, they introduce friction into systems designed to operate seamlessly.

Anwar also highlights the importance of local engagement. Through his data centre map, Anwar aims to connect individuals with community groups already addressing environmental and infrastructure concerns. In some cases, local activism has successfully halted major projects, demonstrating that intervention remains possible.

A Narrow Window to Reverse Course

The current moment is transitional. The systems described are not fully realized, but they are advancing rapidly and becoming more integrated into daily life. This creates a narrowing window in which meaningful choices can still influence the outcome.

Decisions made now, whether at the individual, community, or institutional level, will shape the balance between progress and control. Once systems are fully embedded, they become far more difficult to challenge or reverse. We must act quickly to ensure that our children inherit a free world with technology which serves them, rather than controlling them.
