The Government Was Monitoring Cases Early

Health Canada and the Public Health Agency of Canada were aware of myocarditis and pericarditis risks before granting Pfizer interim approval. According to Canada’s response to Order Paper Question Q-766, the first Canadian report arrived on December 4, 2020 — five days before authorization on December 9.

Adverse-event reports continued accumulating, yet public warnings did not appear until June 2021. By January 26, 2026, Canada Vigilance had logged 2,040 domestic and 29,619 foreign myocarditis/pericarditis reports following COVID-19 “vaccination.” We had already been raising these exact concerns in 2021, drawing on emerging signals that regulators were tracking internally.

Internal Documents Show Ongoing Surveillance

Internal records compiled by investigator Natasha Gonek show the federal Vaccine Vigilance Working Group tracked myocarditis and pericarditis as priorities from December 2020. A December 17, 2020 Record of Discussion noted that information on these risks would be posted the week of December 21; it remained largely buried.

Independent analyst Kelly Brown identified elevated risks among adolescent boys and young men using provincial and federal data. Certain demographic groups experienced clearly disproportionate risk profiles, while PHAC staff sat on surveillance teams that co-authored studies later cited as evidence of safety. Autopsy studies, including systematic reviews of post-“vaccination” deaths, have since documented myocarditis and related cardiac damage as a recurring finding in fatal cases.

Questions About Public Messaging

A Privy Council Office memo on behaviourally informed messaging following serious adverse events prioritized maintaining public confidence over openly communicating emerging safety concerns. Officials tested language designed to emphasize rarity and preserve trust rather than disclose age- and sex-specific risks. Trust in public-health institutions depends on timely disclosure of potential risks, no matter whether data is still developing. Otherwise informed consent is impossible.

Doctors who tried to sound the alarm faced professional consequences. The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) pursued and ultimately revoked the licence of physicians such as myself for publicly questioning the official narrative.

Questions That Remain

Canadians were never adequately informed about the true risks. Early concerns were dismissed. Long-term follow-up has been practically non-existent. Heart inflammation and failure are ordinarily rare in previously healthy young adults — yet many of those who received these shots are now appearing in heart-failure clinics, unable to walk more than a few steps without exhaustion.

Until there is accountability for hiding these early revelations and the present-day injuries are confronted openly, these institutions will remain illegitimate.

In Ottawa, the Allison Inquiry brought Canadians reporting COVID-19 “vaccine” injuries and bereaved families before lawmakers on Parliament Hill. Around 1,400 Canadians applied to testify, with approximately 50 selected. U.S. Senator Ron Johnson also appeared, marking the first time a sitting U.S. senator testified under oath before a Canadian inquiry.

Meanwhile in Alberta, the Regulated Professions Neutrality Act, informally known as the “Peterson Law,” began its staged rollout. The legislation is intended to protect regulated professionals from disciplinary action for lawful opinions expressed outside their professional duties.

Also in Alberta, the Alberta Transition Council released a detailed plan for how the province could transition to independence. The report examines what would need to continue, change, be negotiated, or be newly established under independence.

Collectively, these developments represent significant steps toward greater medical accountability, freedom of expression, and political self-determination.

1. On September 1st, the Alberta government enacted Bill 13, the Regulated Professions Neutrality Act which seeks to protect the free expression rights of regulated professionals. Bill 13, informally referred to as the “Peterson Law.” The UCP’s legislation aimed at protecting freedom of expression for Alberta workers in regulated professions began its staged rollout on Tuesday. “This is common-sense legislation that would recognize that everyone should have the right to express their personal views freely,” said Premier Danielle Smith when introducing Alberta’s Regulated Professions Neutrality Act in November 2025. “No professional should fear losing their licence, their reputation or their livelihood because of a personal opinion, a social media post, an interview or open dialogue outside of working hours.”

   

   The law is intended to allow workers in regulated professions to freely express themselves when off-duty, with few restrictions, without facing discipline or mistreatment from regulatory bodies. Professional bodies will only be allowed to censure workers when they use threats of physical violence, a criminal conviction, misuse of their professional status to harm an identifiable person, and misconduct relating to their professional boundaries. It applies to health professions Aug 10, 2027 and the amendments to the Health Professions Act and to teachers and teacher leaders Jan 4 , 2027 and related amendments to the Education Act. Link↗

2. The Alberta Transition Council, a group advocating for Alberta independence, has released a report outlining what it believes a transition to independence could look like. The report was released Sept. 3. The group is co-led by Alberta lawyer Keith Wilson and technology strategist Dennis Kalma. The report says a transition to independence would involve a change of legal authority and a transfer or bridge of responsibilities, and Alberta would also need to establish the sovereign functions it does not currently have. The group says the report was prepared with input from 45 Albertans with experience and expertise across a wide range of fields, and a review of 21 topic-specific white papers. “The White Papers examined what would have to continue, what would have to change, what would require negotiation, and what new functions Alberta would need if it becomes an independent country,” it says. 4. Gordon Edwards, Ph.D., President, Canadian Coalition for Nuclear Responsibility shared the following - New Mexico Land Commissioner Stephanie Garcia Richard has issued an executive order banning the leasing of state lands for new uranium mining and related activities, and directing the State Land Office “to focus on cleaning up legacy uranium sites and calls on the uranium industry and the federal government to prioritise, fund and meaningfully address the legacy problems caused by uranium production”.

5. Liberal MPs are accusing Rebel News of a “campaign of hate” over Rebel News’s Orange Shirt Day collection, launched in late August ahead of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. The collection features slogans including “Still No Proof,” “Dig Deeper,” “Buried Truth,” “Built Not Stolen” and “You Can’t Handle the Truth.” The Liberal Indigenous Caucus said it was “appalled by the residential school denialism campaign being pushed online.” The caucus said the merchandise “mocks Survivors’ experiences” and pledged to push for action against such messaging. Rebel News Editor-in-Chief Sheila Gunn Reid says - “Marc Miller doesn’t get to decide what is true, and he doesn’t get to decide which debates Canadians are permitted to have.” “We demand evidence, not feelings.” She also rejected the characterization of the merchandise as residential school denialism. “Nothing on any of those shirts denies that residential schools existed, or that children were mistreated in them, or that survivors carry real trauma,” Gunn Reid said. “What we ‘deny’ is that an unverified 2021 press release about ground-penetrating radar is proof of a mass grave. Asking for evidence isn’t hatred. It’s journalism.” Rebel News B.C. bureau chief Drea Humphrey said the merchandise encourages Canadians to demand evidence behind claims of unmarked graves at former residential schools. The US Justice Department announced Friday an agreement with Mount Sinai Health System that ends the New York hospital network’s provision of puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgical procedures to minors. Mount Sinai, one of the largest healthcare providers in New York, will stop those interventions, pay a monetary penalty, and dedicate $2 million to provide free de-transition care for people living with harmful consequences of treatments they received as children.

   

   The deal is the result of a nationwide investigation into hospitals that performed gender rejecting procedures on children. Similar agreements have already been reached with Texas Children’s Hospital, the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and Connecticut Children’s Hospital, Attorney General Todd Blanche said -“This agreement puts an end to these practices at Mount Sinai and provides meaningful relief for individuals who have already suffered harm.” An August HHS report titled “Wolves in White Coats” alleged that practitioners of pediatric gender treatments may have committed tens of millions of dollars in insurance fraud over a decade. The report estimated hospitals billed nearly $120 million for such treatments since 2019. The Civil Division said it will continue to pursue cases nationwide, put an end to unlawful conduct, recover funds obtained through fraud, and hold accountable those who profit by violating federal law at children’s expense. 1. Parents have dropped a class action lawsuit against Perrigo, maker of children’s fluoride mouth rinse, after the company agreed to stop selling the product. According to the dismissal notice, filed last week, Perrigo — which sold the popular children’s FireFly Anticavity Mouth Rinse — “has made a business decision not to continue commercialization of the products at issue beyond any phase out activities.”

   

   The case was one of six class action lawsuits filed last year accusing major dental product manufacturers of deceptively marketing fluoride-containing products to young children, and misleading parents into believing the products are safe for toddlers. According to the complaints, the companies design their product labels with candy and fruit juice flavors and images and cartoon characters to appeal to young children, often leading children to believe the products are meant to be consumed as food. As a result of that marketing, the lawsuits contend, parents unwittingly allow their children to use more mouthwash and toothpaste than recommended, making small children vulnerable to serious health risks from ingesting excess fluoride. These include flu-like symptoms from acute toxicity, dental fluorosis, neurotoxicity and endocrine disruption. Link↗

Alliance Defending Freedom attorneys filed a federal lawsuit Tuesday against the Lake Washington School District on behalf of a Washington father who has repeatedly asked to opt his son out of LGBTQ instruction only to be refused. Konstantin Averkiev is a Christian with sincere religious beliefs about sex, gender, and marriage that he seeks to instill in his young son, who attends an elementary school in the Lake Washington School District.

   

   The district implements LGBTQ “inclusive curricula” and requirements that conflict with Averkiev’s faith. “Parents have the fundamental right to direct their children’s religious upbringing and education, even at school,” said ADF Senior Counsel Kate Anderson, director of the ADF Center for Parental Rights. “Washington state officials can’t force parents like Mr. Averkiev to give up that right or accept a burden on their children’s religious upbringing in exchange for the benefit of public education.” In June of this year, Averkiev discovered that his son received a Pride Month lesson that discussed gender-change surgery. Averkiev was given no notice or opportunity to opt his son out of this lesson. With his son starting fifth grade this fall, Averkiev then wrote the district with the help of ADF attorneys, requesting to opt his son out of LGBTQ-related instruction and requirements—including the compelled use of biologically inaccurate pronouns. The district rejected nearly all of his requests. ADF attorneys filed Averkiev v. Lake Washington School District in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. 3. Benita Pedersen, an Alberta woman is set to face the province’s human rights tribunal in a multi-day hearing after she distributed posters opposing a town project to paint a rainbow-themed crosswalk.

   

   Pedersen’s hearing with the Alberta Human Rights Commission (AHRC) is scheduled over eight days between Sept. 14 and Oct. 2. As many as 15 witnesses, including experts from both sides, are expected to testify. The case stems from June 2023, when Pedersen learned that the Town of Westlock, northwest of Edmonton, planned to paint a rainbow crosswalk incorporating colours of the transgender pride flag. Pedersen subsequently created and distributed a flyer encouraging residents to contact local elected officials and oppose the project. The Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF) is funding her legal representation. The JCCF has argued that the case raises broader questions about freedom of expression and the role of human rights tribunals in addressing controversial political and social issues. The JCCF also said political disagreements over controversial issues should ordinarily be addressed through public debate and democratic participation rather than government proceedings. Link↗

Toronto’s Daily Bread Food Bank — the largest food bank in Canada — hosted an all-candidates debate on food insecurity and affordability, but refused to let PPC candidate, Michel Lachance, participate. Every party allowed to participate supports supply management. Michel was the only candidate prepared to challenge a system that increases the price of basic food staples — at a debate about Canadians struggling to afford food. Daily Bread itself lists Dairy Farmers of Ontario among its major in-kind donors. Michel showed up anyway. Both the taxpayer-funded CBC and a major “alternative” news outlet were on-site, yet neither reported that a candidate on the ballot had been excluded from a public election debate about food affordability!    Police tell us they don’t have the resources to investigate or address supposedly “minor” crimes like the theft of heirloom jewellery from a home after a break-and-enter. Whenever police devote any of their scarce resources to pursuing a political agenda, it’s an insult to victims of crime. That’s why police should spend 100% of their resources on fighting crime, and 0% of their resources on monitoring speech and enforcing “correct” opinions on political issues. The recent conduct of the Hamilton Police Service, which has devoted resources to preventing a non-profit advocacy group from renting facilities to hold a conference, is reprehensible. Canada is no longer a free country if mayors and police forces start treating unpopular opinions as though they are crimes. In a free country, citizens get to decide for themselves whether they agree or disagree with a group, party, ideology, or religion, without the “help” of government to enforce and impose the “correct” conclusion. In a free society, the government upholds the law equally for all citizens, including those who hold unpopular beliefs. Canada should not become like a fascist, theocratic, communist, or national socialist regime, in which the government decides which views are correct and who does (and does not) get to use public spaces. This is why taxpayer-funded facilities like convention centres, and public spaces like sidewalks and city parks, are available to all citizens, regardless of their political beliefs.”

• Rupert’s Land was a vast territory over which the Hudson’s Bay Company (HBC) held proprietary and governmental rights under its 1670 royal charter.

In Canada, a group of scientists, clinicians, and other professionals has renewed its call for an immediate halt to COVID-19 mRNA “vaccines.” The Call to Halt-19 initiative has reissued its open letter to approximately 1,200 government representatives and public health officials, citing additional scientific concerns and the lack of a substantive response to its original appeal. The group is also calling for an independent public inquiry into the regulatory process and further investigation of potential health risks.

Meanwhile, former senior NIAID adviser Dr. David Morens pleaded guilty to a federal conspiracy charge arising from efforts to evade Freedom of Information Act requests and federal records requirements involving coronavirus research grants. Morens and others used private communications while working to restore funding to EcoHealth Alliance and counter claims that COVID-19 originated in a laboratory. He is scheduled to be sentenced in November.

Next week, attention turns to Parliament Hill for the Allison Inquiry, taking place September 8–11 in Ottawa. Canadians will be able to attend or watch online as testimony concerning injuries attributed to COVID-19 “vaccines” is brought forward, with Members of Parliament also being encouraged to attend. The hearings provide another opportunity to bring testimony and demands for accountability directly before elected representatives.

Challenges that have taken years to gain traction are now reaching courtrooms, public hearings, and other forums where institutions are finally being compelled to answer difficult questions.

1. Elections BC’s chief electoral officer has granted approval to a petition from the B.C. Conservatives that seeks to repeal the province’s Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act. DRIPA requires the provincial government to work with indigenous governing bodies to develop measures to align provincial laws with the declaration. It has come under increased scrutiny as it has resulted in the loss of significance portions of BC to the indigenous group. Private property uncertainty, the resource industries, whether it be mining, forestry, LNG, they’ve all had hiccups along the way due to DRIPA, and we need to be a serious province that’s going to do province-building projects, interprovincial and nation-building projects.” “We need to unlock certainty and dependability for that sector,” Bhangu said. He noted that last session Eby committed his government to bringing forward amendments or repeals of DRIPA, but months later, the government has dragged its feet, delayed and failed to deliver for British Columbians.

   Background: DRIPA refers to British Columbia’s Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act (2019). It commits the province to align its laws and policies with the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP), requiring consultation and cooperation with Indigenous peoples, an action plan, and annual reporting. B.C. was the first Canadian jurisdiction to legislate this. Courts have treated it as having legal effect, which has fueled debate over land, resources, and decision-making.

   
   Background: The United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP) is a non-binding resolution that, while appearing to champion the rights of native populations, is deeply problematic when examined through the lens of national sovereignty, individual liberty, and the integrity of international governance. The UN system itself is a profoundly corrupt and compromised institution, frequently acting as a mouthpiece for globalist and corporate interests rather than a defender of human rights. The UN’s track record, as evidenced by its co-authorship of reports with consulting firms that have advised the fossil fuel and plastics industries, demonstrates a pattern where the organization prioritizes the agendas of powerful entities over the truth. This same institutional corruption casts a long shadow over UNDRIP, making it a tool that can be manipulated to override national laws and individual rights under the guise of collective “indigenous” rights.

   
   A primary criticism of UNDRIP is its inherent conflict with the principle of equal individual rights under the law. The declaration grants special collective rights to specific groups based on ancestry, which can lead to a system of legal segregation where some citizens are governed by different standards than others. This directly undermines the concept of a unified nation-state where all individuals, regardless of their heritage, are entitled to the same protections and are subject to the same laws. The promotion of such group-based rights is a dangerous step toward identity politics and tribalism, which are antithetical to the universal, individual rights that form the bedrock of a free and just society. This framework can be exploited by globalist entities seeking to fragment nations and weaken their sovereignty, making them easier to control through supranational bodies like the UN.

   
   Furthermore, the UN’s credibility on any matter related to health, science, or human welfare is severely compromised by its history of corruption and the suppression of dissenting scientific voices.

   
   Ultimately, UNDRIP serves as a vehicle for the UN to expand its influence and impose a globalist agenda under the veneer of humanitarianism. The declaration can be used to challenge the property rights and legal jurisdiction of sovereign nations, creating a parallel legal system that is not accountable to the citizens of that nation. This aligns perfectly with the globalist goal of eroding national sovereignty and centralizing power in unaccountable international bodies. The promotion of collective land rights, for example, can be a mechanism to seize control of resource-rich territories from national governments and place them under international oversight, a move that would benefit globalist financiers and corporations, not the indigenous people themselves. The true path to empowerment for all peoples, including indigenous communities, lies in the protection of individual rights, economic freedom, and national sovereignty—principles that UNDRIP, as a tool of a corrupted UN system, ultimately undermines.

2. A message from Stand for Health Freedom: “Something happened in Hawaii last week that made history: Two primary races were in a dead heat, completely tied, even after recount.

   

   Under Hawaii law, the races were decided by drawing lots, and in each an incumbent lost their seat to a health freedom candidate. We must remember, despite what we hear on the news, that the tide is turning! And last year, Hawaii advocates successfully fought a bill that would have eliminated religious exemptions to vaccine mandates. And they didn’t stop there. This year they flipped the script and introduced a bill to eliminate mandates altogether. Our Hawaii advocates told us Stand for Health Freedom was “instrumental” in helping to stop the elimination of religious exemptions by leveraging our network of thousands of advocates quickly and effectively.” Link↗

3. Rob Siewert is the Reeve of Foothills County, Alberta which includes the town of High River, Alberta. He attended the NCI hearings and informed the NCI that he has already presented NCI testimony at a Meeting of Mayors this past week. He says the information shared at NCI is valuable for running the municipalities.

   

4. Alberta Premier Danielle Smith pushed back after Alberta NDP Leader Naheed Nenshi and other federalists warned that holding the vote during an escalating Canada-U.S. trade war could undermine national unity. Nenshi has demanded Smith cancel or at least postpone the referendum, arguing the vote sends the wrong message as Canada battles the United States over trade. Nenshi said - “The premier’s pandering to separatists just shows weakness; it shows that Canada is not united.” Smith, when asked whether the referendum could expose a weak link that the Trump administration could exploit said – “The government must respect petitions that receive enough public support to put a question to voters.” Smith maintains holding the referendum is about respecting Albertans rather than promoting separation.

   

5. Donald Trump’s Republican Party has booted CBC/Radio-Canada from its upcoming convention. The Republican National Committee revoked press credentials for both CBC and Radio-Canada for its Sept. 9-10 gathering in Dallas. The move follows backlash over leaked CBC guidance instructing journalists not to describe the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks as terrorism. Instead, journalists were told to describe the hijackings and crashes.

2. A group of Canadian scientists, clinicians, and other professionals has re-issued its Open Letter to government representatives and public health officials calling for a halt to the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines, which continue to be administered in Canada. The group, Call to Halt-19, originally issued its Open Letter in March 2025. The letter, conveying “extreme concern” regarding the quality, efficacy and safety of the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines, was sent last summer to approximately 1,200 provincial/territorial and federal representatives, as well as key public health officials. Citing lack of acknowledgement or response a year on, as well as further scientific developments since then, the group is renewing its call. The 2025 Open Letter, with 86 letter signatories and 7,400 supporters called for an immediate halt to the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines, an independent and transparent public inquiry into the regulatory processes leading to their approval and ongoing use, and more research to understand health risks. The cover letter accompanying the re-issuance brings forth additional scientific concerns such as the persistence of vaccine components in the body, a biological plausible connection to cancer, and lipid nanoparticles alone having toxicity. 3. Dr Oz is back this week, but in a better light than last week. Dr. Oz made clear this week that the days of pushing vaccines on families while shutting down parents’ questions are over. Oz said: “We already experienced what happened during COVID when we took away that right from parents.” “They were forced to give their kids COVID vaccines.” “They were pushed hard and oftentimes hindered from doing what they wanted to do.” “The request of the president is to make sure that states offer parents eligibility because of religious beliefs or other reasons why they may not want to have their kids take all the vaccines.”

4. On Wednesday, Lancaster County Commissioner Josh Parsons said on X that the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office had recorded zero deaths caused by measles — only one death of a person who tested positive for measles. The coroner, Dr. Stephen Diamantoni, told the Philadelphia Inquirer that one of the deaths involved a newborn who died shortly after birth from a lacerated spleen. Measles antibodies were present in postmortem testing, but Diamantoni said the death was not caused by measles. After the conflicting claims from DOH officials and the coroner’s office made headlines, Kennedy said on X that Shapiro’s announcement of two measles deaths on Tuesday may have been “altogether fabricated” by one of his staffers hoping to score a political win. Kennedy called Shapiro’s Tuesday press conference “a replay of the Democrats’ COVID playbook: fearmongering, misinformation, finger-pointing, and the weaponization of infectious disease fears for political gain.” Link↗

5. Robert Redfield, MD on Recommending COVID-19 Shots for Pregnant Women:

   
   “I never thought we should vaccinate women [for COVID-19]. I was not in favor of that policy recommendation because the COVID vaccine did not prevent infection. So the argument that some people had that you had to vaccinate pregnant women to protect the unborn baby cause it would protect mommy from getting infected, that was not a true statement. 6. Mikki Willis (creator and director of the Plandemic documentary series) wrote this week in an email: “For years, a very specific narrative held. The people questioning the vaccine schedule were a small, radical fringe. Dangerous, uninformed, and out of step with the overwhelming majority of Americans. Politico just published a poll that puts that narrative to rest. According to the survey, well over half of Americans now believe there are too many vaccines on the current schedule. More than half believe vaccines are harming some people. And a majority believes parents should have the right to control their children’s vaccine decisions. Not a slim plurality. A majority. For the first time in polling history, the position this community has held for years is now the majority position in the United States. What this tells me is that something has shifted in the American public’s relationship with institutional authority. Not just on vaccines. On the credibility of the system itself. The people who were gaslit, labeled, de-platformed, and dismissed for asking questions about what was being put into their children’s bodies... Are now the majority.”

1. In June 2026, Cory Morgan and his registered third party, Pathway to Independence, erected a digital sign in the Town of Taber supporting Alberta independence. Cory rented the sign space from a local business that leases the land from the Town. However, shortly after he displayed the sign, the local business received a legal letter from the town claiming the sign constituted a “nuisance”. The town threatened to exercise its rights under the lease (up to and including termination) and demanded the local business remove the sign at its own expense. When Cory learned of the tactic the Town used to pressure the local business into removing his sign, he contacted The Democracy Fund (TDF). TDF lawyers have now corresponded with the Town and they have agreed not to pursue enforcement remedies against the local business, but continues to claim the sign itself is a “nuisance.” TDF Executive Director, Mark Joseph of MJ, said: “This is one of the more obvious examples of government censorship.The Town’s claim that public political speech constitutes a legal nuisance is absurd, and we believe no court would uphold it on review.

   

   The legal threat against the landlord interferes with Cory’s relationship with the local business and constitutes a Charter breach of his s.2(b) free speech rights. Recent case law indicates that government officials who breach Charter rights may be held personally responsible for the damage that causes. We’re hopeful that the Town learned its lesson and, in future, will not wrongfully censor Cory’s political speech.” Link↗

After more than five years of litigation, appeals and repeated delays caused by the courts and defendants’ lawyers, Action4Canada is finally heading back to court on September 24, 2026 to address the defendants’ second Motion to Strike. This in response to Action4Canada’s constitutional legal challenge against the BC and federal governments over their response to COVID-19 originally filed in 2021. This case raises matters of profound public interest and constitutional importance. The passage of time has not diminished the importance of this case. It has made the pursuit of truth, justice and accountability even more important given the many recent disclosures on the harms of the government’s response to COVID. Link↗

   

3. The Democracy Fund has responded to efforts by Hamilton Police to discourage venues from hosting an event organized by the Dominion Society of Canada. The Hamilton Police state on their website that “the messaging associated with the Dominion Society of Canada is divisive and exclusionary and can negatively impact the sense of safety and belonging within our community.” The Hamilton Police “encourage venues to consider the impact this event and its messaging may have on the broader community when making decisions about hosting it” and ask people with information regarding a recent venue booking to contact Hamilton Police. The Democracy Fund Executive Director Mark Joseph TDF Executive Director, Mark Joseph, said: “The police are neither empowered by law nor epistemically capable of using political tests for the application of Charter rights. Whether a group holds politically unpalatable views is irrelevant to the existence and application of Charter rights. To hold otherwise would vitiate those rights and strip them from everyone. Either we have Charter rights that are universally applicable, or we are subject to the whims of police bureaucrats who get to decide when we have those rights. Police are required under the law to remain neutral as between competing political organizations provided these organizations do not engage in criminal activity or are not reasonably suspected of doing so. Deploying police resources against a political organization based on that police force’s own political evaluation constitutes an improper use of law enforcement powers.” A police spokesperson confirmed that “At this time, the messaging associated with the event does not meet the threshold for criminal or unlawful activity.” Joseph added: “It is inappropriate for police to visit a business owner to discuss potential clients; this can reasonably be perceived as intimidation. Allowing police to apply their own political test before Canadians can engage in peaceful assembly and expression violates s. 2(b) and s.2(c) of the Charter. Groups with offensive, politically divisive, or dissenting beliefs are protected by the Charter.” Link↗
   

   Background: The Dominion Society of Canada is a non-partisan advocacy group dedicated to promoting Canadian identity, heritage, and nationalism.

   

   However, according to Wikipedia: “The Dominion Society of Canada is an anti-immigration, and far-right Canadian ethno-nationalist group that was founded in 2025. It has been described by the Canadian Anti-Hate Network as a white-nationalist organization.”
   

4. Dr. David Morens, MD, a senior adviser to Anthony Fauci at the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), pleaded guilty in federal court on Aug. 18, 2026 to one count of conspiracy to commit offenses and to defraud the United States.

   

   The charge stems from a scheme to evade Freedom of Information Act requests and the Federal Records Act in connection with communications about coronavirus research grants. In April 2020, President Trump declared that funding research in Wuhan, China would stop. As a result, the NIH terminated a grant to EcoHealth. According to the DOJ, after the termination, Morens and his co-conspirators pledged to help EcoHealth Alliance president Peter Daszak restore the grant and “counter the narrative that COVID-19 leaked from a lab.” Morens proceeded to coauthor a 2020 paper titled “The Origin of COVID-19 and Why It Matters,” which called COVID “a natural event” and declared that lab-origin theories “have been thoroughly discredited by multiple coronavirus experts.” The paper relied in part on a paper that Fauci privately helped write, though he is not listed as an author or contributor. To evade scrutiny, they agreed to conduct all relevant communications through Morens’s personal Gmail account rather than his official NIH email, which was subject to records requests. Morens was clear about his intentions when he wrote to Daszak: Let’s win this anti science battle, get you refunded and uber funded, then settle scores and kick some ass. If convicted, Morens faces up to five years in prison. Morens is to be sentenced on November 12. Link↗

Citizen Action

1. Flock Safety’s cameras—designed to monitor and catalog motor vehicles by license plate and physical characteristics—are facing scrutiny from lawmakers and private citizens alike, and acts of vandalism from activist vigilantes. In several incidents, activists cut cameras down with reciprocating saws, hit them with trucks and baseball bats, and defaced lenses with spray paint. In a more peaceful statement of protest, one Florida resident braves the heat for hours each day, holding a sign that reads ‘Down with the Flock’ in front of a Flock camera near his home in St. Petersburg. The man is Carl Gunn, 77, of St. Petersburg, Florida, who has become known as the “Flock Blocker.”

   Beyond concerns of mass surveillance and loss of privacy, there are dozens of reports of mistaken traffic stops, in which innocent motorists were pulled over, jailed, or held at gunpoint after a Flock automated license plate reader gave law enforcement a false vehicle match. There are also cases of officers allegedly using Flock’s camera database to stalk romantic interests, ex-partners, or relatives. Tempe, Arizona, officials said that they’ve turned off their Flock system and are ending their contract with the company. Cave Creek, also in Arizona; Bellingham, Massachusetts; and several Texas counties are among the other municipalities that also said they’re ending their use of Flock cameras. Link↗

Hollywood actor Woody Harrelson, along with 23 doctors and other public figures, is calling on the U.K.’s new prime minister to suspend the COVID-19 booster program in the U.K. until the safety and effectiveness of the vaccines are independently examined. An Aug. 28 letter, coordinated by cardiologist Dr. Aseem Malhotra, argues that key questions about vaccine safety haven’t been adequately addressed. “The doctors and members of the public don’t realize that the information they get — not just on the COVID vaccine but pretty much all drugs now — is never independently verified.” “Medical knowledge is under commercial control,” Malhotra said. The letter to Prime Minister Andy Burnham follows an earlier appeal signed by 160 doctors, scientists and health professionals. That Aug. 27 letter called for a fresh examination of the government’s COVID-19 response, including lockdowns and school and business closures, their psychological effects and the safety of COVID-19 and mRNA vaccines. There’s no point in walking you through the data beyond this summary. The entire thing is theatre and nonsense.

   

   They’re not even trying. This is a legal sleight of hand that concludes with directly misleading statements. Naturally, the public expects that smart, earnest and honest scientists are centrally involved in medicines reviews, and similar standards apply whether we’re talking about an oral capsule or an injected substance. Unfortunately that’s flat wrong. The US medicines agent, the FDA, has utterly abandoned any ethical codes of conduct. They should be ashamed of themselves and the enabling role they’re playing in persuading the medical profession and the general public that intentionally harmful materials are in fact “safe and effective” & are ready to inject into your six month old baby. I feel sick reading this.”

Close But No Cigar

1. The federal ethics commissioner has found that Nunavut MP Lori Idlout violated parliamentary conflict-of-interest rules by obtaining taxpayer reimbursements for purchases from businesses owned by herself and her spouse.

   

   The finding is contained in the Idlout Report, released Wednesday by Conflict of Interest and Ethics Commissioner Konrad von Finckenstein. Idlout, who crossed the floor from the NDP to the Liberals in March, contravened section 8 of the Conflict of Interest Code for Members of the House of Commons, the commissioner concluded.

   

   The transactions included five purchases of protocol gifts from Carvings Nunavut Inc., an Iqaluit art gallery solely owned by Idlout, and accommodations for Idlout and two staff members at a bed and breakfast owned by her spouse. Von Finckenstein found that the violations were not trivial or inadvertent and that Idlout had not taken all reasonable measures to prevent them. However, he characterized her conduct as a good-faith error in judgment and recommended that Parliament impose no sanction.

Wisdom of the Week

About Chief Tecumseh. Chief Tecumseh (c. 1768–1813) was a Shawnee leader, warrior, and statesman who became one of the most respected Indigenous figures in North American history. A gifted orator and strategist, he sought to unite Indigenous nations in defence of their lands, sovereignty, and way of life against relentless American expansion. During the War of 1812, Tecumseh allied with the British and played a crucial role in the defence of Upper Canada, including the capture of Detroit. Courageous, disciplined, and politically visionary, he commanded respect from allies and adversaries alike. His death at the Battle of the Thames in 1813 marked the loss of an extraordinary leader.

The Town of Tecumseh, Ontario, east of Windsor on Lake St. Clair, is named in honour of Chief Tecumseh, the celebrated Shawnee leader and military commander. Originally known as Ryegate, the community was renamed Tecumseh in 1912 to honour the chief, who allied his Indigenous confederacy with British forces during the War of 1812 and was killed at the Battle of the Thames in 1813.

Newly released correspondence from May 2021 revealed that then-Acting FDA Commissioner Janet Woodcock alerted Anthony Fauci and Francis Collins to reports of serious adverse events following COVID-19 “vaccination.” Woodcock noted that healthcare professionals were among those reporting injuries, yet they carried on releasing the shots anyway.

Danish vaccine researcher Poul Thorsen is expected to plead guilty to federal charges that he stole more than $1 million in government grant funding intended for autism research. 2. President Donald Trump issued a stark warning on Monday to public schools to stop encouraging “gender transitions” for confused students or face consequences. During a back-to-school event with U.S. Secretary of Education Linda McMahon, the president lamented the “extreme ideologies” such as “transgender insanity” that have taken root in schools in recent years. “Transgender didn’t work. Students were taught that our heroes are villains. The FBI was used to target patriotic parents at school board meetings. And meanwhile, far too many government-run schools failed at the basics,” he said. “Under the Trump administration, we’re systematically ending every single one of these radical-left betrayals and we’re putting the parents back in charge. They’re the ones that love our children. They’re the ones that should be in charge.” “Every public school in America is now on notice: That if they tell a child that they are trapped in the wrong body, they are committing child abuse,” he declared. In an interview on The Alix Mayer Show, Dr. Scott Atlas, former advisor to President Donald Trump and author of A Plague Upon Our House, shares his months in the White House and his clashes with Anthony Fauci, Deborah Birx, and former CDC Director Robert Redfield — the group Atlas dubbed the “troika.” Atlas recounts challenging COVID policies on lockdowns, school closures, mass testing, natural immunity, and masking, and how, despite providing clear scientific data at task force meetings, Fauci, Birx, and Redfield repeatedly failed to substantively engage with the evidence he presented. He also dives into PCR testing and COVID case counts, the classification of COVID hospitalizations and deaths, the devastating consequences of lockdown policies, and why bureaucratic culture and cognitive dissonance helped prevent public health officials from acknowledging mistakes. Atlas also weighed in on recent revelations surrounding Fauci, questions about the origins of COVID-19 and U.S.-funded gain-of-function research.    About Dr Scott Atlas: Dr. Scott Atlas is an American neuroradiologist and health-policy scholar who served as Professor and Chief of Neuroradiology at Stanford University Medical Center before joining the Hoover Institution. In 2020, President Donald Trump appointed Atlas as a special adviser and member of the White House Coronavirus Task Force. During COVID-19, Atlas opposed prolonged lockdowns and school closures, advocating “targeted protection” of high-risk populations while reopening schools and society. His positions on masking, testing, population immunity, and pandemic restrictions brought him into sharp conflict with Anthony Fauci, Deborah Birx, Robert Redfield, and other public-health officials. He left the White House in November 2020.

5. Robert Fox Foster, the acting general counsel at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has said in a new legal advisory that officials who solicit financial rewards like Dr. Anthony Fauci did, should be investigated for ethics violations.

   

   While the head of the National Institutes of Health’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, Fauci asked scientists his agency funded to nominate him for multiple awards, according to emails obtained and made public by Sen. Rand Paul in July. Fauci was nominated for a Dan David Prize in 2020. Fauci won the award and was able to collect $900,000 in winnings, according to the emails. “Federal employees should not be able to turn taxpayer-funded positions into opportunities for massive personal cash prizes,” Rand Paul said. “That is why I am introducing legislation to ensure federal employees cannot personally accept financial awards while serving in government. Federal employees are supposed to serve the American people; not cash in for personal gain.” Link↗

1. Sen. Ron Johnson released a new email revealing Fauci knew by May 2021 that Covid vaccines were causing serious injuries and did nothing.

   

   The leaders of the public health agencies knew that the Covid vaccines were causing serious injuries – because even their friends were telling them that they’d been injured. This is the revelation in one of the latest emails released over the weekend by Sen. Ron Johnson.

   

   The May 27, 2021 email comes from then acting commissioner of the FDA, Janet Woodcock. It’s addressed to Fauci and Francis Collins, the director of the NIH. The subject of the email is: “Vaccine adverse events.” “I have been contacted by a number of people who have experienced adverse events post COVID-19 vaccination (from all three of the current vaccines),” Woodcock writes in the opening sentence. “Many are healthcare professionals, some of whom I know.” She writes of the frustration of the people who had contacted her, saying that even though many are health care professionals, they were not taken seriously by their own doctors. “But the peoples’ main complaint is that no one takes them seriously,” writes Woodcock. “no one knows how to treat them, and there is no effort to study this.” She ends the email, not with an appeal to her colleagues to act quickly to notify the public that Covid vaccines could cause serious health issues and for the need to save people from serious injury, but by alluding to the damage that might be done to her reputation and the reputations of Fauci and Collins. Fauci and Collins continued to assure the American public that the vaccines were safe and effective. Healthcare professionals were some of the first to be vaccinated starting in December of 2020, when the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines were rolled out. As of June 26, 2026, there were 1,677,227 reports in VAERS related to side effects from the Covid vaccines. This includes 222,828 hospitalizations, 74,835 cases of permanent disability following Covid vaccination, 22,549 heart attacks, 5,222 miscarriages and 39,182 deaths.

On August 18th, Claudia Chaufan, Natalie Hemsing and Racheal Moncrieffe published an article titled: ‘When I had concerns about my own patients…I was told to keep quiet’: experiences of moral injury among healthcare workers under Covid-19 vaccine mandates in Alberta, Canada in the journal Open Medicine. The researchers surveyed health care worker in Alberta regarding the “vaccine” mandates and their experiences. The reported results include: “Most respondents (82.5 %) expressed negative sentiments...Negative accounts emphasized coercion, institutional betrayal, silencing, ethical conflict, and moral injury, including among vaccinated respondents.” Even though most health care workers submitted to the covid agenda and abuse, they are clearly not happy about it. 3. Seven years ago this week Ted Kuntz gave testimony in Fredericton, New Brunswick in response to Bill 39, a bill whose purpose was to remove personal belief and religious exemptions. The bill was introduced in response to an “outbreak of measles”. It was announced that there were 11 cases of measles in New Brunswick. The turning point in the inquiry was when the Chief Public Health Officer was asked the question – How many of the 11 children who contracted measles were vaccinated? The Chief Public Health Officer refused to answer the question or release the information to the public or legislators considering measles vaccination mandates. It was later revealed as a result of a FOI request that 9 of 11 children were fully vaccinated, one was partially vaccinated, and only one child was unvaccinated. A recent academic review published in the Journal of Law, Medicine & Ethics examined over two decades of pharmaceutical bribery cases, uncovering repeated patterns of sham consulting contracts, fake educational events, luxury travel, and hidden payments. They write: “The old pharmaceutical bribe was easy to recognise. Drug company reps flew doctors to luxury resorts, paid for lavish dinners, disguised kickbacks as consulting fees, and funded educational events that were little more than sales pitches. In 2023, payments and transfers of value to US physicians totalled US$3.93 billion for direct research, consulting, speaking fees, meals, travel, and investment interests. These individual-level incentives remain remarkably effective. But influencing individual doctors is now only part of the strategy. The real evolution has been the movement of pharmaceutical money further upstream. Today, pharmaceutical funding quietly underwrites the very institutions that generate medical evidence, shape clinical standards, and guide public policy — universities, teaching hospitals, medical journals, research institutes, continuing medical education providers, professional societies, guideline panels, and patient advocacy groups. Instead of paying a doctor to choose a drug, the modern strategy endows academic chairs, funds research centres, sponsors national conferences, and staffs advisory boards. This form of influence is more discreet than an envelope of cash, but infinitely more powerful. It builds careers and elevates aligned experts. In this ecosystem, certain research ideas receive priority funding, industry-friendly experts become household names, and clinical guidelines shift—often without anyone ever explicitly asking for a favourable conclusion. This institutional capture now spans every corner of healthcare”.

   

   A BMJ investigation found that 72% of leaders across 10 major medical associations had financial ties to the pharmaceutical industry. During the pandemic, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Medicaid introduced a Covid-19 Vaccine Provider Incentive Program, offering clinics escalating bonuses based on patient vaccination rates. Clinics reaching a 75% threshold were eligible for up to US$250 per newly vaccinated member, allowing larger practices to receive hundreds of thousands—and in some cases nearly a million—dollars. U.S. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has repeatedly argued that financial incentives embedded throughout healthcare systems distort medical decision-making. In a public statement last year, Kennedy criticised reimbursement systems that rewarded hospitals and physicians for meeting pharmaceutical and vaccination-related targets. “Doctors are being paid to vaccinate, not to evaluate,” he said bluntly.

5. Kevin Stitt recently signed a bill that allows dairy farmers to sell up to 1,500 gallons of raw milk directly to their consumers, a major increase from only 100 gallons.

   

   The bill also allows the ability for dairy farmers to advertise their raw-dairy products on their farm. This is a great win for the raw dairy farmers of Oklahoma. Pennsylvania health authorities on Tuesday announced two “measles-associated deaths” in unvaccinated individuals in Lancaster County, setting off a spate of media reports about rising measles rates, declining vaccination rates and the need to get vaccinated. Citing privacy concerns, health officials declined to share any additional basic information about the deceased, including age, gender and overall health or underlying health conditions. The announcement linked the deaths to measles, but did not disclose enough patient-specific evidence to determine the chain of events that led to their deaths, or whether measles was listed as the underlying cause of death on the death certificates. “The only thing we know about them is that they were from Pennsylvania and unvaccinated. That’s it,” said Children’s Health Defense Senior Research Scientist Karl Jablonowski. “Were they 9 years old or 99 years old? Were they immunocompromised, pregnant, infants, battling cancer or perfectly healthy?” “That information is on the wrong side of a privacy excuse,” Jablonowski added. “Health officials chose one characteristic to propagate to the public” — that the people who died were “unvaccinated.” In a post on X, Lancaster Health Commissioner Josh Parsons lambasted the Pennsylvania Department of Health’s announcement. He questioned the lack of public evidence and sought clarification about whether the reported deaths occurred in Lancaster County and whether measles was the cause of death or merely a coexisting condition. Parsons said the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office recorded no deaths caused by measles — only one death of someone who had measles. Parsons said government officials have not responded to his questions. “Transparency is owed to the people. It is incumbent on those who held the press conference to clear this up. 1. According to published reports, Danish vaccine researcher Poul Thorsen will plead guilty on September 1, 2026 to federal charges that he stole over one million dollars in grant funding he received from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

   

   Thorsen is accused of using Centers of Disease Control and Prevention money, earmarked for autism research, for his own purposes; the Danish-born researcher was studying the possible link between vaccines and the rise of autism rates. Charges against him raise questions about whether he was deliberately falsifying vaccine data to ‘prove’ that vaccines do not cause autism and have nothing to do with the rise of autism in the United States. Under Thorsen, several articles claiming to exonerate vaccines in the rise of autism were published in scientific journals in the early 2000’s. The articles were used by the CDC and other medical organizations to support the claim that vaccines do not cause autism. However, Thorsen’s studies have been described as ‘flawed’ by Dr. Brian Hooker. According to author and investigator James Ottar Grundvig (Master Manipulator: The Explosive True Story of Fraud, Embezzlement, and Government Betrayal at the CDC), the “CDC hired mercenary scientists, here and abroad, to cook data on MMR and thimerosal studies, to erase the autism signals in vaccine research. They were desperate to keep the trust in the myth that vaccines are ‘safe and effective.’” Grundvig noted that Thorsen could be imprisoned for the rest of his life as each of the 22 Wire Fraud counts carries a penalty of one year of jail time. Instead, he hopes Thorsen will make a deal “to expose the collusion and fraudulent science” for which he believes Thorsen and others were responsible. “I suspect that more legal action is to be taken against his co-conspirators, later this fall,” Grundvig said.

3. The federal lawsuit brought by Dr. Meryl Nass against Maine’s medical licensing board can proceed, a judge ruled late last week. Nass, an internal medicine physician and biological warfare expert, said: “I will eagerly move forward with the legal case to clear my name and defend the free speech right of medical practitioners to tell the truth to their patients, especially if it goes against government or medical orthodoxy.” Chief U.S. District Judge Lance E. Walker on Aug. 20 ordered the case to proceed after the Maine Board of Licensure in Medicine (BOLIM) tried to have the suit dismissed. Nass was and is an outspoken critic of official COVID-19 policies.

   

   The main takeaway from the case is that “the government, through the board of licensure, did not like Dr. Nass’s speech and was seeking to both silence and punish her in the rush to shut down dissent from the government’s preferred narrative,” said Gene R. Libby, one of the attorneys representing Nass. Kim Mack Rosenberg, general counsel at Children’s Health Defense (CHD), said Nass’ case highlights the harms of silencing physicians’ speech. “We have learned, particularly in recent years, the dangers of taking away physicians’ rights to speak — it harms the physicians, patients and the general public,” she said. Walker’s order allowing the case to move forward is the latest move in a legal battle sparked in January 2022, when the BOLIM suspended Nass’ license for spreading COVID-19 “misinformation.” BOLIM also claimed Nass had improperly prescribed hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin and kept records improperly. The “misinformation” charges were dropped in October 2022. But in September 2023, the board found Nass guilty of medical incompetence and placed her on a two-year probation. In December 2023, the BOLIM voted unanimously to extend the suspension of Nass’ medical license to 39 months. It also levied a $10,000 fine and required Nass to engage in professional oversight and undergo a psychological evaluation to get her medical license back. In August 2023, Nass sued the board in federal court, alleging violations of her First Amendment rights and her rights under the Maine Constitution by using their power to “crush dissenting views and chill disfavored speech.” Walker agreed with Nass and her lawyers when they argued that the board’s psychological evaluation requirement as a condition of getting her license back was a “retaliatory sanction for disfavored speech.” Walker wrote that “the imposition of this sanction would suggest that the board was making an example out of Dr. Nass.” CHD is helping fund the suit. 4. A U.S. appeals court has entered a judgment in favor of James O’Keefe, founder of Project Veritas, and a Project Veritas reporter. A split panel of U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit judges said on Aug. 21 that a district court judge had erroneously kept in place $130,000 in damages against O’Keefe over an undercover operation that targeted Democratic strategists. “The principal question in this appeal is whether the jury’s damages award violated the First Amendment by punishing the defendants for publishing a news story,” Circuit Judge Karen LeCraft Henderson, writing for the majority, said. “We conclude that it did.”

   

   The case was brought after Project Veritas released a video showing conversations with strategist Robert Creamer and other Democratic operatives, including discussions secretly recorded by Allison Maass, a Project Veritas reporter, while she spent eight days as an unpaid intern at the Democracy Partners firm in 2016. The panel set aside all the damages. “My faith in the future of journalism, and in our courts, is restored,” O’Keefe said in a video statement. Link↗

5. Thirty-five years of work, gone in a single day. And now the very agency that took it says it owes them nothing. Nine months after the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) slaughtered their entire flock of healthy, avian-flu-recovered ostriches, the agency has now made its position official in writing, telling the farm it will not compensate them for a single bird. By the CFIA’s own math, the decision deprives the farm of up to $942,000. Compensation after a mass cull is standard practice for farmers across this country. Instead, the CFIA dug through every alleged infraction it could find and used them to justify paying nothing. Karen doesn’t believe this is about paperwork. Considering everything that took place, it appears to be punishment for a family that refused to stay quiet. “This is where they picked with the wrong family,” she told Rebel News. But Karen Espersen and her family at Universal Ostrich Farms are still standing and still fighting. The farm is working on an appeal, and they’re building a case backed by scientific reports and years of documented evidence they say will prove the birds were never a real threat in the first place. 1. Combing through reports from more than 1,200 weather stations across the United States, former University of Alabama climatologist John Christy’s analysis challenges a commonly held belief that extreme high temperatures have become more prevalent.

   

   According to his report, published this spring in the academic journal Theoretical and Applied Climatology, the data don’t show an increase in extreme temperatures; rather, they indicate that temperatures have become more moderate over the past century. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) stated that average temperatures have risen by 2 degrees Fahrenheit since 1850 and that this increase has accelerated in recent decades. According to NOAA, the year 2024 was the warmest year since global records began in 1850, and the 10 warmest years during this period all occurred during the decade from 2015 to 2024. Regarding the cause, NOAA said that “Earth’s average surface temperature has been rising because human-produced greenhouse gases are causing Earth to absorb more energy than it radiates back to space.” Christy’s study, however, indicates that, far from an increase in extreme weather, there has been an overall moderating of temperatures in the United States. In contrast to NOAA’s assessment, Christy’s analysis indicates fewer extreme high temperatures and extreme low temperatures since 1899. Christy’s analysis indicates that the period with the most extreme high temperatures was the 1930s, not recent decades as is often reported. Instances of extreme heat have not increased significantly over the past century, Christy stated, and there are fewer cases of extreme cold. “If your political view is that extremes are getting worse and worse, that’s almost a religion, so you can’t really change minds on that,” Christy said. 3. Tennis star Novak Djokovic’s decision not to receive a COVID-19 vaccine transformed him into “a villain of the world,” he said in “Novak Djokovic: The Wolf in Winter,” an Amazon Prime documentary released Thursday.

   

   The 24-time Grand Slam champion revisited the controversy in the film, which examines his career, his personality and some of the most contentious moments of his life in tennis. “I was made [a] villain more than I ever have been before in tennis circles,” Djokovic said. “Now I was a villain of the world.” The New York Times said he was “a Master on the Court” who “Keeps Making Errors Off It” in debates over “science versus quackery.” A clip included in the documentary shows CNN commentator Bob Costas accusing Djokovic of a “continued pattern of evasions of the truth and contempt for the rules that apply to everyone else.” Former Australian Labor senator Stephen Conroy called him “a pampered, entitled sports star who thinks he can game the system.” In February 2022, the BBC asked Djokovic whether he was prepared to sacrifice his chance of becoming statistically the greatest tennis player ever rather than receive a COVID-19 vaccine. The evidence indicates that it can. Something as ordinary as a printed receipt can act as a source of endocrine-disrupting chemicals, raising questions about an everyday exposure that most people have never considered.

How These Chemicals Enter the Body

Before considering their potential health effects, it is important to establish if bisphenol chemicals from thermal paper actually enter the body during routine handling. The following studies examine whether these compounds can penetrate human skin and whether people who regularly handle receipts accumulate measurable levels of them.

Study 1: Skin Absorption of Bisphenols

Skin Absorption of Bisphenol A and Its Alternatives in Thermal Paper. PMID: 33313651

Researchers wanted to know whether BPA—and several of the chemicals increasingly being used to replace it in thermal paper—could pass through skin. Using human skin samples donated from surgical procedures and mounted in laboratory diffusion chambers, they applied the compounds BPA, BPS, D-8, and Pergafast 201. Then they measured how much of each crossed the skin over a 24-hour period.

BPA readily penetrated the skin, with approximately 25% of the applied dose passing through during the experiment. D-8, another bisphenol-based thermal paper developer, also crossed the skin, at around 17%. BPS penetrated much more slowly, with only around 0.4% absorbed, while Pergafast 201 remained below the laboratory's limit of quantification under the conditions tested.

These findings demonstrate that some chemicals present on thermal paper do not simply remain on the surface of the skin. They can enter the body directly, establishing receipt handling as a plausible route of exposure.

Study 2: Cashiers Had Higher Bisphenol Levels

Bisphenol A, Bisphenol S, and 4-Hydroxyphenyl 4-Isopropoxyphenylsulfone (BPSIP) in Urine and Blood of Cashiers. PMID: 26309242

Laboratory experiments show what is possible in a controlled setting, but this study asked whether receipt handling leads to measurable exposure in everyday life. Researchers compared 77 cashiers with 25 people who did not work as cashiers. They analyzed the chemicals present in the receipts handled by each worker and collected urine and blood samples before and after work shifts.

The researchers found that thermal receipts contained between approximately 1% and 2% bisphenol chemicals by weight, meaning the coating itself was a substantial source of exposure. Cashiers handling BPS-containing receipts had significantly higher urinary concentrations of BPS after their shifts. Similarly, those handling BPA-containing receipts generally showed higher BPA levels than people who did not routinely handle receipts. The researchers also detected exposure to several newer bisphenol replacements, showing that occupational exposure can continue even as BPA is replaced.

Taken together, these findings suggest that routine handling of thermal paper receipts can contribute to measurable internal exposure to bisphenol chemicals under real-world working conditions.

Potential Harms From Exposure

Demonstrating that bisphenol chemicals enter the body is only part of the picture. Researchers have also spent decades investigating how these compounds interact with hormone signalling and other biological processes after they have been absorbed. The following reviews summarize the evidence on BPA’s health effects and examine whether newer replacement chemicals such as BPS represent a genuinely safer alternative.

Study 3: Carcinogenesis From BPA

The Endocrine Disruptor Bisphenol A (BPA) Exerts a Wide Range of Effects in Carcinogenesis and Response to Therapy. PMID: 30848227

This review examines the growing body of evidence linking BPA exposure to cancer development and progression. The authors analyzed experimental and epidemiological studies investigating how BPA interferes with hormone signalling, influences the behaviour of cancer cells, and affects the body’s response to cancer treatment.

The review concludes that BPA acts as an endocrine disruptor capable of disrupting multiple biological processes involved in normal cell function. Across the studies reviewed, BPA was associated with changes that may promote the development and progression of several hormone-related cancers, including breast, ovarian, prostate, and colorectal cancer. The authors also discuss experimental evidence that BPA can stimulate cancer cell growth, encourage the spread of tumours, interfere with normal mechanisms for removing damaged cells, and reduce sensitivity to certain treatments in laboratory models.

Taken together, the review concludes that BPA has a broad range of biological effects extending well beyond hormone disruption alone, highlighting its potential role in carcinogenesis and the need for continued research into its long-term health consequences.

Study 4: BPA ve. BPS Safety Comparison

Bisphenol S in Food Causes Hormonal and Obesogenic Effects Comparable to or Worse than Bisphenol A: A Literature Review. PMID: 32092919

As concerns about BPA have grown, many manufacturers have switched to BPS instead. This review examined whether that substitution actually reduces health risks. Rather than conducting new experiments, the authors analyzed published studies comparing the biological effects of BPA and BPS.

The review concluded that BPS also acts as an endocrine disruptor. Across the studies reviewed, BPS produced hormonal and obesity-promoting effects similar to BPA and, in some cases, showed comparable or even greater effects on metabolism, reproduction, and hormone-related cancers.

Taken together, the available evidence suggests that simply replacing BPA with another bisphenol does not necessarily eliminate health concerns. The authors argue that BPS should receive the same level of scientific and regulatory scrutiny as BPA rather than being assumed to be a safer alternative.

Summary: What Does The Evidence Show?

Together, these papers show that some chemicals used in thermal receipts can cross human skin and that routine occupational handling can contribute to measurable internal exposure. Studies of cashiers found higher post-shift levels of certain bisphenols, particularly BPS, while reviews of the wider literature indicate that BPA and some of its replacement chemicals can interfere with hormone signalling. People who handle receipts repeatedly throughout the working day may face the greatest exposure, but minimizing unnecessary contact is a reasonable precaution for anyone.

Practical Ways To Reduce Exposure

Though it is unfortunate that these precautions may be necessary, there are several practical ways to reduce exposure.

If you need to keep a receipt, consider photographing it immediately after purchase and disposing of the paper instead of carrying it with you. If you frequently handle receipts or simply wish to avoid touching them, a small clothespin or similar tool can make it easy to hold the paper while taking a photo before discarding it.

Keeping receipt photos in a dedicated album or folder on your phone, organized by date, can create a simple chronological record that is easy to transfer to a computer later for accounting or tax purposes.

Electronic receipts could also be used to avoid thermal paper altogether, although they come with their own privacy considerations and are not always available when making certain purchases.

No single step will eliminate exposure entirely, but simple changes such as minimizing unnecessary handling and disposing of receipts promptly can help to reduce one of the most common yet least recognized sources of everyday exposure to endocrine-disrupting chemicals.

Farmers, researchers, and other witnesses exposed serious problems surrounding agricultural regulation, property rights, food independence, and the mounting pressures facing rural communities.

   Book: Spike: The Virus vs. the People—An Insider Story. Sir Jeremy Farrar is British and a physician. Sir Jeremy Farrar headed the Wellcome Trust for ten years (2013–2023). In 2023, Farrar was appointed Chief Scientist of the WHO. Following a restructuring in 2025, he moved to the position of Assistant Director-General for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention. In February 2020, Farrar was the initiator and a key participant in a notorious, secret email chain and conference call with Dr. Anthony Fauci and other top virologists. • Twenty-nine million in funding to support small-scale financial institutions in developing countries. ( that’s more money for bankers.)

• Canada providing 10 million in funding for Egypt’s agrofood sector (meanwhile what is happening to our own farmers here in Canada?)

• Protecting broadcasting for change, engaging young women through media. Partner with BBC media action. $1.5 million.

• Renewable energy in small island developing states. $16 million.

  
  That’s about $200 million. There are thousands of liberal contracts worth millions of dollars that don’t impact Canadians and we’re paying for.

   The U.S. Department of Justice just announced in a press release that Former Senior NIAID Official Pleads Guilty to Charges Connected to Concealing Federal Records During COVID-19 Pandemic. David M. Morens served as a Senior Advisor to the Director (specifically in NIAID’s Office of the Director) from 2006 through 2022, and was also a long-time senior advisor to former NIAID Director Dr. Anthony Fauci. The charges pertain to the notorious NIH grant titled “Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence” that funded Peter Daszak, Ralph Baric et al. to perform their gain-of-function research on SARS bat coronaviruses with their colleague Shi Zhengli at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. John Leake noted that this is “Like Al Capone going to jail for income tax evasion” ; but let us hope this is the beginning of a snowball that will bring Fauci, Daszak, and Baric to their just end; sparing militia groups from having to intervene.

2. Thanks to Charleen McBeath for sharing this item: The Justice Centre is pleased to share an important Charter victory for freedom of expression and freedom of religion out of Quebec. In the summer of 2023, Harvest Ministries International (HMI) organized “Faith, Freedom, Fire,” a Quebec City conference that would bring together people from across Canada for large-scale prayer meetings, musical performances and presentations. Although the event was not about opposition to abortion, then-Tourism Minister Caroline Proulx personally directed staff at the Quebec City Convention Centre to cancel HMI’s rental agreement.

   

   Former Premier François Legault publicly backed the cancellation, saying Quebec would not permit “anti-abortion groups to put on big shows in public spaces.”

   

   On July 31, 2026, the Quebec Superior Court found that the government’s actions violated HMI’s Charter-protected freedoms and ordered Ms. Proulx herself to pay $30,000 in punitive damages for her conduct in directing the cancellation. HMI was also awarded $30,636.92 in compensatory damages for losses caused by the cancellation, plus legal costs and interest. Constitutional lawyer Olivier Séguin said, “This judgment confirmed that governments cannot use public facilities to punish organizations because officials disagree with their beliefs. The Court rightly found that the Minister acted without legal authority and violated fundamental freedoms guaranteed by the Charter.”

   

   This victory sends an important message to politicians across Canada: governments cannot simply shut down events because they disapprove of the beliefs of the people involved, and public officials can face personal consequences when they abuse their authority. Link↗

3. IT’S OFFICIAL: JD VANCE AND RFK JR. REFER 225 HOSPITALS TO DOJ OVER POTENTIAL FEDERAL VIOLATIONS Vice President JD Vance and HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. have referred more than 225 hospitals and health systems to the Justice Department and HHS Inspector General for potential federal law violations tied to pediatric gender programs and transgender procedures on minors.

   

   Dr. Brian Christine is the current Assistant Secretary for Health. Dr. Christine replaced Richard “Rachel” Levine. Richard Levine is the birth name of Rachel Levine, who served as the 17th Assistant Secretary for Health (and a four-star admiral in the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps) from March 2021 until January 2025 under the Biden administration.) Richard/Rachel Levine was the assistant secretary for health who reigned over the construction of the “sex-denying-surgical” campaigns on children.

(This item was not directly discussed in our video conversation): From Simone Gold, Founder & President of America’s Frontline Doctors: For years, California treated honest medical advice as a punishable offense. Last week, a federal court ordered them to stop. On August 5, Judge William Shubb issued a preliminary injunction protecting Drs. Pierre Kory, Le Trinh Hoang, and Brian Tyson. California is now forbidden from investigating or punishing these physicians for the COVID information and recommendations they give patients—simply because those recommendations differ from the government’s preferred narrative. The court was clear: the state cannot punish a doctor for independent medical judgment. It cannot rebrand dissenting speech as an “informed consent” or “standard of care” violation in order to silence it.

   

Citizen Action

1. The National Citizens Inquiry conducted 3 days of hearings in High River, Alberta this week on the question: Are Farmers Safe in Canada? and Is Our Food Safe in Canada? Internationally recognized world experts, farmers, and citizens testified. They provided compelling evidence that our farmers and food is not safe in Canada. We heard testimony from: Prof. Frédéric Leroy, Dr. Sylvain Charlebois, Dr. John Fagan, Michael Yon, Nicolas Hulscher, Dr. Jessica Rose, Dr. Michelle Perro, Mollie Engelhart and others. Witnesses spoke to raw milk and dairy regulation, Alberta’s Bill 22, farmer marketing freedom and property rights, the complete depopulation of a Saskatchewan cattle herd following a bovine tuberculosis case, CFIA disease-response and testing procedures, nutrition and food freedom, ranch viability, regulatory impacts on rural communities, and questions surrounding AI data centres, electricity generation and agricultural communities. The High River hearings were day 42, 43 and 44 of NCI hearings which began in 2023 and have heard from more than 500 witnesses. Kinder, gentler, slower fascism, ushering in the 1,000-year Reich.

When she asked what to do if alone with an atheist, Muslim, Buddhist, or member of several other groups, Google advised treating them like anyone else and being respectful. However, when she asked the same question about being alone with a Christian, Google recommended calling 911 if she felt unsafe. She reported similar results when asking about being alone with a Black, Asian, or Middle Eastern person, while the query about a white person again produced advice to call 911 if she felt unsafe.

From COVID-19 to Seasonal Influenza

The COVID-19 injections represented a dramatic departure from traditional vaccine technology. Rather than introducing an antigen directly, the mRNA products deliver tens of trillions of copies of foreign genetic code inside PEGylated lipid nanoparticles, intended to cause the recipient’s own cells to manufacture foreign proteins.

Many of us raised concerns about this technology before the COVID-19 rollout began. Those concerns included the distribution of infinitely penetrating lipid nanoparticles throughout the body, the hyper-persistence of the modified mRNA, the continued production of foreign proteins, and the high risk of serious adverse effects.

The safety signals reported following the COVID-19 rollout only intensified those concerns. Before the COVID-19 injections, there were typically only a few hundred deaths reported each year following vaccination in the United States. This is not accounting for underreporting. After the modified mRNA COVID-19 injections were rolled out, this rose to tens of thousands of reported deaths within months, with higher numbers in those initial months than for all other vaccines, for all other diseases, over the previous 30 years combined. Not to mention, data shows the COVID shots have a negative efficacy; they increase the risk of covid infection. They produced only harm, no benefit.

If we account for the underreporting factors, the COVID-19 rollout has been an ongoing disaster, with upwards of a billion people injured and tens of millions already dead following the injections.

However, instead of stepping back from the technology and acknowledging their concerning risk profile, pharmaceutical companies are expanding its use.

What Is Actually Inside the Final Product?

Independent testing should be a priority as soon as commercial vials become available. Analyses by Kevin McKernan and others of COVID-19 mRNA “vaccine” vials have reported residual plasmid DNA and other manufacturing-related materials that were undisclosed in the ingredient lists. There have also been discoveries of dangerous genetic sequences, rare earth metals, E. coli contamination, and endotoxins. The mFLUSIVA products should therefore be immediately investigated rather than assuming that the finished product contains nothing beyond what appears on the label.

Qualified independent laboratories should examine commercially distributed vials and determine precisely what they contain, including the quantity and integrity of the mRNA, lipid nanoparticle composition, residual DNA, bacterial manufacturing residues, and any other detectable contaminants.

The public must not rely exclusively on manufacturers and regulators for these answers, since they have already proven themselves untrustworthy.

The Existing Flu Shot Raises Its Own Questions

There is another important part of this story: how well do conventional influenza vaccines actually work?

A recent Cleveland Clinic study followed more than 50,000 employees during the 2024–2025 influenza season. In the study population, vaccinated employees experienced a higher cumulative incidence of influenza than unvaccinated employees. The researchers estimated vaccine effectiveness at approximately minus 27%.

This means even in the case of standard vaccination there was a higher, rather than lower, risk of influenza following injection. That finding is particularly relevant when evaluating Moderna’s claims about mFLUSIVA.

Moderna did not establish that mFLUSIVA reduced influenza by 27% compared with receiving no vaccine. Instead, its trial compared the new mRNA product against an existing conventional influenza vaccine and reported roughly 27% greater relative efficacy against laboratory-confirmed influenza. That distinction matters.

Given that the comparator itself is associated with increased infection risk, outperforming it by 27% does not establish that the new product provides substantial protection compared with remaining unvaccinated. 27% better than -27% is essentially negligible.

Safety Matters as Much as Efficacy

Even a genuinely effective medical intervention must still justify its risks.

The adverse reactions that Moderna acknowledged in the mFLUSIVA trial were more frequent and intense than with the conventional flu vaccine comparator. This is an early warning sign of what is likely to come.

For a seasonal respiratory illness, the threshold for demonstrating safety should be exceptionally high. Regulators should demand compelling evidence of meaningful clinical benefit alongside careful long-term safety monitoring. This has not happened.

Demand Evidence Before Expansion

With FDA approval secured, people who have become accustomed to receiving an annual influenza shot may soon be offered an mRNA product instead; likely without their knowledge. The issue also extends far beyond the United States. Moderna has pursued regulatory approval for the product in other jurisdictions, including Canada, Europe, and Australia.

This means urgent action is needed. Once millions of doses have been administered, any harms cannot simply be undone. Not only will injection recipients be at risk, but shedding is also a concern that could potentially affect those around them.

The expansion of mRNA technology from an “emergency” response that was an enormous failure, into routine seasonal vaccination should not happen quietly. mFLUSIVA represents a worrying new stage in the normalization of modified mRNA technology. We must do everything we can to warn everyone we can. Scrutiny needs to happen now, before widespread administration begins.

Contact Your Elected Federal Officials

If you live in the United States, contact your federal representatives today. Alert your Senators and Member of Congress that this is wrong and dangerous. Demand that they intervene to block the rollout of these mRNA flu injections and help warn their constituents about the risks of these genetic products. For everyone else—especially in countries where this product is under review—the time to act is now. Write to your Member of Parliament or equivalent representative. Tell them your public health agency is considering these harmful, misrepresented genetic injections for approval as “vaccines.” Urge them to read this post and the links within it, and to do their part to stop this.

In Canada, calls for a deeper review of the country’s pandemic response continued to grow. Chief science adviser Mona Nemer said the federal government must find a way to listen to Canadians about their experiences, as attention increases around MP Dean Allison’s upcoming hearings on COVID-19 “vaccine” injuries.

In the United States, Anthony Fauci faced increased congressional scrutiny after invoking the Fifth Amendment 111 times during questioning. The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee later voted 8-5 to hold the former NIAID director in contempt of Congress.

Meanwhile, President Trump signed an executive order reforming federal childhood vaccine recommendations. The order reduces the number of universally recommended vaccines from 17 to 11. It also calls for vaccinations to be spread across more visits. While concerns remain about the extent of the reforms, the changes nevertheless appear to be a step in the right direction.

Together, these developments reflect growing pressure for greater scrutiny of public institutions, accountability for past decisions, and stronger limits on government involvement in medical decision-making.

Background Information: Christine Grady, RN, PhD, FAAN is an American nurse, researcher, and prominent bioethicist. She earned degrees in nursing and biology from Georgetown University, community health nursing from Boston College, and a PhD in philosophy from Georgetown. Grady spent decades at the National Institutes of Health, becoming Chief of the NIH Clinical Center’s Department of Bioethics in 2012 and serving until 2025. 1. Canada’s Federal employee Dmitry Gorodnichy discovered that Federal employees cannot access the Allison Inquiry website from their workplace. During a meeting of the Canadian Border Services Agency Persons with Disabilities Advisory Committee (PDAC) Executive, the Allison Inquiry came up. So, naturally, during our PDAC Executive discussion, they wanted to look at the inquiry website and potentially provide employees with a link: covidtestimony.com. But they couldn’t. They found that this site is blocked on the Government of Canada network. Is the Inquiry being classified as misinformation? Is it being caught by some other security or content-filtering category? Is the blocking accidental—or could it be part of a broader effort to minimize public servants’ exposure to the testimony and evidence the Inquiry is expected to hear. If there is no legitimate cybersecurity reason for blocking these domains, federal public servants—including employees directly affected by the mandate and members of PDAC’s new Employer Mandate Impact Working Group—should be able to access information about the Inquiry and follow its proceedings directly from their workplace.

As reported in the Toronto Sun on August 11 – Chief Liberal government whip Mark Gerretsen has criticized Conservative MP Dean Allison’s plan to hold unofficial public hearings on vaccine injuries related to the COVID-19 epidemic from Sept. 8 to 11 on Parliament Hill. Gerretsen says in a Facebook video that the Allison inquiry “feels more like a political grievance session than a genuine attempt to improve anything” because “this isn’t a public inquiry that’s actually established by Parliament.” But that raises the question of why the Justin Trudeau Liberals and the Liberal government to this day have refused to hold a public inquiry into the pandemic, unlike the U.K., Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Norway and other countries. Calls for one to learn how to better prepare for the next pandemic — which medical science says is inevitable — have come from across the political spectrum, including Conservatives, the NDP, Bloc Québécois and Greens. Similar calls have come from medical experts nationwide. Canada’s chief science adviser, Mona Nemer, told CBC last week that the federal government needs to find a way to hear from Canadians about their experiences during the pandemic. “People are angry for different reasons around the COVID measures. Some are angry because they lost their livelihood. Others are angry because they lost loved ones … because their kids didn’t go to school. I think we need to understand all of this.” The feds did an internal review of their pandemic response, but that’s not a public inquiry. What came closest was the grassroots National Citizens Inquiry, funded by public donations, which issued a 5,432-page report in 2023 after holding months of public hearings across Canada. But its findings were basically ignored by the Liberals. An independent and honest appraisal of Canada’s successes and failures in dealing with the pandemic would produce recommendations that will save lives when the next one hits — if the government heeds them. Gerretsen would be better advised to urge his own government to hold a public inquiry into the pandemic, as opposed to criticizing a Conservative MP’s efforts to hear from Canadians who suffered vaccine injuries. Even CBC News has also weighed in: Mona Nemer, Canada’s chief science adviser says the federal government should devise a way to reflect on its response to the COVID-19 pandemic to better prepare the country and Canadians for future public health challenges. “I think we have to respect how people feel, and then we need to meet them and hear them and understand where things stand,” Nemer said in an interview with CBC’s The House. Nemer, an independent adviser who does not make government policy, said Ottawa’s reflection must be apolitical and must tackle specific questions so the process doesn’t drag on and people forget. When asked about the level of trust Canadians have in authorities when it comes to questions around infectious diseases, Nemer said general trust in government and science is decreasing — a worrisome development, the adviser noted, but not undeserved.    Former congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene has announced the beginning of a new political movement alongside Tucker Carlson, Rep. Thomas Massie and former US counterterrorism chief Joe Kent, bringing together several prominent former allies of President Donald Trump who have broken with him over the Iran war. A new coalition of high-profile MAGA figures has launched a movement with the aim of running a third party-candidate in the 2028 presidential election. The name at the top of their list: former Fox News star Tucker Carlson. On August 1st, Greene posted on X: “We said no more foreign wars and we meant it and supported Donald Trump because he made that promise “But he’s betrayed us all. Our commitment is America First for all Americans, right, left, and center. The movement has begun.” The participants are united most visibly by their opposition to the US war with Iran. 1. President Trump signed an executive order on Monday dramatically scaling back the childhood vaccine schedule. Instead of the current 72 doses of 17 different vaccines, the president’s order will have the CDC recommending vaccines for children for 11 different diseases. The president’s order also directs that shots be spread across more visits and removes vaccines that children do not need from universal recommendations. “Effective immediately, my administration is recognizing gold standard childhood vaccine recommendations for only 11 core vaccinations against the most serious and dangerous diseases,” President Trump said at a White House press conference announcing the change. “We want the MMR in three separate vaccinations given at separate times.” Trump said he was also ordering that vaccines be spread out, with just one vaccine to be given at each doctor’s appointment, rather than four, five or more vaccines given during a single visit. “Vaccinations for hepatitis B, Covid-19, and influenza, among others, are no longer recommended for all children.” The EO also recommends investigating alternative vaccine adjuvants to aluminum and other problematic ingredients, directs HHS to make further modifications to the vaccines schedule, and ensures continuous evaluation of the risk/benefit of all vaccines. It also directs the DOJ to take legal action to protect parental authority over vaccine decision-making. It orders the Attorney General to pursue legal action and challenge state laws that conflict with parental authority, religious freedom, disability accommodations, and equal protection—including the duty to offer religious and medical exemptions. The executive order marks a turning point in medical decision making, taking absolute authority away from entrenched vaccinology ‘experts.’ Going forward, parents will have more control of their children’s vaccinations. States which have removed religious exemptions and made medical exemptions to vaccination almost impossible will soon face challenges from the U.S. Department of Justice.    Push back by Umbekoming: The schedule contains every product it did the day before the executive order was signed. No product has been removed, no age of administration changed, no dose reduced. What defenders will describe as a reduction from seventeen routine vaccines to eleven is a reclassification of six vaccines into the other two categories, not an elimination of any product. The reforms specified in Sections 2(b) and 3 concern the manner of administration, the components of manufacture, and the future development of alternatives. The list of what is administered stands. An administration that wanted to appear to be reforming the schedule while leaving the schedule intact would design an order that looked exactly like this one.

President Donald Trump announced this week that the federal government will no longer use Medicaid funds to cover transgender surgeries and hormones for minors. “Today, at my direction, Dr. Mehmet Oz announced that Medicaid will NO LONGER fund gender transition surgeries and hormones for minors. We are not going to pay for our innocent children to undergo these barbaric surgeries and practices, which result in unthinkable and irreversible harm to their young bodies,” Trump wrote. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services finalized a rule ending federal Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program funding for what the agency calls “sex-rejecting procedures” on children and youth. It covers puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgical operations. CMS Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz said: “Children deserve our protection, not experimental interventions that pose serious risks and convey no proven benefits. By cutting off federal funds for these sex-rejecting procedures, we’re following the science, saving taxpayer dollars, and, most importantly, protecting children from potentially irreversible harm so they can truly flourish.” In December 2025. Kennedy signed a declaration at the time, stating that “sex-rejecting procedures for children and adolescents are neither safe nor effective as a treatment modality for gender dysphoria, gender incongruence, or other related disorders in minors, and therefore, fail to meet professional recognized standards of health care.” An HHS report cited risks including infertility and loss of bone density and recommended psychotherapy as an alternative. 1. CLEAR, a freedom advocacy group out of Kelowna, BC had an important procedural victory in the B.C. Court of Appeal this week. The BC Court of Appeal just handed CLEAR a significant victory in their battle against the City of Kelowna. On August 7, 2026, the Court granted CLEAR an extension to appeal a lower court decision that threatened to gut the very law designed to protect British Columbians from being silenced by powerful governments, such as the City of Kelowna. Justice Warren didn’t just allow CLEAR’s appeal to move forward—she noted it has real merit and that this case matters to the entire legal profession in B.C. The City of Kelowna is trying to use Municipal permits to shut down CLEAR’s freedom rallies at Stuart Park, City Hall, and throughout downtown Kelowna. In plain terms, they want to convert our fundamental freedoms into privileges we have to beg the government for. When CLEAR fought back using BC’s anti-SLAPP law—which exists specifically to stop governments and corporations from using lawsuits to silence critics—a lower court judge ruled in the city’s favour and thus the appeal. This victory does two crucial things. First, it means CLEAR’s appeal will be heard in full, likely in spring 2027. Second, and just as important, the City cannot proceed with its attempt to ban CLEAR’s protests while this appeal is before the Court of Appeal. 2. A federal judge on Monday dismissed Minnesota’s lawsuit challenging the Trump administration’s interpretation of Title IX, the law that bars sex discrimination in federally funded education programs and activities. Minnesota had argued that the administration violated the Administrative Procedure Act and the 10th Amendment by determining that the state’s policies allowing transgender students to compete on sports teams and use facilities consistent with their gender identity breached federal law. U.S. District Chief Judge Eric Tostrud of the District of Minnesota ruled that most of the state’s claims fell short. Minnesota stands as the only state to sue President Donald Trump and his administration over his executive orders this term defining sex as binary. The Justice Department’s enforcement action against the Minnesota Department of Education and the Minnesota State High School League for violating Title IX by allowing males to compete against and access intimate spaces designated for females remains pending. 1. Conservative MP Mike Dawson, who gained notoriety earlier this year for refusing to accept his automatic salary increase, has lost his judicial review in a Federal Court, with the ruling saying it would be illegal and inconvenient for him not to take the pay hike. Dawson, who represents the riding of Miramichi-Grand Lake, N.B., filed an application for judicial review in June, attempting to stop Parliament from awarding him the $8,800 raise. “We seem to be all right to put somebody on the moon, but we can’t stop a pay raise,” Dawson told CBC News on Tuesday. “Everything’s electronic for pay. It’s just a matter of clicking a button.” He added that as a business owner, it should be no more complicated than deducting federal taxes from his employees’ pay, which he’s obliged to do annually. While Dawson has been donating his raise to charity, he noted that he should be permitted to object to it altogether. Link↗

2. Following the president’s Executive Order on childhood vaccines, the pharma-funded American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) went on the offensive, issuing a statement from its president, Andrew D. Racine. “Today’s executive order on vaccines is not only disheartening but dangerous,” it read in part. And on CNN, which openly states that many of its programs are “brought to you by Pfizer,” Jake Tapper told his viewers that the medical and scientific communities are “horrified and pushing back.”

4. From Laura Hayes in response to Trump’s recent executive order: “Hold your applause. The best childhood vaccine schedule is a no-vaccines-at-all schedule. Furthermore, there should be no such thing as a “vaccine schedule”. HHS’ January 2026 scientific assessment compared U.S. childhood immunization recommendations with those of peer nations, analyzed vaccine uptake and public trust, evaluated clinical and epidemiological evidence and knowledge gaps, and examined vaccine mandates. Not surprisingly, this assessment neglected to analyze the many studies that clearly show that the health and development of the completely unvaccinated/no vitamin k shot are far superior to the vaccinated/had vitamin k shot. Had those studies been included in the analysis, the best medical advice in the world would clearly be, “Do not vaccinate babies in the womb, newborns, infants, toddlers, children, or teens, and do not give newborns/infants a vitamin k injection. Marianne Demasi comments on the vaccine warnings hidden in Fauci’s diary: Less than a month after the first Covid-19 vaccines were authorised, Anthony Fauci’s inner circle was already warning that emerging variants could render them “useless.” At the end of 2020, the public was sold a story of scientific triumph. The FDA had authorised the first Covid vaccines, television networks broadcast healthcare workers rolling up their sleeves, and public health officials urged millions to get vaccinated with assurances that the shots offered the path back to normal life. But inside Dr Anthony Fauci’s private diary, a starkly different reality was already taking shape. Within weeks of the first vaccine authorisations, the scientists closest to Fauci were no longer discussing how the vaccines would end the pandemic, but whether emerging variants might quickly undermine them. The public never heard that conversation. On January 9, 2021, less than a month after the first Covid-19 vaccine received emergency authorisation in the U.S., Fauci documented a conversation with Columbia University virologist Dr David Ho. Fauci summarised the discussion. “It looks like the vaccine might be compromised.” So, while the public was celebrating the arrival of the vaccines, Fauci’s inner circle had already begun questioning how long they would remain effective. In the weeks that followed, rather than levelling with the public about these scientific uncertainties, official messaging did the exact opposite by becoming increasingly confident. Those assurances carried devastating real-world consequences. They built false expectations, drove individual medical choices, and later became the moral rationale for aggressive mandates that forced millions to choose between an injection and their livelihood.

Hymie Rubenstein, editor of REAL Indigenous Report, writes in response to a Native bands claim to Parliament Hill: A Western Quebec Algonquin band are seeking Aboriginal title over Ottawa sites, including the House of Commons, the Senate, the Supreme Court of Canada, the national archives, LeBreton Flats, various islands in the Ottawa River, and other property.” They are demanding $5 billion in damages. In 2018, the band had a total registered population of 3,286 members. If this claim proves successful, it will mean a whopping per-member windfall of roughly $1.52 million. The $5 billion seeks compensation “… for loss of lands, loss of opportunity, loss of culture, loss of profit and to restore the honour of the Crown.” Rubenstein comments: “Conveniently forgotten or ignored by this band and others like it across Canada is that unacknowledged indigenous rights could be posited by thousands of ethnic groups around the globe going back millennia. No mention is ever made in this claim, or others like it, of the many European contributions eagerly accepted by indigenous people as part of the colonization process: modern medicine; formal education, agriculture; science; Christianity; the abolition of inter-tribal warfare, slavery, and cannibalism; advanced Western technology; and capital accumulation. The courts would also have to consider whether unsubstantiated oral history – hearsay evidence in juridical terms – passed down from generation to generation by pre-literate peoples has any binding legal authority. Moreover, they would have to judge whether mobile hunter-gatherers who shared the same land areas with neighbouring peoples have valid claims to exclusive ownership of it in a modern legal sense. Nearly every country in the modern world — roughly over 130 to 140 of the UN’s 193 member states — has been colonized or controlled by a foreign power at some point in history. Looking even further back, thousands of distinct peoples have lost their land and ethnicity to conquest since the rise of tribal societies some 12,000 years ago. Ignoring recorded historical facts and age-old accepted practices is now routine when it comes to the land back claims made by indigenous people across Canada, which is why our country is teetering on the edge of a cataclysmic but self-imposed political abyss.”

9. Fauci’s phone messages: Senator Ron Johnson’s subcommittee secured a forensic image of Anthony Fauci’s government-issued iPhone (2014–2022), yielding some 34,000 texts and 522 voicemails. One January 25, 2021 message to CDC Director Rochelle Walensky and Surgeon General Vivek Murthy shows Fauci privately warning that the second COVID vaccine dose could theoretically cause first-trimester miscarriages via cytokine storm and fever—knowledge he and senior colleagues possessed while still urging the shots for pregnant women. The same records track with a study of 827 vaccinated pregnant women that recorded 104 spontaneous abortions. Of those 827, 700 received the shot in the third trimester (when miscarriage risk is near zero); the remaining 127 were vaccinated in the first or second trimester—and every one of the 104 miscarriages occurred in that smaller group. That is an 82 percent miscarriage rate among early-pregnancy recipients. Fauci and the others knew the theoretical risk, saw the emerging data, and nevertheless continued the public campaign pushing the injections on pregnant women. Here’s the Dr Steve Turley report:

10. Truth bomb from Dr. Mike Yeadon – “The injections were designed intentionally by someone with my sort of training and experience to injure, kill and reduce fertility in survivors. There was no pandemic, no new illness and no virus. It’s formally impossible to invent, test, develop, clinically evaluate, manufacture, gain any kind of regulatory authorisation and launch in less than several years. It doesn’t matter how much resource is thrown at this non-existent problem, a new, complex biological product cannot emerge in under a year. I now know that pandemics are all fake and have never occurred. There is simply no scenario in which one can objectively conclude that the false narrative, the fear provoking media barrage and the knowingly toxic injections, which could never, even theoretically, have been of any benefit to anyone. These conclusions I reached using my original training in mechanistic toxicology, my research based training in respiratory pharmacology and my 30+ years in big pharma and biotech.

Write your Member of Parliament. Ask them to come to High River. If they cannot attend in person, ask them to watch the hearings online. Ask them to review the testimony once it becomes part of the permanent record. And ask them to let you know whether they will. We are not asking elected representatives to agree with every witness or to reach conclusions before hearing the evidence. We are asking them to listen.

Florida’s Republican Attorney General, James Uthmeier, warned the Florida Conference of Catholic Bishops that Catholic schools may be disqualified from state-funded scholarships and vouchers due to their denial of vaccine religious exemptions. Uthmeier wrote a letter to the bishops on Friday advising them that under Florida law, schools must provide religious exemptions from vaccination requirements if a parent has a religious objection to the vaccine. The Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee claims that parents morally opposed to vaccines “erroneously” believe they are sinful. It is also the policy of the diocese to deny conscience exemptions because it maintains that the “risk to public health in our Catholic schools has been determined to be too grave to allow exemptions from immunizations on the basis of conscience.” Uthmeier requested that Florida’s bishops respond no later than August 7. 2. The Liberals spent years blocking a full public inquiry into Canada’s pandemic response—now Liberal MP Mark Gerretsen is drawing fire for mocking an inquiry that will hear testimony from Canadians who say they suffered life-altering COVID-19 vaccine injuries. The Liberal MP mocked the inquiry’s name and questioned its legitimacy in a video posted online. Although Gerretsen acknowledged that Canadians who suffered vaccine injuries deserve compassion and the opportunity to be heard, he argued the hearings are really about promoting Conservative grievances over vaccine mandates and the Freedom Convoy rather than uncovering facts. Alberta’s Deputy Premier and Public Safety Minister Mike Ellis says the province is committed to upholding freedom of speech after the Edmonton Police Service released a controversial video encouraging the public to report online hate. The video was posted on social media on Aug. 2 but was removed from the police force’s X account later that day after drawing criticism from free speech advocates and some MPs, who argued that some or all of the examples shown did not meet the legal threshold for criminal hate speech. However, the video remains available on the police force’s Facebook and Instagram accounts as of publication time. “We are committed to supporting and respecting everyone’s right to free speech. We have duty to uphold these rights and freedoms, regardless of an individual’s religious or political beliefs,” Ellis said in a social media statement on Aug. 4, without directly mentioning the Edmonton police video. In a sweeping nationwide criminal-accountability campaign, criminal referral requests have been sent to the attorneys general of all 50 states seeking investigations and prosecutions of Anthony Fauci and other top public-health officials for their roles in the “COVID Criminal Enterprise.” The 50-state campaign was launched by Vires Law Group through the Federal Accountability Freedom Operation. It represents the culmination of years of victim collection, witness testimony, legal analysis, and evidence gathering tied to COVID-era hospital policies and treatment protocols. The requests cite potential offenses including murder, terrorism, racketeering, manslaughter, human trafficking, elder abuse, false imprisonment, kidnapping, aggravated assault, battery, and reckless conduct. They call on state prosecutors to examine senior public-health officials, hospital administrators, healthcare providers, and institutions accused of participating in policies that caused preventable deaths and serious injuries. The individuals identified for investigation include Anthony Fauci, Cliff Lane, David Morens, Francis Collins, Deborah Birx, Rochelle Walensky, Stephen Hahn, Janet Woodcock, Rick Bright, Peter Hotez, Peter Daszak, Ralph Baric, and Christine Grady. Hospital administrators and healthcare providers are also named as potential subjects of investigation for implementing the policies and protocols at the center of the allegations. The central legal argument is that senior officials cannot escape scrutiny simply because many of the disputed policies were carried out by hospitals and medical personnel further down the chain. Florida AG James Uthmeier has issued FORMAL SUBPOENAS to Dr. Fauci, demanding wide-ranging documents related to “what he knew, when he knew it, and his doubts about the efficacy of the vaccines.” Uthmeier says there are MANY Florida laws Fauci may have vioIated by enriching himself at the people’s expense. “We are really focused in on his self-dealing. Evidence has come to light he was trying to PERSONALLY profit off of this.” “This is wrong and it could go towards a deceptive trade practice, fraud, public nuisance, you name it. There’s many aspects of Florida law that are implicated.”

3. A resolution the Senate is scheduled to vote on this week states that Dr. Anthony Fauci’s repeated invocation of the Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination during congressional testimony did not apply because the conduct he was questioned about occurred during a period covered by a preemptive pardon given to Fauci in 2025 by outgoing President Joe Biden. Even after Sen. Rand Paul, chairman of the panel before which Fauci appeared, told Fauci that the amendment did not apply both because of the pardon and because he read a statement, Fauci declined to answer questions. The resolution states that the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee resolves that Fauci violated federal law that prohibits people who are subpoenaed by Congress from “[refusing] to answer any question pertinent to the question under inquiry.” It recommends to federal prosecutors that they charge Fauci. “Dr. Fauci appeared under subpoena and invoked the Fifth Amendment to refuse answering questions. During the hearing, I ruled that the Fifth Amendment did not apply because of the pardon, and that Fauci had waived any remaining privilege by giving opening testimony. I ordered him to answer and warned him about contempt, yet he still refused,” Paul said in a statement. “That is obstruction of a congressional investigation. 4. University of Michigan Health-West agreed to pay $410,000 to a Christian physician’s assistant it fired for refusing to facilitate “transgender” procedures on the job. The hospital system fired Valerie Kloosterman in 2021 after she objected to participating in gender “transition” drugs and surgeries and to referring to gender-confused patients by biologically inaccurate pronouns. The following year, Kloosterman filed a lawsuit, represented by First Liberty Institute, alleging that University of Michigan Health “attempted to compel Ms. Kloosterman to pledge, against her sincerely held religious convictions and her medical conscience, that she would speak biology-obscuring pronouns and make referrals for ‘gender transition’ drugs and procedures”; and that she was berated by staff for her faith, called “evil” and a “liar,” and even blamed for transgender suicides. The Trump administration opened an investigation into the hospital’s treatment of Kloosterman last year. On July 29, First Liberty announced it has reached a settlement with the hospital, which has agreed to pay Kloosterman and her attorneys $410,000 in damages and fees, plus adopted a new policy under which “employees will not be required to perform or assist with gender transition treatments, including procedures, medications, and referrals, if doing so would violate the employee’s sincerely-held religious belief,” nor would they be “required to use pronouns in a way that violates their sincerely-held religious belief or conscience.“ This new policy ensures that providers of faith and employees at UMHW will receive religious accommodations so that they can provide excellent care consistent with their medical judgment, because all patients are created in the image of God.” Link↗

Csaba Vizi is a Canadian trucker from Windsor, has launched a lawsuit against the RCMP, the OPP, the Ottawa Police Service, and more as a result of being viciously arrested and beaten at the Freedom Convoy in 2022. He says he was charged with 4 criminal charges and spent 4 years being prosecuted, where he spent over $73,000 in legal fees. The prosecutor had wanted jail time for him. After this grueling trial he was declared not-guilty on all counts! The judge ruled his Charter Rights were violated, specifically that his arrest and the search incident to arrest were unlawful! The government has also not appealed this not-guilty verdict. As a result of the violent arrest Csaba badly broke his wrist, was urinating blood for 3 weeks, and also damaged his C-3 vertebrae in his neck. He suffers pain in his neck and diminished use of his hand to this day. He says he only has about 50% of the strength he used to have in his hand and can’t lift heavy items. Link↗

6. On Wednesday, a Senior U.S. District Judge William B. Shubb granted a renewed motion for a preliminary injunction in favor of Dr. Pierre Kory, Dr. Le Trinh Hoang and Dr. Brian Tyson. This means California medical regulators are, at least temporarily, barred from investigating or disciplining these three physicians, based on the viewpoints they share with their patients about COVID-19. The injunction remains in effect pending the outcome of a lawsuit the doctors filed in January 2024 against California’s attorney general and two state medical boards.    The attorney representing the doctors, Rick Jaffe wrote “While the order technically only applies to our three doctor plaintiffs, it puts the boards on notice that a federal judge has found their Covid misinformation policy unconstitutional under the First Amendment.”

   
   CHD CEO Mary Holland commented: “Fantastic news that doctors can still be doctors and not just mouthpieces for the state. It verges on the absurd that Dr. Kory had to go to the U.S. Supreme Court and back to the California district court to establish that he — not the state — can be a doctor to his patients.    Background: Here are some of the reasons to questions the “official story:” ten of the most frequently cited factual critiques of the mainstream media and U.S. government (NIST / 9/11 Commission) account of the events of September 11, 2001. These are drawn from peer-reviewed papers, government data, FOIA releases, and analyses by engineers, physicists, and chemists. They do not assert a specific alternative explanation; they highlight documented discrepancies or unresolved issues in the official narrative.

• WTC 7 free-fall acceleration NIST acknowledged that World Trade Center Building 7 (which was not hit by a plane) experienced approximately 2.25 seconds of free-fall acceleration (16 stories falling at gravitational acceleration with no measurable resistance). No other steel-framed high-rise has ever collapsed solely from fire in this manner. Critics note that free-fall requires near-simultaneous removal of structural support across the building’s footprint.

• Symmetric, near-free-fall collapse of the Twin Towers Both WTC 1 and WTC 2 collapsed largely symmetrically through the path of greatest resistance (the intact lower structure) at rates close to free fall. Official progressive-collapse models predict significant deceleration as the falling mass encounters undamaged floors and columns; video analysis and seismic data show little to no such deceleration.

• Unprecedented nature of the collapses No other modern steel-framed high-rise building in history has collapsed solely due to fire. Multiple high-rises have burned far longer and more intensely (e.g., One Meridian Plaza, Windsor Building, etc.) without total structural failure. The official account treats the three WTC collapses on 9/11 as unique.

• Molten metal and iron-rich microspheres in the dust USGS, RJ Lee Group, and other analyses of WTC dust found widespread iron-rich microspheres and evidence of temperatures far exceeding those of office fires or jet-fuel fires (which typically peak well below the melting point of structural steel). Peer-reviewed work (e.g., Harrit et al., 2009) identified red/gray chips in the dust that exhibited thermitic reactions when heated.

• NIST’s refusal to test for explosives or energetic materials NIST explicitly stated it did not test for residues of explosives or thermite-related compounds, citing that it found no visual evidence of such materials. Critics argue this was a critical methodological omission given the unusual debris chemistry and eyewitness reports of explosions.

• Eyewitness reports of explosions and “squibs” Numerous first responders, firefighters, and building occupants reported a series of explosions and horizontal ejections of debris (“squibs”) occurring well below the impact/fire zones as the towers came down. Official explanations attribute these to air pressure from collapsing floors, but many witnesses described sequential detonations.

• Destruction of steel evidence Critical structural steel from the WTC site was rapidly removed and recycled overseas before a full forensic examination could be completed. This violated normal protocols for major structural failures and limited independent verification of the official failure hypotheses.

• Pentagon damage inconsistencies The official account states a Boeing 757 struck the Pentagon. Critics note the relatively small entry hole in the façade, limited large-scale debris matching a commercial airliner visible in early photographs, and the fact that the plane’s path allegedly passed through several reinforced rings with comparatively modest external damage relative to the aircraft’s size and speed.

• Flight 93 crash-site anomalies The official narrative attributes the crash of United 93 to a passenger revolt. Debris was scattered over a wide area, the main crater was relatively small, and some heavier components were found far from the primary impact site—features that have prompted questions about the precise sequence of events and the completeness of recovered aircraft remains.

• Intelligence and air-defense failures Multiple warnings about al-Qaeda plots (including specific references to using aircraft as weapons) were received in the months and years prior. On the day itself, standard NORAD intercept protocols failed to scramble fighters in time for any of the four flights despite known radar tracks and lost communications. The 9/11 Commission noted systemic failures but left several operational details incompletely explained.

4. Jayden Beale is a legal professional who is personally and privately running a landmark human rights case against the Australia Queensland government’s COVID-19 vaccine mandates imposed on the general public in 2021 and 2022. Over the last 3 years, significant developments have occurred in the proceedings where they have forced the government to admit that the chief health officer did NOT give the mandates for the purpose of stopping COVID-19 transmission, which will be a national scandal if exposed at trial. A government legal officer by day, lead plaintiff suing the entire Queensland Government by night. Jayden just built the biggest anti-mandate human rights case on Earth — and the state can’t kill it. Beale started on his own with no support, no money, no understanding of the area of law to have filed the largest human rights case in the world. The government applied to have his case dismissed six different times on six different occasions in six different ways. This has arguably never happened before. It just goes to show the government is willing to break all norms to not defend this decision, which is to mandate and subject the entire general populace down to the age of 16 with scientific and more particularly medical experimentation.

On July 29, the CAF officially released its “Spiritual reflections in military settings” policy that provides direction to both military chaplains and CAF members on what is expected during military ceremonies. A Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) member blasted a new “spiritual reflections” military policy direction that essentially bans using any religious-specific language or even references to God in most military ceremonies. “We used to have a robust and inclusive prayer policy where we could pray in an inclusive way that aligned with our faith traditions,” said a CAF member under condition of anonymity. The CAF member noted that the previous prayer policy is “very important in our tradition around commemorating the dead. Now we are not allowed to pray in public. The new policy means chaplains can only do a secular reflection in public.” However, “Indigenous Cultural Practices” are afforded a wider berth than traditional faiths such as Christianity. They say that it is permitted because of ‘reconciliation.’” “An authentic religious neutrality would allow for a diverse expression of religious faith, which existed in our former policy. A U.S. federal appeals court determined that Kaiser Permanente unlawfully terminated employee Mimi Weiss for declining the COVID-19 “vaccine” on religious grounds, reinforcing the right of workers not to be coerced into medical interventions to remain employed.

In Washington, Anthony Fauci invoked the Fifth Amendment more than 100 times during a contentious congressional hearing, prompting Florida’s attorney general to open an investigation and senators to move toward a contempt vote.

1. Anthony Fauci was asked at least 111 questions today during a contentious congressional hearing on the origins of COVID-19 and his role in leading the government’s response to the pandemic. And at least 111 times, Fauci said the same thing: “On the advice of counsel, I respectfully decline to answer based upon my rights under the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution.” Fauci repeatedly invoked what he claimed was his Fifth Amendment right to not answer the committee’s questions — even though former President Joe Biden granted Fauci a preemptive pardon last year, shielding him from federal prosecution for his official actions dating back to 2014. Immediately following today’s hearing, Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier announced that his office is launching an investigation into Fauci. “Fauci’s lack of candor to Congress is unbelievable,” Uthmeier wrote on X. “My office is launching an investigation into Dr. Fauci. It’s past time we get the truth of what happened during COVID.” Legal experts said Biden’s preemptive pardon doesn’t protect Fauci from state-level charges. Sen. Rand Paul, chairman of the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, said the committee will schedule a vote next week on a resolution to hold Fauci in contempt. Paul criticized Fauci for his refusal to answer questions. He said: “A pardon may protect a person from criminal prosecution. It doesn’t rewrite history. It does not erase documents. It does not convert a misleading statement into a truthful one. And it does not prevent Congress from establishing what happened.” Sen. Ron Johnson asked Fauci to agree to volunteer for a transcribed Senate interview — to which Fauci again invoked the Fifth Amendment. “Expect a subpoena.” Johnson said. Link↗

   

2. Public health experts also questioned Fauci’s behavior during the hearing. Dr. Monique Yohanan, director of the Center for Better Health at Independent Women, asked what Fauci’s stance “means for public confidence.” She said: “Medicine depends on transparency and a willingness to take accountability for difficult decisions. Dr. Fauci shaped policies that affected hundreds of millions of Americans. Answering legitimate questions is the first step toward rebuilding the trust that was broken during the pandemic. The American people deserve not just the truth — they deserve an apology.”

5. Councillors in a rural municipality bordering Calgary have voted to pause new data centre proposals while the local government works to pin down the rules that would apply to such developments. “This landscape has changed dramatically over the last year,” Coun. Alison Whiting told a council meeting last week. Whiting put forward a motion directing the county’s administration to place a “temporary moratorium” on new applications. The hiatus is to be in effect until the county completes its Emerging Sector Strategy, which is meant to guide the development of its tech and tourism industries, and it approves a new regulatory framework. Councillors told the meeting that work is expected to wrap up in the fall. Link↗

6. Elections B.C. announced Monday that a petition to recall Vancouver-Quilchena MLA Dallas Brodie failed to collect enough signatures, gathering only about a quarter of what was needed. The Recall and Initiative Act requires a minimum of 40 per cent of voters in an MLA’s district to sign the petition calling for a recall. In this case, that number would have been 15,232, and organizers of the recall campaign only mustered 3,663 signatures. Comments on the failed attempt said: “Brodie speaks to a truth that few seem willing to face. It’s truly sad that an elected official can’t even speak out publicly what so many people are thinking but too afraid to do so themselves.” And: “Dallas Brodie is a voice speaking the truth, so the progressive left and natives wants to silence her so Eby can give the rest of the province away. Most people do not know or have never listened to what she has to say, maybe this will inspire some to listen to her truth rather than keep their heads in the sand!!” And: “We need more Dallas Brodie’s.” Link↗

7. Elections Alberta announced that it has validated approximately 223,000 signatures from a petition by Mitch Sylvestre and Stay Free Alberta for the province’s independence. The number of signatures needed by law for a citizen-led referendum to be on the ballot is 177,732.“As a result of a judicial decision on June 29, 2026, Elections Alberta has conducted the verification and determination process for the ‘A Referendum Relating to Alberta Independence’ citizen initiative petition,” Elections Alberta said. “As required under section 10 of the Citizen Initiative Act in force on May 1, 2026, Alberta’s Chief Electoral Officer Gordon McClure has determined the requirements of section 6 have been met, and the petition is successful.” Separate but similar to this matter, an October 19 vote on the question of whether or not a petition for Alberta separation should proceed in the future will be allowed by the current provincial government under Premier Danielle Smith. Smith recently announced that despite her “personal support for remaining in Canada,” she will let Albertans decide if there should be a vote on Alberta leaving Canada. Link↗

1. A US federal appeals court has ruled Kaiser Permanente wrongly fired an employee who declined to receive a COVID-19 vaccine because she gave proper notice to the company of her religious objection to COVID-19 vaccination. Mimi Weiss, who worked for The Permanente Medical Group for 20 years before being fired. Weiss was working fully remotely, or off-site, in August 2021 as a senior managerial consultant when Kaiser Permanente imposed a COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Weiss filed for a religious exemption, and Kaiser Permanente initially approved the request. Officials then asked Weiss new questions, including, “What else besides the COVID-19 vaccine do you refuse to put in your body as a result of your religious belief?” Weiss said she would not provide private information. Kaiser Permanente placed her on unpaid leave. Then it fired her for not complying with the mandate, prompting a lawsuit by Weiss. “I wasn’t asking Kaiser for special treatment, just the freedom to live according to my conscience. After 20 years of service, I didn’t think that was too much to ask. I’m grateful the court recognized that religious employees should not have to give up their beliefs or their privacy to keep their jobs.” Link↗

   Background for this item: The questions (including “What else besides the COVID-19 vaccine do you refuse to put in your body as a result of your religious belief?”) were issued by The Permanente Medical Group (TPMG, a Kaiser Permanente entity) as part of a standardized supplemental questionnaire. They were delivered via the company’s HRconnect system in an October 21, 2021 email notifying Weiss that additional information was needed after an initial provisional approval of her religious exemption. TPMG outsourced the review and processing of religious exemption requests (including follow-up questions) to a third-party vendor, Shaw HR Consulting. Employees were told no one at TPMG/Kaiser could discuss the requests because they were handled externally.
   

   So who will bear the responsibility for the invasive questioning? The TPMG CEO is Dr. Maria Ansari, the Kaiser Permanente CEO is Greg A. Adams and the Shaw HR Consulting CEO is Rachel Shaw.

2. Background for this item: Dmitry Gorodnichy, Ph.D., Ph.D. is a Senior Data Scientist at the Canada Border Services Agency with more than 30 years of experience in artificial intelligence, computer vision, biometrics, data science, and border security technologies. He is the author of more than 100 scientific publications, holds multiple patents, and previously led advanced computer vision research at the National Research Council of Canada.    Dmitry Gorodnichy’s grievance over a 10-Day Suspension for his COVID-19 mandate-related transparency and accountability efforts has finally been allowed! Gorodnichy, a Federal government employee, was suspended for 10 days without pay for publicly analyzing official Government of Canada COVID-19 vaccine-related data. He requested that his suspension be rescinded, that all related documents be removed from his file and destroyed, that he be reimbursed for lost salary, benefits and pension. The grievance was allowed after a third and final presentation and full compensation for all lost salary and benefits. At his final Level 3 presentation, Gorodnichy asked that they begin the meeting with a minute of silence in memory of Canadian children who tragically suddenly died following COVID-19 vaccination. During that minute, while sitting together in silence with the Labour Relations representative Gorodnichy slowly scrolled through photographs of more than a hundred Canadian children displayed on the shared screen from Answers for Sean website - www.answers4sean.ca/memorial. Gorodnichy states: “It is worth highlighting that I defended myself in this grievance without any help from the Union. In fact, I am practically convinced that, had they been involved, I would have lost this grievance, as their attitude regarding challenges to the COVID-19 vaccination mandates closely mirrors that of my employer.”

3. Indiana Fever guard Sophie Cunningham is being praised for her stand against males in female sports.Cunningham caused controversy recently — and garnered praise — by stating that she wants to “protect young girls in a locker room, or young girls in sport who shouldn’t have to go against biological men.” Asked about the comments by reporters, Cunningham was firm. “I said what I said,” she stated. “I think it’s kind of common sense. And I think I’ll always believe in that. I think it’s really important to protect children, and that’s little girls who are also involved in that category. I stand on what I said.” Cunningham’s comments have become a literal rallying point because she is one of the few in the WNBA to stake a public position; a second rally hosted by grateful fans is scheduled for the Fever’s game against the Portland Fire on Friday night in Portland. Telling It Like It Is / Truth Bombs

1. President Donald Trump issued an executive order on July 24 directing signs to be placed outside one of the Smithsonian Institution’s history museums warning visitors that some exhibits contain inaccurate information. The order references a July report by the White House Domestic Policy Council, which alleges that the National Museum of American History “cannot be trusted to tell America’s story honestly and in a way that is inspiring, unifying, and worthy of our great republic.” Trump said in his order that the report shows that “the Smithsonian leadership does not present American history as a shared national inheritance to be taught and celebrated, but instead views American history as a ‘prime tool’ to advance ideas of social justice and the radical transformation of our society.” The order instructs the Interior Department to place temporary signage “that corrects inaccurate information presented in the Museum” along the sidewalks and walkways that are maintained by the National Park Service and used by the public to access the museum, informing visitors of the report’s findings. With reference to Dr. Fauci’s unwillingness to testify before the Senate hearing this week – “What makes this moment so rare in American history is that all this pain has crystallized into the smirking specter of one very vain, very malicious, very megalomaniacal, very narcissistic, very tangible sort of “Doctor Evil” in the form of one Anthony Fauci. He has become a LIVING SYMBOL of all that is wrong with the unelected federal bureaucracy and the blind, unquestioning allegiance to faulty “science” that have plagued our lives these many decades. In other societies or in another age, Fauci would be reaching a public demise like that of Mussolini or Ceausescu. We are too “civilized” for that of course, yet the public anger remains on par with the anger that ended the reign of those megalomaniacal tyrants. That anger is extreme. I’m not sure I’ve ever before seen public anger directed at one American in such a palpable way. Which brings me back to my original idea that what we saw in the Senate today was a tipping point. I don’t expect to see the Left and the media say “We were wrong.” However, I do expect them to stop defending Fauci. I do expect them to stand aside and let the public anger consume him. Why? Because like Ceaușescu’s guards stepping away at the last minute, they do not want to share in his fate.”

   History: On December 25, 1989, Romanian leader Nicolae Ceaușescu and his wife Elena were tried by a military tribunal during the Romanian Revolution. Convicted of crimes including genocide and abuse of power, they were sentenced to death and executed by firing squad immediately after the verdict.

   On April 28, 1945, Italian dictator Benito Mussolini was captured by Italian partisans while attempting to flee. He and his companion Clara Petacci were executed by firing squad. Their bodies were subsequently taken to Milan and publicly displayed in Piazzale Loreto, where crowds gathered around them.

   

3. Over the weekend, Senator Rand Paul released more than a thousand of Anthony Fauci’s diary entries and you’d think a man at the center of the deadliest health crisis in a century would focus on the lives lost, the families destroyed, the decisions that kept him up at night. That’s not what’s in there. On a day in the spring of 2020, with global deaths mounting and Americans terrified, here’s what Fauci found worth writing down: “Big front-page article about me appeared in the Washington Post. Very flattering.” “It is not hyperbole to say that today I am the most famous and talked-about person in the country, and one of the most recognizable persons in the world.” Pure vanity. Secretary Kennedy put it best this week: the starkest impression you get reading these diaries is the massive dichotomy between what Fauci was saying privately, behind closed doors or in his journal, and what he was saying publicly about where Covid really came from, about how deadly it actually was, about how well those vaccines really worked. This is the same man preemptively pardoned hours before Biden left the White House. You don’t hand out a blanket pardon to a man who has nothing to hide.

5. On Thursday, after watching Anthony Fauci’s testimony in front of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs, basketball analyst Stephen A. Smith broke from his vacation to record an apology video to basketball star, Kyrie Irving.

   
   Like nearly everyone in the media, Smith had criticized Irving in 2021 for electing not to take the Covid-19 jab despite the NBA mandate that all players must. That caused Irving to miss many games while he was on the roster for the Brooklyn Nets. After welcoming viewers, Smith began his nearly 20-minute apology video on his Stephen A. Smith Show with: “I felt compelled to come on the air because ladies and gentlemen, I have to do something that I’ve done in the past, but haven’t had to do so much in my career…and that is to issue an apology.” Later, Smith said, “This is not about him, the basketball player. This is about him, the man. The reality is … Kyrie Irving, no matter what we think, may have been more right than we have given him credit for, and unquestionably was more vilified than he deserved. And ladies and gentlemen, it starts with me. Telling y’all before on many, many occasions: I’m a man. If I’m wrong, I’ll say I’m wrong. But when it comes to Kyrie Irving... I can’t apologize strongly enough.”

   
   He continued, “But the real point is we can’t condemn those who were a bit suspicious and raise the proverbial eyebrow about what was going on. That includes not raising that proverbial eyebrow at somebody like Kyrie Irving. Kyrie Irving is a phenomenal, phenomenal basketball player. He’s also a good brother who’s conscientious – and never intended to hurt anybody – just exercised his God-given rights as a man and as an American citizen to do something differently than the public was pressuring him to do. I wasn’t alone; there were many, many people who took that [critical] position. They were wrong. And I was wrong. He deserved better. Especially from me.”
