On April 20, 2026, Pete Hegseth, the Secretary of War issued a memorandum declaring the annual influenza vaccine is now voluntary for all active and reserve service members and Department of War civilian personnel, effective immediately. This marks the end of a blanket mandate that had been in force for 72 years. “We’re seizing this moment to discard any absurd, overreaching mandates that only weaken our war-fighting capabilities,” Hegseth said. “In this case, this includes the universal flu vaccine and the mandate behind it.” Hegseth said service members were still “free to take” the flu vaccine if they so wished but would no longer be forced to do so. “The notion that a flu vaccine must be mandatory for every service member, everywhere, in every circumstance, at all times, is just overly broad and not rational,” Hegseth said. 2. Inspired by the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) movement, Steak ‘n Shake has named Michael Boes to serve as the restaurant chain’s first Chief MAHA Officer. Steak ‘n Shake, which has nearly 400 locations across the U.S., has made multiple changes over the last year to meet HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s mission to make food healthier. The franchise started by announcing last October that it would cook its fries in 100 percent beef tallow. “Last year when they made the announcement about tallow fries, their same-store sales increased 10 percent year over year, which is unheard of in the food industry. Americans are showing they want this, and Steak n Shake is responding,” he added. Over the last 50 years, many large food corporations have steadily replaced traditional ingredients with cheaper industrial substitutes — including highly processed oils, artificial additives, and preservatives. These changes often reflected pressure to maximize short-term profit margins. “What Steak ‘n Shake is doing is a welcome change in the industry. 3. In an email from Maxime Bernier, leader of the People’s Party of Canada – “The radical gender ideology that has taken over our institutions is not based on science. It never was. Even the doctors who once championed it are now speaking out against it. Dr. Karine Khatchadourian was one of the first physicians in Canada to provide puberty blockers to youth with gender dysphoria. For years, she was a leading voice in pediatric gender medicine. But after treating 250 to 300 children and teenagers, she has come to a different conclusion: the majority of these kids should not be medicalized.” Dr. Khatchadourian admitted the evidence supporting puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones is based on “unconvincing and limited data.” She warns we are offering too few mental health assessments to these youth.

4. In an article in the Epoch Times this week: “The claim that it’s possible to transition from male to female (and vice versa) is an extraordinary statement. So, it’s reasonable to demand extraordinary evidence, before supporting the practice of “gender-affirming care.” And what do we find? An extraordinary lack of evidence in its favour. Multiple comprehensive analyses including the United Kingdom’s “Cass Review” and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ “Treatment for Pediatric Gender Dysphoria: Review of Evidence and Best Practices” have exposed the thin evidence underpinning this therapeutic model, and have strongly suggested that rather than providing benefit, these practices cause real and lasting harm. And now we have another large high-quality study recently published by Finnish researchers in the peer-reviewed journal Acta Paediatrica, which casts grave doubt on the efficacy of “gender-affirming care.” The Finns reviewed the psychiatric well-being of almost 2,100 adolescents and young adults who sought therapy for gender dysphoria between 1996 and 2019 and compared them to age-and-gender-matched controls. The findings are startling. Not only did the gender dysphoria cohort have significantly more mental health problems, but their mental health worsened after receiving “care” at gender identity clinics. For “male to female” patients, mental health problems (such as depression and anxiety) rose from 10 percent before gender reassignment to 61 percent afterwards; for “female to male” patients, the increase was from 22 percent to 55 percent. One of the authors of the Finnish study is Dr. Riittakerttu Kaltiala, a psychiatrist who founded one of Finland’s two pediatric gender clinics in 2011. As she documented her observations over the years, Dr. Kaltiala grew increasingly concerned about the harms inflicted by the “gender affirmation” model. 5. In February, Health Freedom Defence Fund and Brownstone Institute initiated a poll to identify the public’s position on medical and health freedom. Polled were 1,000 registered voters with a party breakdown of 37% Republican, 36% Democrat, 27% Independent. Strongest areas of agreement: Right to refuse medical treatment generally: 87.9% agree; Right to make one’s own medical choices as a basic human right protected by law: 87.2% agree; Doctors should discuss vaccine concerns openly without fear of medical board backlash: 88.1% agree; Health insurance should cover chosen treatments, including holistic/alternative options: 76.1% agree; Right to refuse vaccines for adults: 80.4% agree; Personal medical/vaccine decisions should never lead to employment denial: 70.6% agree; Parents’ right to refuse vaccines for children/dependents: 65.7% agree. 6. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is considering a proposal to formally recognize injuries associated with COVID-19 vaccinations as a diagnosable condition that can be recorded in medical records. The International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10), a standardized system used to classify diagnoses, symptoms, and procedures, could be updated under the proposal. Introduced by the non-profit organization React19, which represents individuals who report reactions, injuries and deaths after receiving COVID-19 shots. The measure would add a specific diagnostic code to the existing framework. Mary Stanfill, a CDC health information specialist, said the code would allow for providers to “identify, track, and study patients who experience adverse effects specifically related to COVID vaccines.” The codes are also used for insurance payouts, as well as research and statistical analysis. An active surveillance programme established by the the UK’s Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has found that, within two years of the covid-19 “vaccine” rollout, 52% of covid injected individuals reported adverse events, and 14% reported an event considered medically serious. “medically serious events” included disability, hospitalization and death. 2. Thanks Thomas: A Nova Scotia Supreme Court judge has ruled that the province’s 2025 ban on entering forested areas during a wildfire emergency was unconstitutional, siding with a Canadian Armed Forces veteran who was fined nearly $29,000 for deliberately violating the order.
   The case centred on Jeffrey Evely, a retired soldier from Sydney, Nova Scotia, who was issued a $28,872.50 fine after entering the woods during the province’s emergency restrictions last summer. The ban, imposed under the provincial Forests Act, prohibited public access to vast forested areas as officials sought to reduce wildfire risk during a period of extreme dryness. Evely challenged the restriction, arguing it violated his Charter rights, including his right to liberty and security of the person under Section 7 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. His legal team, supported by the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms and the Canadian Constitution Foundation, argued the measure was overly broad and disproportionately restricted lawful outdoor activity.
   Court filings indicated the ban applied across most of the province and included activities such as hiking, fishing, and walking in wooded areas, even in cases where no fire risk was present. Critics of the policy also argued that it allowed certain industrial activities to continue while restricting public access. Alliance Defending Freedom attorneys representing a school counsellor fired after speaking to a journalist about a school district’s gender identity policy have settled a federal lawsuit she brought against the district. As part of the settlement, the school district will pay $195,000 for damages, attorneys’ fees, and costs. In August 2021, the South Madison Community School Corporation issued a directive that required counsellors and other employees to use, upon a student’s request, names and pronouns for the student that do not correspond with his or her sex—without notifying parents or seeking parental consent. School counsellor Kathy McCord, a 37-year veteran educator, objected to the directive. When a reporter asked McCord about South Madison’s directive, she confirmed the accuracy of information about it that he had already gathered from other sources. This time, Colorado passed a law requiring businesses to use inaccurate names, pronouns, and honorifics for individuals who identify as transgender. Taken together, these three victories set a precedent that reaches far beyond Colorado. Whether in a design studio, a cake shop, or a counseling office, the message is the same: The First Amendment isn’t conditional, and it doesn’t disappear when the government disagrees. Colorado is more than welcome to start acknowledging this message at any time. 1. In her new book, “3/11 Viral Takeover: investigative journalist Sonia Elijah explores how COVID-19 information was shaped from the outset. The book draws on five years of reporting, including reviews of documents, emails, scientific papers and whistleblower accounts. Beyond scientific and regulatory decisions, the book examines how information was circulated and controlled. Throughout the book, Elijah argued that fear shaped public response. She called it “the key tool” that discouraged scrutiny and encouraged compliance with policies from lockdowns to vaccine mandates to digital health passes. “You arrest people’s critical thinking skills. You make them so afraid, they are willing to do anything,” she said. Her goal “is to wake people up … to not be afraid.” The book includes 941 references, which Elijah said reflect its core premise. “The antidote to all of this is knowledge and truth. 1. A study published in February 2026 in the Journal of Law, Medicine & Ethics found that virtually every major pharmaceutical company operating globally has been implicated in at least one foreign bribery scheme. The study found that bribery schemes were not isolated acts by low-level employees acting on their own. Rather, senior executives and regional directors within the drug companies approved and, in some cases, directed the payments. Subsidiaries, shell companies, and third-party vendors were used to route payments and give them the appearance of legitimacy. The authors suggest that the wide-spread pattern of bribery across the pharmaceutical industry is indicative of institutional corruption. More info↗

2. According to an email from Derek Sloan: “After 6 years of twists and turns, Adam Skelly’s case finally got its day in court in February. His lawyer presented all the elaborate evidence with 6 high-level experts, while the government had 1 expert. In a shocking outcome, the application was denied, without Adam’s evidence being so much as mentioned. Adam’s team released a statement which stated in part: “[we] are disappointed, disheartened and frankly, disturbed at the outcome of the [hearing]...the application judge said near the end of the hearing she would judge this matter on its merits. Unfortunately, she did not.” Adam’s team says the judge “disappeared 500 pages of unrefuted, expert evidence.” Adam’s team says the preponderance of evidence has been in their favour since it was initially sworn in 2021. However, even though the judge mentioned the province’s lone expert (Dr. Hodge) 16 separate times, and Dr. Devilla (former Toronto officer of health) or the Ministry of Health over 100 times, she mentioned Adam’s 6 experts a total of zero times. This failure to grapple with their evidence is a fatal flaw of this ruling. Adam’s team has already filed their appeal to the Ontario Court of Appeal.”

1. We are not lacking in vision. People talk constantly about building a better world, living on land, growing food, raising families differently, and creating stronger, more connected communities. But when you look more closely, far fewer people are actually engaged in the daily work required to make those ideas real. There are those who generate ideas, and there are those who build. Some people can do both, but increasingly we are living in a culture that rewards vision while overlooking execution. The result is a widening gap between what we imagine and what we are capable of sustaining. Concepts like decentralization and sovereignty are often discussed as ideals, but they rest on very real foundations. They require land, systems, skills, resources, and people who are willing to commit to the process over time. A functioning farm, a resilient community, or a local food system does not appear overnight. It is built through effort, repetition, and responsibility. At Confluence, I see both the desire and the opportunity. People arrive and recognize something they have been missing. They say this is the life they want, the kind of community they have been imagining. My response is always the same: Stop dreaming and start doing. The future so many of us talk about will not come from ideas alone. It will come from people who are willing to take responsibility for building, to learn the necessary skills, and to remain committed even when the work is demanding or repetitive. Real change happens through steady effort, through physical action, and through a willingness to engage with the world as it is while shaping what it can become. Overview of the Case

The lawsuit was initiated by plaintiffs alleging harm following COVID “vaccines.” Represented by lawyer Peter Stassen, they are seeking to establish liability against a network of public and private actors involved in pandemic policy, regulation, and distribution. The scope of the case is significant, both in terms of the claims being made and the individuals named (including Bill Gates and Albert Bourla). It reflects a broader attempt to pursue accountability across institutional and corporate lines.

Central to the case are claims from individuals reporting significant health issues following COVID “vaccines,” including conditions they argue have not been adequately acknowledged or investigated. During the hearing, Stassen noted that some plaintiffs were unable to attend due to the severity of their condition.

The plaintiffs’ legal approach depends heavily on the ability to introduce expert testimony to examine these outcomes in a formal setting. Without this, questions surrounding causation, mechanisms of injury, and regulatory oversight will remain largely under-respresented.

Procedural Disputes Over Expert Testimony

The March 2026 hearing focused on procedural issues, particularly whether the plaintiffs’ appeal can proceed and whether expert witnesses may be admitted. Stassen argued that the lower court wrongly denied the opportunity to present expert testimony, framing this as a violation of fundamental principles of fairness. He maintained that access to independent experts is necessary to establish claims related to vaccine safety, regulatory conduct, and PCR testing and move the case forward in a legitimate way—especially given the technical nature of the claims.

If granted, the plaintiffs could question specific experts in court, allowing their findings to be tested under oath and formally entered into the record. Stassen referenced individuals critical of PCR testing, including myself, Dr. Mark Trozzi (mentioned at around 20:30), as examples of perspectives he believes should be examined. Without the admission of expert testimony, the case risks becoming confined to procedural arguments rather than a full examination of the underlying claims.

Stassen also pointed to expert materials already submitted to the court, including testimony from Dr. Joseph Sansone, which draws in part on the work of bioweapons law expert Francis Boyle. These submissions were presented as part of the evidentiary foundation the plaintiffs are seeking to have formally examined under oath.

The defense countered that the appeal is inadmissible under Dutch law, emphasizing that the type of ruling being challenged is generally not open to appeal unless there is a clear violation of fundamental legal principles. Therefore, the plaintiffs must demonstrate that the original proceedings were flawed such that they cannot be considered fair or impartial.

This disagreement highlights a broader tension. Strict procedural rules can limit what evidence is allowed early on, narrowing what can be examined before the case is fully developed. The resistance to expert testimony in scientific contexts has been a consistent trend over the past few years.

Absence of Key Defendants

Another point of contention during the hearing was the absence of key defendants. Stassen criticized the failure of individuals such as Bill Gates and Albert Bourla to appear in person, arguing that their absence undermines the seriousness of the proceedings and reflects a lack of accountability in a case of significant public importance. He urged the court to take a firmer stance in requiring their presence, particularly given the scale of the allegations being brought forward.

The court acknowledged these concerns but reiterated that parties are generally permitted to appear through legal representation, and that non-attendance does not automatically invalidate proceedings. It was noted that Bourla had some level of remote representation during the hearing, though he did not directly participate. Despite this, it was indicated that both Gates and Bourla have been ordered to appear in person at future stages, although it remains to be seen whether they will.

Arguments from the Defense

The defense maintained a strictly procedural focus throughout the hearing, consistently emphasizing that the court is not being asked to evaluate the truth of claims regarding COVID “vaccines,” but rather to determine whether the appeal itself is legally permissible. They argued that the plaintiffs are attempting to reopen issues that have already been decided and are using broader claims to circumvent procedural boundaries.

From their perspective, the legal threshold required to override the prohibition on appeal has not been met, and the plaintiffs’ arguments—while extensive—do not demonstrate a failure of fairness or impartiality in the original proceedings. As such, they maintained that the appeal should either be declared inadmissible or dismissed without further examination of the underlying claims. This approach will have the effect of keeping the discussion confined to legal nit-picking rather than substance and truth, limiting the opportunity for the underlying claims to be directly examined.

Court’s Position and Next Steps

At the conclusion of the hearing, the court confirmed that no immediate ruling would be issued and that a decision would be delivered on April 9, determining whether expert evidence can be examined at this stage, and how the case proceeds moving forward. The oral proceedings were formally closed, although the court noted they could be reopened if necessary based on internal deliberations or emerging considerations. This leaves open the possibility of further examination, but only if deemed warranted by the court.

Current Status

The case remains active and unresolved, with the March 2026 hearing serving primarily to clarify the procedural framework within which it will continue. The upcoming decision is expected to play a decisive role in determining whether the plaintiffs can move forward, particularly in relation to the admission of expert testimony and the broader admissibility of their appeal.

If the appeal is allowed, the case could progress toward a more substantive phase involving evidentiary review and witness examination, creating an opportunity for the claims to be tested more fully in court. If not, the plaintiffs may face significant limitations in pursuing their claims through this legal avenue, leaving key questions surrounding accountability unexamined.

Given the prominence of the individuals involved and the broader implications of the case, the results could have a profound effect. The only way for the court to prove itself legitimate and genuine in its pursuit of justice is to allow a thorough examination of the evidence rather than limiting the case on procedural grounds.

We have been through global trauma

What the world experienced was not just a public health event. It was a period of mass psychological, social, and medical trauma affecting billions of people.

Many naturally want to avoid revisiting it. That is human. But healing does not come from avoidance. It comes from understanding.

Avoiding the past ensures its repetition

If we do not carefully examine what happened, we leave ourselves and future generations vulnerable.

We witnessed:

• The erosion of human rights

• Suppression of medical treatments

• Coercion in medical decision-making

• Widespread propaganda and misinformation

These are not minor issues. They are foundational failures that must be addressed.

The consequences are ongoing

This is not a closed chapter. We are now living in the aftermath:

• Chronic illness and emerging health conditions

• Ongoing medical uncertainty

• Continued development of similar technologies

• Expanding institutional power structures

The situation is evolving. The story isn’t at its end.

Accountability remains absent

One of the most concerning realities is the lack of meaningful accountability.

Without accountability:

• Trust cannot be restored

• Systems cannot be corrected

• Justice cannot be served

And without justice, the same patterns will repeat.

Mankind is Awakening

Despite everything, there is reason for cautious optimism. I am seeing:

• More people questioning narratives

• Greater awareness of institutional failures

• A shift toward personal responsibility and independent thinking

• Stronger communities forming outside traditional systems

Even within medicine, some are beginning to re-evaluate what has occurred.

The path forward is not passive

We cannot wait for institutions to fix themselves. Moving forward requires:

• Personal responsibility for health and decisions

• Community-based solutions

• Independent education and critical thinking

• Courage to face uncomfortable truths

This is an active process, not a passive one.

Final Thoughts

I would much rather return to a quiet life of practicing medicine and spending time with family. But the reality is this:

The Collapse of Ethical Medicine

What was once a profession led by physicians and nurses grounded in ethics, science, and patient care has increasingly become dominated by administrative control, data compliance, and institutional mandates. Hospitals that once prioritized clinical judgment and patient wellbeing have shifted toward bureaucratic systems that bind practitioners to protocols, often at the expense of those they are meant to serve. Many nurses and doctors, rather than caring for patients, now find themselves constrained by systems that demand compliance over compassion.

This shift reached a breaking point during the COVID “pandemic,” when longstanding ethical principles were openly violated. A small number of practitioners refused to participate in what they recognized as a departure from true science and ethics. Many of them were removed from institutions, but in doing so, they began forming new networks grounded in integrity, informed consent, and genuine care.

Lynda McLeod: Art, Humanity, and Ethics

Lynda McLeod worked in intensive care units where she was immersed in the intensity and responsibility of frontline medicine. Over time, the psychological burden of that work became clear, and in the absence of meaningful support systems, she began turning to creative expression as a way to process what she was experiencing. Through pottery, painting, and storytelling, this evolved from a personal coping mechanism into a deeper understanding. She came to see that creativity was not merely therapeutic, but a social determinant of health, a view supported by emerging research.

Her work extended into long-term care, where art became a bridge between patients and their own memories. Simple prompts, such as asking a patient what colour stood out, would unlock deeply personal stories. These were not superficial interactions. They restored identity, dignity, and connection in environments where those qualities are often stripped away.

Central to McLeod’s philosophy was relational practice, the ability to truly see and connect with another human being. This included noticing nonverbal cues, emotional states, and subtle expressions of distress or meaning. Without this, nursing becomes mechanical and indifferent. Art helped her train her perception and cultivated presence, qualities increasingly lost in a system driven by efficiency and standardization.

Awakening During the COVID “Pandemic”

McLeod’s ethical awakening during COVID emerged from a deeper recognition of dehumanization. In her own life she had already seen the danger of labelling and discrimination, particularly her experience with her disabled brother who was called slurs by others. She saw how language and categorization justify not only exclusion, but violence against him. During the COVID “pandemic,” similar patterns reappeared. People were labeled, divided, and excluded from society for their opinions or “vaccine” status. Medical autonomy was overridden, and questioning was discouraged or punished.

Applying her clinical training, she began examining the data independently. All-cause mortality trends, recovery rates, and shifting medical protocols raised serious concerns. At the same time, core ethical principles were being abandoned. Informed consent was no longer meaningful, bodily autonomy was overridden, and confidential medical information was being openly requested and disclosed in public settings.

Unable to reach others through the mere presentation of data, she turned to art as a form of communication. Her paintings became expressions of what could not be said openly, and she hoped to invite reflection rather than confrontation.

The Rehumanization Heart Movement

This work evolved into what became known as The Rehumanization Heart Movement. Through portraiture, writing, and shared storytelling, individuals who had been impacted by mandates, exclusion, and loss were given a voice. Participants shared experiences of losing jobs, being separated from family, facing social rejection, and navigating profound personal loss.

Each story was transformed into visual and written form, allowing others to witness and relate to these experiences. The process was not about assigning blame, but restoring dignity. By removing labels and focusing on shared humanity, the movement created space for empathy and reflection.

The exhibit itself became a powerful emotional experience. Many who attended found themselves moved to tears as they recognized their own experiences reflected back at them. It demonstrated that beneath division and rhetoric, there was a shared human cost.

Despite its peaceful intent, the exhibit faced backlash and the group decided to take it down in order to avoid more division, highlighting the continued resistance to open dialogue.

Melissa Dore: Ethical Action in Practice

Melissa Dore’s path unfolded within the clinical and regulatory system. As a nurse practitioner, she was directly confronted with the implications of “vaccine” mandates introduced in 2021. One of her old patients approached her after being dismissed by another physician for requesting an exemption, and this prompted her to investigate options for giving people real informed consent.

She discovered Directive 6, which outlined three compliance options: “vaccination,” medical exemptions (which were absurdly difficult to obtain), or participation in an educational session or course, followed by informed refusal. While most institutions rejected this third option, she recognized that it was the one most consistent with informed consent law.

Ensuring first that she was justified by her qualifications, she developed an educational program based on the available data from manufacturers. Patients were given the opportunity to understand the risks, benefits, and limitations, ask questions, and make their own decisions. She provided verification that they had taken the course, so that if they chose to decline the COVID “vaccine,” it would confirm the decision was made through informed consent.

Institutional Retaliation

Dore said she was prepared for the possibility that her actions would trigger an investigation by the College of Nurses of Ontario, but she thought she could appeal to the violation of informed consent to turn the situation around. Instead, she was subjected to escalating restrictions that effectively made her unemployable, cutting off her ability to earn a living.

Efforts to obtain legal representation were met with repeated and specific barriers. Despite paying into the Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario (RNAO), which was meant to provide legal support in exactly these circumstances, Dore was verbally denied assistance because her case was related to COVID. No written justification was provided at the time. When she later challenged this, the denial was formalized in writing. Although she was told she could appeal this lack of defense, she was never provided with the required documentation to do so. She approached numerous lawyers independently, but none were willing to take on the case. One lawyer briefly worked with her, only to withdraw when she refused to admit to professional misconduct as a condition of defense. In the end, she was forced to represent herself through a complex and high-stakes legal process.

The disciplinary process itself was heavily imbalanced. The College had multiple legal representatives, while Dore stood alone. She presented extensive evidence demonstrating that her actions were consistent with both ethical and legal standards, yet this evidence was not meaningfully considered. She was found guilty of professional misconduct, and her license was revoked.

Appeal and the Possibility of Accountability

Following the revocation of her license, Dore filed an appeal, bringing her case before a higher court. Unlike the initial proceedings, this stage offered the possibility of a more independent review of both the process and the evidence.

At the appeal hearing, she presented the full body of evidence she had developed over several years, outlining the ethical, legal, and clinical basis for her actions. After her submissions, the court adjourned without calling on the College to respond, suggesting that her arguments may have already addressed the central issues. A final decision is pending, leaving open the question of whether this stage will mark a meaningful departure from previous illegitimacy in the courts.

Ethical Leadership and the Path Forward

These stories are not just a critique of institutional failure, they are examples of individual responsibility in practice. Ethical medicine will not be restored through policy alone, but through individuals who refuse to participate in practices that violate informed consent, bodily autonomy, and truth.

Both McLeod and Dore are examples of ethical resistance in the face of tyranny. The current system has drifted from its core principles, but something new is already taking shape. Practitioners who refused to compromise are beginning to form alternative structures grounded in informed consent, patient-centered care, and human connection. These networks are still small, but they are built on principles that cannot be easily corrupted.

Practitioners must now decide whether to remain within compromised systems or begin building alternatives grounded in ethics. And patients must become more discerning in who they trust. Together we can build a better future with compassionate care and freedom.

Building on that foundation, the researchers demonstrated that, “based on morphology and histology, the anomalous intravascular casts exhibited a consistent set of features that distinguish them from both classical antemortem thrombi and postmortem coagula.” In other words, they are fundamentally different from both normal blood clots that form during life or after death. “Their elasticity, lumen-conforming geometry, cohesive fiber networks, sparse cellular composition, and partial but genuine Lines of Zahn collectively indicate a formation process that does not align with established thrombotic pathways.” While morphology alone cannot determine causation, these reproducible features strongly suggest that AICs may represent a previously unclassified intravascular entity.

Now we will explore part 2 of the Rapley and Shelton trilogy, which is titled: Elemental Characterization of Anomalous Intravascular Casts Reveals an Abnormal Biochemical Matrix.

What is “Elemental Analysis”?

Before we look at the research involving the elemental chemistry of complex structures such as the AICs and the clotting protein fibrinogen, lets use some very simple molecules to demonstrate the concepts of elemental analysis.

Please recall your basic high school chemistry. Molecular theory holds that all things are composed of molecules, and all molecules are composed of atoms. Consider the period table.

The periodic table presents all known and theoretical atoms according to their mass and the corresponding size and nature of their outer electron shells. Each atom’s size and electron configuration determines the ways it may combine and react with other atoms. The nature of atoms determines the molecules which they can form.

For instance, consider hydrogen atoms and oxygen atoms. Two hydrogen atoms combined into one molecule renders one molecule of hydrogen gas. Two oxygen atoms combined into one molecule renders one molecule of oxygen gas. One oxygen atom and two hydrogen atoms combined into one molecule render H2O, or “water.” Two oxygen and two hydrogen atoms combined into one molecule render hydrogen peroxide.

If I tell you that a substance is composed of oxygen and hydrogen atoms, it could be water, it could be hydrogen peroxide, or it could be a mixture of oxygen gas and hydrogen gas; but it could not be methane. Methane molecules are each composed of four hydrogen atoms combined with one carbon atom. Similarly, a substance whose atomic elements are limited to hydrogen and oxygen could not be table salt, because salt crystals are composed of sodium and chloride atoms in a one-to-one ratio.

To demonstrate the utility of measuring the ratio of the atoms in a substance, consider that a ratio of 2 hydrogen atoms per oxygen atom is consistent with water, while a ratio of 1 hydrogen atom per 1 oxygen atom is consistent with hydrogen peroxide, but it is also consistent with an equal mixture of oxygen (O₂) and hydrogen (H₂) gas; however, it is not consistent with water (H₂O).

Determining what atoms a substance is made of, and the ratio of those atoms, does not tell you the definitive chemistry of the substance. It does not tell you exactly what molecules the substance is made of, but still a lot can be deduced from the elemental composition. For instance, if two substances are the same, they will have the same atomic elements in the same ratios.

The principles for studying elemental chemistry that are demonstrated in these simple examples of water and methane also apply to the elemental analysis of more complex structures like anomalous intravascular casts (“calamari clots”) or complex proteins like the clotting protein fibrinogen. To demonstrate the complex math involved in this sort of analysis, consider the size and structure of fibrinogen. Fibrinogen is the fundamental protein from which normal blood clots are made. Soon you will see how the predicted elemental composition of fibrinogen is involved in the analysis of anomalous intravascular casts in this study.

With regards to the size and complexity of a fibrinogen molecule, consider this:

A hydrogen atom has an atomic weight of 1 Dalton; an oxygen atom is 16 Daltons, a water molecule H₂O is 18 Daltons, a carbon atom is 12 Daltons, and a methane molecule CH₄ is 16 Daltons. Fibrinogen is so much larger than these simple molecules that there does not exist a simple chemical formula for it. One fibrinogen molecule includes more than 15,000 carbon atoms, 24,000 hydrogen atoms, 4,000 nitrogen atoms, 5,000 oxygen atoms, and 100 sulfur atoms. There are various slightly different forms of fibrinogen, their molecular weights varying from 340,000 to 420,000 Da.

A very crude attempt at a molecular formula for fibrinogen would look something like C₁₅₀₀₀H₂₄₀₀₀N₄₀₀₀O₅₀₀₀S₁₀₀ or higher.

Though the analysis is more complex than our examples with simple molecules like water and methane, a variety of insights and conclusions can be drawn from the accurate atomic elemental composition analysis of AICs which is found in this study.

The Technique Used: ICP-MS

The researchers used Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS).

Here is the essence of how Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry works:

First, the sample is turned into a fine mist and sprayed into a super-hot flame called plasma. This plasma is made by heating argon gas with radio waves to temperatures hotter than the surface of the sun, around 6,000–10,000 °C. The intense heat breaks the sample apart into individual atoms and strips off electrons, turning the atoms into positively charged ions, or the nuclei of the atoms

These ions are then pulled into a vacuum chamber, where a mass spectrometer acts like a super-accurate scale. It separates the ions based on their mass (how heavy they are) and charge. Lighter ions bend more in electric or magnetic fields, while heavier ones bend less. A detector counts the ions of each type.

By knowing which masses appear and how many, scientists can identify which elements are present and their exact amounts.

The Samples

In the current study, the researchers analyzed the same intravascular cast specimens examined in the first paper of the series.

To maintain scientific rigor:

• Samples were coded and blinded

• Multiple laboratories performed analyses

• Labs were not told what the samples were

This prevents subconscious bias from influencing measurements.

After the elemental results were finalized, they were compared with:

• Theoretical values for fibrin-based clots

• Measure values for whole blood

• Previously measure values for “Adam’s Blood” (one 2022 un-vaccinated whole blood sample)

• Previously measured values for “Adam’s Clot” (one 2022 AIC from a dead Covid-19 “vaccinated” individual)

“Adam’s clot” and “Adam’s whole blood” refer to specific ICP-MS analyzed samples in a 2022 report by Mike Adams.

In Mike Adams’ 2022 tests, the sample size was very small: one calamari clot for Adam’s Clot, and one blood sample for “Adam’s blood.” There are variations in which elements were and were not specifically tested for in Adams’ 2022 tests and the current study, so you will note some blanks in some of the comparison tables.

By comparing the elemental composition results for the AICs in the study to those of Adam’s blood, Adam’s clot, and theoretical values for fibrinogen based on its known molecular structures, the researchers sought to determine whether the unusual casts matched known blood clot elemental chemistry and to gain other insights into the AICs’ chemical structure.

A little more preamble:

Before we review the researchers’ results and analysis, please allow me to explain a few other terms encountered in their work.

Fibrinogen is a large protein that is abundant in our blood. It is a stable, water-soluble protein until it is activated by cleaving small sections from its ends. This renders the fibrinogen active, and many molecules of activated fibrinogen join together in a fibrous structure, which is the foundation and main substance, along with platelets and red blood cells, of normal blood clots.

“Fibrinogen Stoichiometric Value” refers to the elemental composition predicted for fibrinogen based on this protein’s established average chemical structure (“average” because there are variations of fibrinogen due to glycosylation and various isoforms that differ significantly).

The Study’s Findings:

The samples were specifically tested for their levels of the elements aluminum, boron, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, sulfur, tin, and zinc. Carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, and oxygen were not directly tested.

The following table summarizes the current study’s elemental composition results for eight different AICs that were tested. They are presented along with the 2022 Mike Adams results for one AIC (Adam’s clot) and one non-C19 “vaccinated” healthy individual’s whole blood (Adam’s Blood). (table below)

The table above summarizes average elemental concentrations for eight anomalous casts studied (as well as reference values for “Adam’s Blood” and “Adam’s Clot”). Concentrations are in parts per million.

The summary table above was created using the results of a series of ICP-MS analyses for various atomic elements. Below are those series of analyses, which were compiled to create the master table above.

Note the consistency among all eight of the AICs studied. The patterns are quite different from whole blood and are not fully consistent with Mike Adams’ 2022 analysis of a single AIC. Note that the missing bars for Adam’s Blood and Adam’s Clot in these graphs occur because Mike Adams’ analysis in 2022 did not include those atomic elements in the case of boron and calcium, or because the levels where much lower in the case of copper.

Consistency among the AICs studied

The figures above reveal strong consistency in the composition of the eight AICs studied in terms of the atomic elements that were tested. This indicates that the AICs are not random structures. Rather, this is consistent with AICs having a recurring structure and composition. This is further demonstrated by the relatively small standard deviation in results among the eight AICs; this is shown in the four figures below.

These charts confirm that although individual values fluctuate, the overall elemental signature remains stable.

Let’s look at one more chart from the study before we move into the analysis, conclusions, theories, and questions that can be drawn from the work. This table compares these elemental composition values: 1. measured composition of whole blood; 2. calculated composition for fibrinogen, based on its known chemistry; and 3. the mean values for AICs from this study.

The table also includes ratios for these elements between the AICs tested and whole blood, and between the AICs tested and the predicted values for fibrinogen. Blanks in the fibrinogen column are elements that are not expected in fibrinogen and could be replaced with “approximately zero.” Blanks in the experimental clots column are elements that were not directly tested in this experiment (carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, and oxygen). Blanks in the ratios columns occur where there is no calculable ratio because either the concentration of that element was not measured in the AICs studied, or that element has a predicted concentration of ~0 in fibrinogen.

Note that, compared to whole blood, the AIC (“clots”) studied are significantly lower in calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, potassium, and sulfur, but are significantly higher in phosphorus.

Compared to predictions for natural physiologic fibrinogen-based clots, the AICs are very high in phosphorus and very low in sulfur.

Analysis, Conclusions, Theories and Questions:

First there are three key chemical differences identified that distinguish these casts from normal fibrinogen blood clots:

1. Sulfur depletion

Sulfur is a key element in proteins, particularly in the amino acids cysteine and methionine. Because fibrin is itself a protein, normal blood clots contain relatively predictable amounts of sulfur that reflect the amino acid composition of fibrinogen, the precursor molecule that forms fibrin fibers during coagulation. In a matrix composed primarily of fibrin, sulfur should account for roughly 0.8% of the total mass.

However, the casts analyzed in this study contained far less sulfur than expected, measuring approximately one-eighth of that concentration. This substantial depletion indicates that, despite their fibrin-like appearance under the microscope, the material cannot be composed predominantly of protein and must include a significant proportion of non-protein constituents.

2. Elevated phosphorus

At the same time, the casts exhibited higher-than-expected levels of phosphorus. Phosphorus is commonly found in several important biological molecules, including phospholipids that make up cell membranes, nucleic acids such as DNA and RNA, inorganic polyphosphate chains, and phosphorylated proteins that carry phosphate groups as part of cellular signaling and regulation.

In contrast, fibrin itself contains relatively little phosphorus. The expected fibrinogen stoichiometric value of phosphorus is approximately zero. The elevated phosphorus levels observed in these casts therefore suggest that the matrix includes additional phosphate-bearing components beyond fibrin, pointing toward the presence of non-protein constituents within the material.

3. Nitrogen

The researchers discuss a third, and in my opinion weaker, finding related to nitrogen. Please recall that in this experiment the researchers did not test the samples directly for nitrogen, carbon, oxygen, or hydrogen. However, the researchers used analytic methods that inferred that the significant non-protein, non-fibrinogen portion of the casts, as indicated by the measured sulfur depletion, was relatively deficient in nitrogen relative to oxygen and carbon. This is consistent with there being significant non-protein elements in the AICs. This lends further support to the sulfur findings, which indicate that much of the AICs are not protein.

What Does This Mean?

Taken together, these chemical findings suggest that, though under the microscope the casts include fibrous elements, they are hybrid materials. Protein, which may indeed be fibrinogen, can account for a significant part of the material, but it does not dominate the structure. The casts contain a mixture of components, including substances that are richer in phosphorus (as measured) and oxygen (as calculated).

Consistency Across Samples

One of the strongest aspects of the findings is reproducibility. Despite differences in sample size, dehydration levels, and handling conditions, the same chemical patterns appeared repeatedly. The relative ordering of major elements remained consistent across laboratories. This consistency suggests the AICs’ compositional phenomenon is not random contamination or a rare anomaly.

What the Elemental Data Rules Out

The elemental chemical findings allow several possible explanations for the existence of AICs to be excluded:

1. Excess Fibrin

If these casts were simply very large clots made mostly of fibrin, sulfur levels would be high. They are not. Therefore, fibrin overproduction alone cannot explain the structures.

2. Packed Blood Cells

If the casts were mainly composed of compressed blood cells, the material would show high levels of nitrogen, sulfur, and iron. Instead, nitrogen appears low, sulfur is depleted, and iron levels are modest. This rules out the idea that the casts are just compacted cellular debris.

3. Postmortem artifacts

After death, blood chemistry changes and clots can form. However, postmortem processes do not selectively remove sulfur while increasing phosphorus. Because the same pattern appears repeatedly across samples and laboratories, the researchers conclude the AICs material is not simply a postmortem artifact.

Possible Sources of the Phosphorus

Fibrin alone cannot explain the chemistry. This raises the question: “What contributes the abundant phosphorus found in the AICs?” The researchers outline several possibilities:

Membrane fragments
When red blood cells or platelets break apart, their membranes release phospholipids. These molecules contain phosphorus in their head groups. Large amounts of membrane fragments could increase phosphorus levels while contributing little sulfur. However, the relatively low levels of iron in the AICs indicate that there is a relative absence of the iron-rich red-blood-cell protein hemoglobin.

Platelet polyphosphate
Activated platelets release chains of inorganic phosphate known as polyphosphate. These molecules can bind to fibrin and alter clot structure. Polyphosphate could therefore increase phosphorus content without dramatically affecting sulfur levels.

Phosphorylated proteins
Proteins can carry phosphate groups through chemical modifications called phosphorylation. Although these modifications add phosphorus, they typically occur in small numbers and are unlikely to account for the entire phosphorus excess.

Viral or inflammatory interactions
Some studies have shown that certain viral proteins can interact with clotting proteins and modify clot structure. For example, laboratory research has reported interactions between SARS-CoV-2 spike protein and fibrin. However, the elemental data alone cannot confirm whether such interactions play a role in the casts. Further molecular analysis is required.

What Elemental Analysis Cannot Tell Us

Although elemental chemistry reveals important clues, it has limits. Elemental measurements cannot identify specific proteins, molecular structures, or biochemical pathways.

Knowing that phosphorus is present does not reveal whether it comes from disrupted cell membrane phospholipids, platelet polyphosphate, phosphorylated proteins, or other processes such as spike protein interaction with fibrin.

To answer those questions, researchers must examine the molecules themselves.

Why the Next Step Is Proteomics

Because the elemental analysis shows that the casts are not simple fibrin clots, the logical next step is to determine exactly which proteins are present.

Proteomic analysis can identify:

• Individual proteins

• Their relative abundance

• Chemical modifications

This will reveal whether the protein scaffold of the casts resembles normal clotting biology or something fundamentally different. That molecular investigation forms the subject of the third and final paper in this research trilogy by Bruce Rapley and Matt Shelton.

The Takeaway:

The elemental study provides strong evidence that anomalous intravascular casts represent a distinct biological material.

Key findings include:

• Dramatic sulfur depletion

• Significant phosphorus enrichment

• Reduced protein dominance

• Consistent elemental patterns across samples

These chemical constraints show that the casts cannot be explained by ordinary clotting processes.

Combined with the structural observations reported in the first paper, the evidence suggests that these formations represent a previously uncharacterized intravascular matrix.

Exactly which molecules create this matrix remains unknown.

However, the chemical clues uncovered in this study narrow the possibilities and set the stage for the final investigation.

In Part 3, researchers turn to proteomics to identify the specific proteins and molecular components responsible for these unusual intravascular structures.

Nutrition as a First Principle

Roger Meacock begins with a key observation: one of the most consistent aspects of our animals’ lives that we control is their diet. Unfortunately, this foundational element has been outsourced to corrupt systems that prioritize convenience and profit over health. The widespread use of processed pet food and unnecessary changes to ingredients is only harming our animals.

For carnivorous animals like dogs and cats, the correct diet is not complicated or ambiguous. Their physiology is built around raw meat and bone, consumed whole, rather than ground. This is not only about the nutrients, but structure, chewing mechanics, and digestive sequencing. When food is reduced to processed or pre-ground forms, these functions are disrupted, weakening the digestive and immune systems.

The Misclassification of Dogs as Omnivores

A central issue Meacock highlights is the growing tendency to treat dogs as omnivores. While dogs have developed some capacity to digest carbohydrates, he draws a clear distinction between adaptation for survival and optimization for health. The ability to tolerate certain foods does not mean those foods should become dietary staples.

Despite domestication by people, dogs remain anatomically and physiologically carnivorous. Their jaw structure, digestive enzymes, and metabolic pathways are all optimized for the consumption of animal tissue. In their natural state, dogs would spend most of their lives in a state of ketosis, relying on fat as a primary fuel source rather than carbohydrates. Diets built around plant matter or synthetic supplementation disrupt this metabolic pattern.

Over time, this creates a pattern of subtle imbalance. Animals may appear healthy in the short term, but accumulate stress at a cellular level as they are pushed away from fat-based metabolism toward carbohydrate dependence. These effects often emerge later as chronic conditions.

Misconceptions About Horse Diets

In horses, the disconnect between biology and practice takes a different form. Horses are designed to consume high-fiber forage continuously, fermenting it slowly in the hindgut where most of their digestion occurs. Their stomach is relatively small, yet modern feeding practices prioritize concentrated grains and high-sugar feeds that encourage overeating.

Meacock points out that the visible enthusiasm horses show for grain is often misunderstood. What appears to be a sign that the food is suitable is, in many cases, merely a neurological response to sugar. Given the opportunity, horses will eat far beyond what their digestive system is designed to handle, driven not by need, but by the rapid energy and reward signal. This creates a feedback loop where the horse becomes addicted, demands more of the same, and the owner misreads it as a sign they are being fed correctly.

Unfortunately, overloading the stomach with concentrated feed disrupts the digestive process, contributing to ulcers, metabolic disorders, and erratic behavior. Returning to a fiber-based approach helps to optimise digestion, preventing many of these problems.

Addressing Vaccines in Context

With the advent of dangerous COVID “vaccines” and the increased scrutiny justifiably directed toward the vaccine industry more broadly, it has become easy to adopt a rigid and dogmatic position of rejecting all vaccines outright. However, this can oversimplify a very complex reality. In a conversation I had with Dr. Geert Vanden Bossche, he suggested that, in a specific context, a single traditional vaccine might help stimulate a useful immune response in individuals whose systems had been disrupted by COVID injections. Despite the nuance, hypothetical-nature and context-dependency of this suggestion, he was criticized because he wasn’t outright rejecting a vaccine.

Beliefs about medication are often framed in absolute terms, with little room for context or variation between cases. This can lead to a narrow mindset that overlooks the complexity of real-world conditions, where factors such as environment, exposure, and individual health play a significant role. A more measured approach recognizes that not all situations can be reduced to a single rule, and that informed decision-making depends on weighing risks rather than adopting fixed positions.

On the subject of traditional vaccines, Meacock avoids rigid positions. Instead, he emphasizes context. The risk profile of an animal depends on its environment, its exposure to other animals, and its overall health status. A one-size-fits-all approach, in his view, fails to account for these variables. In higher-risk settings, such as densely populated cities, he notes that a vaccine like parvovirus in puppies may be appropriate, given the severity of the disease and its higher transmission risk. In these cases, the decision becomes one of weighing risk against benefit, rather than applying a universal rule.

He raises particular concern about timing. Vaccinating very young animals, especially before around 12 weeks of age, can interfere with maternally derived antibodies, which may last anywhere from 12 to 15 weeks, and in some cases up to 25 weeks. Administering a vaccine too early can disrupt this natural protection and potentially leave the animal more vulnerable than ever until its own immune response is fully established. Once the immune system matures, a single dose of a vaccine may be capable of generating strong and long-lasting responses. Meacock references evidence which suggests that, once established, immunity can persist for seven years or more, and in some cases for life.

This leads to a reframing of the issue. Rather than maintaining constant stimulation and risk-exposure through routine injections, the focus is shifted toward improving the immune system itself.

Structural Pressures Shaping Decisions

Meacock brings attention to an often overlooked point: the constraints placed on veterinarians within the current system. Clinical decisions are not made in isolation; they are shaped by regulatory frameworks, legal risk, and institutional expectations.

This creates a tension between scientific understanding and professional survival. A veterinarian who deviates from official guidance risks liability if an adverse outcome occurs, even if their recommendation was reasonable. As a result, many default to established schedules, not because they are optimal, but because they are defensible.

External pressures compound this issue. Boarding requirements, licensing rules, and local regulations can mandate vaccination schedules that exceed both data sheet recommendations and scientific evidence, further narrowing the scope for individualized care.

The Emerging Risks of Genetic “Vaccines”

The introduction of mRNA-based “vaccines” into veterinary medicine marks a significant shift. Rather than introducing an antigen, these technologies instruct the body to produce specific proteins internally, sometimes using self-amplifying mechanisms that extend activity beyond the initial dose.

Meacock raises concerns not only about biological risks, but about how these products are entering the system. In early cases, such as their use in pigs, these injections were classified as “prescription drugs” rather than “vaccines.” This allowed them to bypass regulatory pathways that would normally require more rigorous evaluation.

A similar pattern appears in testing. When Meacock questioned authorities about PCR tests being used to justify large-scale animal culling, he was told these tests were not classified as drugs and therefore fell outside regulatory responsibility. This meant no authority was accountable for validating their accuracy, despite their use in major policy decisions.

This creates a structural blind spot. Products and tools with significant biological or political impact are introduced through classifications that exempt them from full scrutiny. Meanwhile their consequences are allowed to cause damage to the population. The speed of development compounds these risks, as shortened timelines leave little room for detecting delayed effects.

Expansion Into Livestock and the Food Chain

The scale of animal agriculture presents an opportunity for widespread deployment of mRNA technologies and other products, particularly in chickens. This correlates directly with high profit margins, meaning corrupt actors will inevitably be aiming to exploit the industry.

Livestock are often slaughtered before long-term effects can become visible, meaning potential harms of these products may not be immediately detected. At the same time, any biological changes are likely to enter the human food supply or the surrounding environment. This raises serious concerns for long-term population health and the state of ecosystems.

PCR Testing and Mass Culling

PCR testing, originally designed for laboratory use, detects genetic fragments rather than confirming active disease. It was used in COVID to run-up the number of cases and, in livestock management, it is continually used as the basis for determining whether entire flocks of chickens should be culled.

A small number of detections can lead to the destruction of entire operations. Meacock challenges the idea that this approach produces enough certainty about the presence of disease to justify subsequent actions, particularly given the high likelihood of false positives.

Further, the strategy of culling ultimately undermines resilience. By repeatedly removing animals that might have adapted to survive a disease, the system prevents the development of natural immunity within populations. This increases long-term vulnerability while reducing food supply stability.

Key concerns with current culling and testing strategies include:

• Heavy reliance on PCR despite limitations in confirming active infection

• Large-scale culling based on minimal or uncertain evidence

• Disruption of natural immunity development in livestock populations

• Economic and food supply impacts extending beyond individual farms

Self-Replicating RNA Concerns

There is great concern surrounding the development of self-amplifying, or self-replicating, RNA technologies. Unlike earlier mRNA “vaccines,” which are designed to produce a protein for a limited period, these newer systems are intended to continue replicating within the body after administration. The level and persistence of protein production are no longer tightly regulated, and small variations in how the system behaves could lead to amplified biological effects.

These concerns become more significant when considered at the scale of livestock. Meacock notes that if self-replicating RNA products are introduced widely into food-producing animals, there is potential for ongoing biological activity within animals entering the food chain. Combined with the possibility of shedding, this creates a situation where the long-term effects are likely to be disastrous.

Natural Remedies and Parasite Treatment

Meacock also discusses parasite management in practical terms, emphasizing that it should not default to routine chemical dosing. Instead, he frames parasites as something to be managed based on exposure, season, and the condition of the animal.

He points to a range of natural options that can be used more selectively. For external parasites, repellents such as citronella, neem oil, and essential oil blends are commonly used to deter fleas, ticks, and flies. Apple cider vinegar can sometimes be added in small amounts to water or used topically to make the animal less attractive to parasites. Diatomaceous earth can be applied in the environment to help control insect populations, while regular grooming and maintaining a clean living space play a central role in prevention.

For internal parasites, Meacock emphasizes building resilience rather than constant suppression. This includes maintaining a species-appropriate diet, which supports gut health and immune function. Natural approaches such as garlic (in controlled amounts), pumpkin seeds, and herbal blends are sometimes appropriate as supportive measures, particularly in dogs and certain livestock species. These are paired with periodic monitoring rather than routine blanket treatment. The goal is not to create a sterile system, but to keep parasite levels low enough that the animal can manage them without being overwhelmed.

Informed Consent as a Guiding Principle

Underlying Meacock’s approach is a clear commitment to informed consent. Rather than directing owners toward fixed protocols, he focuses on providing them with the relevant information, including risks, benefits, and uncertainties, and allowing them to make decisions based on their own circumstances. This reflects an understanding that veterinary care, like human medicine, involves trade-offs that cannot be reduced to universal rules. By prioritizing transparency over prescription, his approach restores a level of responsibility to the owner while acknowledging the limits of certainty in complex biological systems

A Return to Holistic Care

Across all areas, Meacock’s position remains consistent. Health is not improved by simply adding more layers of intervention, but by supporting biological systems in alignment with their design and evolution. He emphasizes the importance of diet, environment, thoughtful medical decisions, and informed consent.

His approach offers an alternative to increasingly intervention-heavy systems. By respecting biology rather than trying to constantly overriding it, he points toward a model of care that is both simpler, more individualized, and more effective.

The researcher’s primary aim with this initial paper is to determine whether these structures represent known clot types or whether they constitute a distinct pathological entity. To answer this question, researchers performed blinded morphological and histological analyses of samples collected during routine postmortem procedures, meaning they examined the shape (morphology) and microscopic tissue structure (histology) of clot samples taken from the bodies of deceased individuals without knowing the samples’ origin during analysis.

Reports of Unusual Vascular Structures

Beginning in 2021, licensed embalmers began reporting the removal of firm, rubber-elastic intravascular casts from the vascular systems of the deceased. Unlike typical blood clots, these casts were described as white or cream colored, elongated, and resistant to fragmentation.

Many embalmers reported that these structures were capable of maintaining the shape of the vascular tree, often extending through natural branching points of arteries and veins. Survey data from embalmers suggests that these observations were new and frequent since the beginning of the covid-19 genetic “vaccine” campaigns.

These reports initially emerged outside formal scientific literature, raising questions about whether the phenomenon represented a known postmortem artifact or an undocumented pathological structure.

Additional reports have described similar white fibrous material appearing in living patients. In one example documented in the study, a patient collected white fibrous casts from a post-surgical lymphatic drainage tube. The material showed minimal red blood cell content, suggesting it did not originate from ordinary coagulated blood.

Together, these observations motivated the researchers to conduct systematic structural analyses.

Study Design and Methods

The researchers collected samples of the unusual casts from embalmers and pathologists between 2022 and 2024. These samples were taken from postmortem waste streams during routine mortuary procedures and preserved in buffered formalin.

Each specimen was assigned a randomized code before analysis to ensure that laboratory investigators remained fully blinded to the origin or context of the samples.

Two types of analysis were performed:

• Gross morphological examination to evaluate the physical characteristics of the casts

• Histological analysis using microscopic staining techniques

Researchers documented key physical properties including length, diameter, branching structure, surface texture, and elasticity. Mechanical behavior during cutting was also noted, as this property helps distinguish different types of biological materials.

For histological examination, thin sections were prepared and stained with hematoxylin and eosin (H&E), a standard pathology stain used to reveal cellular structures and fibrin networks.

Comparison with Known Postmortem Clots

Before examining the anomalous casts themselves, the researchers compared them with well known types of postmortem clotting.

Typical postmortem clots fall into two recognizable categories:

Currant-jelly clots, which are dark red and gelatinous
Chicken-fat clots, which are pale yellow and fatty in appearance

Both forms are soft, fragile, and easily broken apart. They lack internal lamination and do not exhibit tensile strength.

These known clot types served as a reference point for evaluating whether the anomalous casts represented conventional coagulation.

Gross Morphology of Anomalous Intravascular Casts

The anomalous casts differed significantly from standard clot types.

Many specimens ranged from a few millimeters to more than 25 centimeters in length. They were typically opaque white and displayed minimal red discoloration. In many cases they formed complex branching structures consistent with the geometry of the vascular system.

Researchers also noted that these casts demonstrated strong elastic resistance when stretched. Rather than fragmenting easily, they behaved as cohesive structures capable of maintaining their shape.

To ensure consistent analysis across laboratories, the samples were subdivided and distributed to multiple research facilities for independent examination.

One unusual mechanical property was repeatedly observed when the material was cut with a scalpel. Instead of shearing silently like ordinary clots, the casts produced a distinct squeaking sound. This behavior is associated with elastic materials that exhibit stick-slip friction when cut.

Such acoustic behavior suggests the presence of a tension-bearing internal structure rather than a soft gelatinous clot.

Histological Examination

Microscopic analysis provided further insight into the internal architecture of the casts. Samples preserved in formalin were embedded in paraffin, sectioned into thin slices, and stained for microscopic examination.

A composite set of micrographs revealed heterogeneous internal architecture, including regions of dense fibrin fibers and scattered cellular material.

At low magnification, researchers observed irregular fibrous matrices with large void spaces. These voids are common artifacts produced during tissue processing when unsupported regions collapse or detach.

At intermediate magnification, clusters of cellular nuclei appeared scattered throughout the fibrin network. However, the overall cellular density was low compared with typical thrombi.

One of the most important findings was the presence of Lines of Zahn, layered structures that form when blood clots develop in flowing circulation. These alternating bands of fibrin and cellular material are considered a hallmark of antemortem clot formation.

Although these laminations were not present throughout the entire structure, their presence indicates that at least part of the material formed while blood was actively circulating. This means that these “calamari clots” can and do form while C-19 injected individuals are still alive, not just after their death as some have proposed.

High Magnification Findings

At higher magnification, the fibrin architecture became more apparent. Researchers observed tightly interwoven fibrin strands forming dense networks within the casts.

Distorted leukocytes were occasionally embedded within this matrix. Many of these cells showed signs of membrane rupture and nuclear extrusion.

Interestingly, intact red blood cells were largely absent. Instead, streaks of hemoglobin suggested that erythrocytes had broken down within the structure.

In some regions, fibrin fibers formed banded structures resembling partial Lines of Zahn, although these laminations were incomplete.

Distinct Structural Phenotype

Across all samples examined, the anomalous casts displayed a consistent structural pattern.

Compared with ordinary postmortem clots, the casts showed:

• strong elasticity and tensile strength

• coherent branching structures that followed vascular pathways

• white coloration rather than red or yellow clot material

• laminated fibrin structures indicating partial formation in flowing blood

They also differed from classical antemortem thrombi, which typically contain large numbers of trapped blood cells and fully developed Lines of Zahn.

Instead, the anomalous casts displayed dense fibrin networks with minimal cellular content and unusually resilient mechanical properties.

Implications

The researchers conclude that anomalous intravascular casts do not fit existing pathological descriptions of either postmortem clots or conventional thrombi.

While morphology alone cannot determine their origin, the findings suggest that these structures may represent a previously uncharacterized intravascular phenomenon.

These findings have implications for vascular pathology, forensic investigation, and our understanding of one of the unusual pathologies that have arisen following Covid-19 genetic spike protein producing injections. Advancing our understanding of this pathology is foundational to advance the treatment needed by many.

Further investigation is required to determine their biochemical composition and possible mechanisms of formation. The subsequent papers in the research trilogy examine the elemental composition and proteomic structure of the casts. I will report on these studies next.

Lockdowns Under Doug Ford

When lockdown measures were introduced in Ontario in early 2020 under Premier Doug Ford’s government, many businesses initially complied. Ledgerwood says that Adam Skelly followed the public health directives at first, closing his restaurant and implementing the required measures.

Restrictions eased during the summer, relieving the economic strain temporarily, but additional lockdowns soon followed. Restaurants, gyms, and small businesses were repeatedly shut down, while large retailers such as Costco and Walmart remained open.

In this climate, business was waning. Faced with the possibility of losing his restaurant and laying off dozens of employees, Skelly began examining the government’s own data and public health statistics to understand the reasoning behind the restrictions and find out whether they were justified.

Skelly’s Research and Decision to Reopen

Skelly reviewed hospital data, case counts, and government reports, including statistics released by Public Health Ontario and other government sources. Based on his analysis, he concluded that restaurants were responsible for only a very small percentage of reported cases.

At the same time, restaurants were grouped alongside nightclubs, bars, and other venues under the lockdown framework created by the Reopening Ontario Act and related emergency orders. When authorities later moved to shut his restaurant down, enforcement relied on a Section 22 order under the Health Protection and Promotion Act.

Concerned about how these decisions were being made, Skelly spent weeks attempting to verify their legitimacy. He wrote repeatedly to elected officials, including his MP and MPP, and contacted public health authorities requesting clarification about the data and the policies being imposed. Despite these efforts, Ledgerwood says he received little or no meaningful response.

Skelly believed the classification and enforcement ignored major differences between crowded nightlife environments and restaurants where families typically sat at separate tables. After his repeated attempts to obtain answers failed, he publicly announced that he would reopen his restaurant. He invited supporters to join him in peacefully challenging the lockdown measures and demanding that the government justify its decisions.

The Police Raid on Adamson Barbecue

When the restaurant reopened, supporters arrived to show solidarity. Some came to eat, while others gathered outside with signs and music. Authorities soon intervened.

Ledgerwood describes an overwhelming police deployment surrounding the building. More than 200 police officers, dozens of vehicles, and mounted police units were sent to shut down the restaurant. Skelly was arrested after returning to the building, which had been locked by authorities, and was charged with “trespassing” on his own property.

Bankruptcy and the Legal Fight

The confrontation had severe consequences for Skelly. His businesses collapsed and he eventually declared bankruptcy. However, supporters encouraged him not to abandon the fight. Activists, including members of Concerned Constituents of Canada, helped raise funds to pursue a constitutional challenge.

Lawyer Ian Perry later joined the case and began assembling evidence to challenge the legality of the lockdown measures introduced under the Reopening Ontario Act.

The Constitutional Question

The case now centers on whether the government lawfully suspended Charter rights during the COVID “pandemic.” The legal framework used to evaluate such restrictions is the Oakes test, established by the Supreme Court of Canada in 1986. The government must demonstrate that limiting rights satisfies four conditions:

• The situation must involve a pressing and substantial emergency.

• The restriction must have a rational connection to the problem it seeks to address.

• The impairment of rights must be minimal.

• The benefits of the restriction must outweigh the harms.

Skelly’s legal team argues that these conditions were never demonstrated when the lockdown policies were imposed.

Expert Witness Testimony

During the hearings, Skelly’s legal team presented testimony from six expert witnesses covering public health, epidemiology, statistics, economics, and immunology. Together, they examined the available data on COVID transmission, hospital capacity, mortality statistics, economic damage, and the broader social consequences of the lockdowns:

Dr. Douglas Allen’s testimony focused on the economic impact of lockdown policies. He examined the financial consequences of shutting down large sectors of the economy and argued that the economic harm caused by the restrictions was never properly weighed against the projected health benefits.

Statistician Dr. William Briggs analyzed government data and mortality statistics. His testimony examined how case numbers were interpreted and emphasized that the most severe outcomes were concentrated among elderly individuals with multiple comorbidities.

Pulmonary specialist Dr. Gilbert Berdine testified about the medical effects of lockdown policies themselves. He described how delayed treatments, reduced medical access, isolation, and psychological stress contributed to broader health consequences beyond the virus itself.

Epidemiologist Dr. Harvey Risch presented evidence regarding early treatment protocols and epidemiological patterns. Viral immunologist Dr. Byram Bridle addressed the biological aspects of the virus and the public health response, while pharmacologist Dr. David Gortler examined regulatory decisions and medical policy.

Ledgerwood emphasized the point that these experts relied largely on publicly available data from institutions such as the World Health Organization, the CDC, and Canadian public health agencies.

The Government’s Witness

Government representatives called only one expert witness: Dr. Matthew Hodge, a provincial public health employee. During cross-examination, Hodge acknowledged that he had not participated in the meetings where lockdown decisions were made and had no direct knowledge of the evidence used by those making the policies. He also confirmed that he was employed by the Ontario government, a fact that Skelly’s legal team argued created a conflict of interest, since he was testifying in defense of policies implemented by the same government that employed him.

Ledgerwood argues that this admission underscored a central problem raised by the case. The individuals defending the lockdown policies in court were not necessarily the ones who made the decisions or evaluated the underlying evidence. As a result, the evidentiary basis for those policies was never clearly presented during the proceedings.

Hearing Material Hodge

The Role of Dr. Eileen de Villa

Toronto’s former medical officer of health, Dr. Eileen de Villa, was personally named in the legal challenge and required to testify. Her role became a central focus of the case because she issued the order that led to Adam Skelly’s restaurant being locked and his subsequent arrest.

According to Ledgerwood, de Villa declined to answer many questions during cross-examination. In numerous instances she cited legal privilege or confidentiality agreements, including a non-disclosure agreement she said governed discussions between municipal officials and the provincial government during the lockdown period. Lawyers for Skelly’s team argued that these refusals made it difficult to determine who ultimately made the decisions behind the lockdown enforcement and what evidence those decisions were based on.

The court is examining whether de Villa had the authority to issue the Section 22 order used to close the restaurant and treat Skelly as a trespasser on his own property. That question is central to the case, because his arrest and subsequent criminal charges stem directly from that order.

Additional scrutiny arose during questioning about potential conflicts of interest. Attention was drawn to the fact that de Villa’s husband sits on a board associated with Pfizer, the pharmaceutical company involved in the rollout of COVID “vaccines.” According to Ledgerwood’s account of the proceedings, de Villa declined to answer questions about her husband or his professional role, attempting to keep it confidential.

Potential National Implications

The court is also considering whether the case qualifies as public interest standing, which would allow the decision to apply broadly to others affected by lockdown policies.

If the ruling favours Skelly, the consequences could include:

• Appeals of lockdown-related fines and criminal charges

• Legal challenges from businesses forced to close

• Claims for damages related to employment mandates

• Reassessment of policies tied to the rollout of COVID “vaccines”

Supporters believe the decision could reopen legal questions about how governments exercised power during the COVID “pandemic.”

Awaiting the Decision

Justice Janet Leiper has reserved judgment and will review the full body of evidence before issuing her ruling. Ledgerwood described the judge as attentive, respectful, and committed to ensuring that each side was fully heard. She allowed extensive testimony from expert witnesses and permitted detailed cross-examination, suggesting a careful approach to evaluating the complex issues raised by the case.

At the same time, some caution remains warranted. Canadian courts have historically shown deference to government authority during crises, and judges who initially appear receptive to arguments challenging that authority have sometimes ultimately ruled in favour of the state.

This decision could influence how Canadian courts interpret the use of emergency powers in future crises. The case has grown far beyond the story of one restaurant owner. It now represents a broader test of whether Canadian courts will meaningfully examine the suspension of fundamental freedoms during the COVID “pandemic,” and whether the rule of law can be restored.
