Ummm... open source is not safe... there are lots of other layers to the safety and security of your mobile device... and, don't forget the OTW & OTA factors... I'll pass.
Respectfully, that’s a common misconception — and one that deserves clarification. While it’s true that security is multi-layered (including OTW and OTA factors), dismissing open-source software as “not safe” overlooks both the transparency and peer-audited integrity that make it more secure than proprietary platforms.
"Many people believe privacy is unnecessary unless they have something to hide,” but this view is deeply flawed" is very true. Here is something that will tell you! We had our Charity account ripped off for $35k. The bank manager confiscated the check we sent to our clients for their Registered Canadian charitable work because our clients had Dr. David Suzuki from the Nature of Things give a talk at their University and the bank manager hated him. We had to spend $1000 to fight them, eventually getting the bank manager who made $4 million per year salary fired!
