Is there somewhere I can get a Vit d level done without going through "the system?'' At this point , I am looking after my own health and seem to be doing fine ,if not better , even better than most my age that has had a life of many seasons . Really excited to see where Alberta is going regarding alternative health choices as well . This will be a marathon for many years and hope more and more become aware of what was happening , continues to happen about our sovereignty being taken over by many faceless people with guise and deceit being their main feature ,in my opinion.

In June I had the most fortunate experience of meeting Ted Kuntz and Dr. Peter McCullough (among others) in Victoria. It was THE best day I'd had in quite sometime given what we continue to experience. My gratitude towards these gentlemen and YOU, Dr. Trozzi, Drs. Makis, Hoffe, Malthouse, Nagase, Alexander, Shoemaker, Hodgkinson, Bridle, Kory and many others who've risked their careers to honour their profession with integrity and with good conscience to 'be of service' to citizens is beyond admirable. It is my HOPE that an entirely new healthcare model, one whereby those in the field possess a genuine desire to support humanity with a compassionate heart, will be born. Upside Foods sounds terrible but they have funding and more funding and what a surprise to see Elon Musk's brother as a donor to artificial meat. (Money NOT his limbs.) :)

They are understanding the fall-out and the disaster they will be leaving their children, Grand children, nieces and nephews and as Former British M.P. So very Happy about Holland and the Dutch. I have two dear friends that are Dutch and their parents were just about starved out during the latter half of WW2. I was watching just tonight on You toob, "Canada Remembers Pt 3- Endings and Beginnings"
I burst into tears when the Canadians Dropped 12,000 Tons of Foods for the Dutch People! Made my heart happy again. Love WW2 History especially the good parts where "THE Heroes are!!!" You guys are IT!!!

I have been taking vitamin D for a few years, and used the protocol recommended to avoid covid, and still am, and my husband and I , who are elders, have stayed healthy the whole time. Do not buy Vit. d at a pharmacy. Ask at the health food store for a recommended brand.
